  7. Hi, apologies if this has already been asked but I couldn't find a direct answer/fix for this myself. Essentially, I have reinstalled Windows on one of my machines and rebuilt the machine itself (hardware wise). When I download the manager onto it, I go to register the system and it accepts my username and password but tells me that there are no "agent Groups" available and so prevents me from registering it. I didn't have this issue when I installed pulseway the first time around on this device (before I had to totally reinstall win 11 to fix a weird bug that had crept in) I am using a free account and so have removed the previous iterations of pulseway for this mac…

    This is not 2FA... it's bothering you with an email to login to your account. Two-Factor requires any two of these: Something you know (your username & password, check) Something you have (a software/hardware code generator, a Yubikey) Something you are (fingerprint, etc.) Bio-metrics are far from perfect, and usually avoided in these situations - I'm just amazed you went through the effort to implement this "2 factor send you an email" when it's simple to implement the time-based solution that is used by Google and others.   11. Hello, We are long-term Pulseway customers but lately the Pulseway client has developed a bug and continuously uses up to 20%+ CPU utilisation. We logged this with Pulseway on the 4th of July this year but they have been completely ignoring the ticket. I regularly reply to the email thread for an update (at least once a week) but I am ignored. The only time I had a meaningful response was when I threatened to cancel our subscription. This was short lived and now I am back to being ignored with no status updates on my ticket. We like the product but we have a handful of servers with this bug and I am simply installing other monitoring products on them. Today…

    First off compliments for such a great product that i'll be using for a long time. I understand the remote desktop is in beta however i have not seen any doucmentation on whether multiple screens will be supported. This will pretty much be my deciding factor whether i can go without getting teamviewer... everyone at my company has at least two screens so this makes the feature unusable if i cant see multiple screens.     Hello, I have been using the (PC Monitor) Pulseway Remote Desktop on my machine for quite awhile. I decided to uninstall the old pc monitor client to replace with the pulseway, after that I could use the remote desktop anymore. Getting this error; I noticed the file; pcmrdp-agent.dll is missing. I tried forcing the client to update but no luck. All the others pc I have runs Windows 7 they all have the file but not Windows 8.1. When trying adding a file in to the folder I get access denied even tho I'm the admin. So there a easy way to get this fixed?

  14. Let me start off by saying this is not meant with any kind of hate or ill will. I very much love the Pulseway product overall, and I have been using it for a quite a number of years now. I very much want to see Pulseway continue to improve and catch up to a lot of the other RMMs out there by addressing some obvious "misses" with certain aspects of the software. (a) Notifications Understand that there are 2 types of the notifications - PUSH and EMAIL. Have been able to enable them using the PW Manager. If both are enabled, does that mean all devices in my account that are PUSH capable will receive these PUSH notifications while at the same time, EMAIL notifications will also be sent out?   16. Hi I have a four computers on my account. I tried to log onto the PC Monitor website this morning, where I got this error message "access to this service is limited to active subscribers only". The client software is working (PC Monitor Manager) OK and I am receiving notifications on my phone. PC Monitor Dashboard has also stopped working. I do know my subscription has run out but I understand you can have up to 5 computers free for personal use. James

Most of the functionality should be working as normal, while the online billing portal is expected to be down till the maintenance works are over.   19. Hi, I only found out about this today when I saw it in the App Store and I'm impressed. Set this up initially for home use and may subscribe to manage all my PC's After finding out more I am also interested in seeing if I could use this for work too as it would make everything so much easier. Now here comes the question... Can the dashboard and mobile app handle multiple accounts one for personal and one for enterprise? If not, will there be plans to allow users to do this? Thanks Vinny

  20. Hi, One of my Windows PC's went down for a disk controller error. One time it restarted and another time it shut down. Checking the windows logs I found the disk controller error event and the Kernel-Power event (both in System log event). I trapped the events in PC Monitor but when all this happened again the only alert from PC Monitor was for the disk controller event but nothing for Kernel-Power. Just to understand. If a windows machine goes down windows has just the right time to log the event but I guess PC Monitor has not got time to alert. If this is right I guess I can't trap the Kernel-Power event.     Hi, I just had 7 of my monitored servers go offline. Because they had no internet connection they couldn't alert me to the fact pinging had failed. Indeed the only notification I had (and a bit of luck really) was that I was running the Dashboard, which flashed a few of the machines (though nothing in red and no beeps to draw my attention). As such this seems a bit of a chink in PCMonitor's armour. A slight flaw in a brilliant system. If I'm missing something, please do let me know how I can be notified of servers that have gone offline (no net connection, perhaps even no power). If not, any chance of a fix/extra option? It would be very very helpful.…

    Pulseway, what the *****? Over the last two weeks I have had to re-install half of the agents on my network, because the client stopped working. I have servers telling me that they have pending reboots, and after I reboot them, Pulseway still says they have pending reboots. I have servers telling me that servers require updates, but the actual system says that no updates are needed. I’m paying for this *****???? Guys, maybe stop adding so many new features, and make sure your core functions work. And please don’t have a salesperson try to call me. One more month of this ***** and I will be cancelling.

    Hi Having a bit of an issue starting the service This had been installed and working correctly but I think some windows updates were run on the server and I am unable to start the service now Keep getting the error "Unable to start service" when I open the PC monitor manager and try to start the service.
