Hey all, trying out Pulseway RMM and love it so far. We're a small shop (45 systems, 5 servers) that has to be DoD and CMMC Compliant, so I'm wondering if anyone out there is in the same boat and had any issues with such? I'm aware how communication is encrypted and the slew load of security controls in place via https://www.pulseway.com/security but it's going to be a hard sell as "it opens up our network" (and we don't even have vpns going for this reason). So any insight? -V

Hi, First time posting here; been using Pulseway for years without issue. Recently, however, I am seeing a number of issues with the wake up command. Neither the web interface, nor my app (android, Galaxy s7 edge) while on cellular connection works resulting in a 'wake up command failed' message. To further complicate the issue, I can only get the wake up command to work over wifi as long as I'm on my home network. Until recently, it worked over the internet, which is desired. I've looked at all my settings & configurations, but everything seems to be as it was. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd appreciate it, particularly troubleshooting WOL over 4G fail…

Hey all. I've enabled 2FA on my Pulseway account but I'm having an issue with it constantly prompting for 2FA every time I try to use Remote Control on a system I manage from the Pulseway Dashboard application. I have the setting enabled in the WebApp to refuce the frequency of the prompts but it doesn't seem to have made much of a difference. I seem to be getting prompted every time. I'd honestly rather get prompted once when I launch the Dashboard application then every single time I want to remote to a system. Is there a way to stop these constant 2FA prompts without disabling it entirely? Thanks!

Hi This morning one of our servers was rebooting ever 5 or 6 minutes and since I could not find a cause I removed the PW manager and the Problem was solved. Reinstalled it and problem was there again and so I removed it again and we'll called it a day for now. But like 6hrs later my phone was going completely nuts with one warning after another and almost all server were in the same bootloop, restart and after 5 minutes the next reboot So I checked the workstations and yes same issue here, I just don't have warnings for them. Hi, I had a look at my Pulseway monitor this morning and found a security event log warning saying 'Cryptographic Operation'. It says the provider is a Microsoft Software Key Storage Provider with an unknown algorithm. There are around 4/5 of the errors at this minute. Could this be something I did on my computer or would it be somewhere outside of my computer? Any help would be great. Thanks!

hi i'm new to team account is there a way for me to create a user for an end customer, and limit that user so he'll be able to do only specific actions on the agent? i've found the policies, which i've seen i can make those limitations there. and i've found that i can apply those policies to a site, an organization or an agent group. but how can i apply them so they limit the user via those policies? i could only find team permissions but it's only full/no/read only - nothing in between what am i missing here? thank you

I'm trying to roll out Pulseway on my Clints via the Discovery and Deployment tool in Pulseway. I have set up probes and are finding some computers on the network. When I try to deploy pulsway to the computers, some of them are successful and some are not. The ones that fails have have "Connection Failed" error Message under "result". Anybody know why this happens and any ideas on how to fix it. Will be a lot of work to have to manually install Pulseway on all the computers. Thanks

I am a new vpn user and I have insufficient knowledge about vpn. I just confused that l2tp and ikev2 are uses ipsec for data security, so why both are use as a protocol.

Guys WTF is this. I specifically use pulseway to help automate solutions and fixes based on rules and now its not supported? What release was this removed? No wounder why i see such a influx of ticket now... Why is this function removed? I will gladly removed my subscription if this is the case

Is there a way to kick off an automated task based on a notification or alert. For Example, if we get a notification of a disk getting full, I would want the automation to run: <Open a ticket>--> <add predetermined note>--> <add 15 minutes>--><run task to clean drive>--><send notification that task has completed>--><close ticket> Is this possible now, or should this be a feature request? Hello I am currently trialing Pulseway and working on the patching module. Policies seem to work well enough but how exactly do I see all of the patch requirements of the endpoints? Also is there a way I can tell multiple devices to install a specific patch in bulk? Thanks Larnel

With lots of bad events occurring this past week and one happening right now. I went to create a policy for patch management so that a computer could be assigned to a policy that would prevent windows updates until issues can be resolved. So I have set it to not install under all conditions. It requires me to set a schedule. Is this schedule the dates on which Pulseway will check and refresh the Windows update policy in the event they have changed on the PC or does this schedule apply to anything in this case ? I guess I'm wondering how the policy is enforced. If I set it to repeat daily does it update the windows update settings once a day or is this checked before …

Hi there, I'm totally new to Pulseway (teams/MSP) and I need an hand setting up a, I think, common situation. I have a client that wants to receive e-mail notifications (not push with app) for his servers. I have placed his server in a dedicated agents group, but how to achieve? I don't want that he can log in web app and mobile app too, only receive his notifications. Thank you.
