Hi, Don't know if its intended this way but... We added a system under a different account under our server. But when we want to apply Group Policy's to that group we cannot do that. The Group that the system is in is not visible to us. Is that intended that way or something that's just not there yet? Please let us know, we are planning to use multiple users in Pulseway for better Security for example every company that we manage will get its own username and password where the systems are added to. Than we give our "Admin / MGMT" account Full Access. But that means for now what I can see that we cannot apply group policy's. See the scr…

Hey guys, I use Notes in PSA tickets to communicate with end users thus keeping all communication in PSA and out of email/Outlook. My email templates use the reply separator field. However, when the end user replies, I still get the text header information that Outlook inserts above the reply separator. Other email parsing platforms I've used before don't have this issue. I think its because the parser can understand Outlook's reply separator/original message divider. Can you guys address this? Here is an example of what I see in my replies:

6.0 dropped for me this morning. I hate it and I tell you why. After going through the painstaking process of setting up my Organizations, Sites and Group, I am left with no endpoints visible. The only place I can find them is under Systems > Systems (this needs to be reworded as it is redundant - maybe Systems > Endpoints OR Endpoints > Systems, your welcome for that tip), anyway, while under that location I can see all my endpoints but they are ALL in the wrong location with no way that I can see to move them to where they should be. Is there a way to "remove" and "re-build" the asset information on an agent? I have an agent that's been live for months and I only realised now that the Asset Info reported by the Agent (while on Agent version 6 and 7) were only showing the Operating System Name, Product Key and Logged in User. Nothing else. Even with the computer being online I could not get this information I had to get the serial number of the computer for a warranty check and only realised this now. Luckily the computer was not stolen and I could still get the serial manually. This is quite a serious problem (for an MSP anyhow). Maybe an alert can be generated for agents with mis…

I used the pulseway management system to push out Kaspersky to a few desktops for testing, some of the installationsfailed because of 'kaspersky endpoint security is not compatible with the network agent lower than 10.0' on some desktops. Pulseway only gives the option to 'reboot' when this occurs. If you then try installing Bitdefender (which I bought with our desktop licenses), it installs correctly, updates and then magically vanishes like it was never installed after a few minutes of running. We have the Slack integration enabled but 2 days ago we stopped receiving notifications. When sending a test message from the integration settings the following message appears. The maximum message size quota for incoming messages (65536) has been exceeded. To increase the quota, use the MaxReceivedMessageSize property on the appropriate binding element. I've also disabled and re-enabled the integration to no avail. The wording suggests that the problem is on the remote side of things. Any thoughts/ideas are appreciated. Cheers, Joker

Hello, With the release of Windows 11 in early October, i need to start testing out if eveything will smooth for eventually a migration towards W11 in the coming months. Currently, when i add a system on W11 with a Kaspersky licence, the device sometimes BSOD, you can't open task manager (explorer.exe reloads), etc, etc. Basically, the system becomes unusable. If i remove Kaspersky, everything is fine. Is there a plan to update to another Kaspersky version before the official W11 launch? (if it even exists)

Hey there! When we try and add notifications for certificate expirations on internal certificates the status stays at "checking". Those certificates are from an internal Certificate Authority (Microsoft CA) and the websites in question can be opened correctly in a browser on the machine where we setup the notifications. Do you have any tips where and why this is failing or not completing the checks or where to get verbose/debug logs for this? Quite recently I had to reinstall the operating system (windows 10), since then I tried to install the soft to the same pc back, but there appear to be problems with the host once I try to register it. I know that the free account allows me to monitor only 2 PCs, and after I deleted it, something doesn't allow me to insert it back, possibly too many requests to the server. The only change to the PC is the processor change. ( Ryzen 5 2400g -> Ryzen 5 3600 ) Also i like to mention the widget are broken too. Any suggestion is welcome, thanks.

Hi, I found a bug when updating account information using the api url: PUT /v2/crm/accounts/{id} The problem is that it nulls "createdOn" and "createdBy". Those variables should never be changed after creation.

Hi Pulseway, We have this issue that when we install the agent and link it to the correct account and dedicated server. That the client appears offline. Configuration etc is set correctly because at first everything worked properly. But since a few weeks this problem has been and I can't solve it. We use Pulseway for all our customers for remote control. However, this problem only applies to one customer. Now we cannot use remote control when this customer calls. Hi, I have soothing wrong in my config, but i can't figure it out by my self. User sends e-mail to it@mydomain.com. Ticket is created. I got the notification e-mail. When I solve ticket or respond in ticket by PSA web site, user gets the response email. BUT! I he responds directly to that email, PSA will create new TICKET! Here is one example were one conversation created 4 tickets. How to stop that madness? (BDW, We use Thunderbird as e-mail clinet)

So I've asked this question several times and I can't get an answer, so here I go again. Why doesn't and when will Pulseway support patching 3rd Party Apps on Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022? We've subscribed to 3PP however when we purchased it we didn't know that it doesn't work on those 2 OS. Whenever I as ask I'm told to use "Custom Titles" or submit a feature request. Why should I have to use Custom Titles if we've paid for 3PP and isn't 3PP a feature of the Pulseway patch management product? I just need to know if and when this is coming or should I start looking for a better product... hopefully I can get a straight answer. Thank you.

in the dashboard if i refine the scope it doesn't for example refine by MacOS and its still showing windows PCs also if i set group filtering it wont work, it just makes no devices visible (Group name and Case are correct)

After changing the internal IP on a client's network, I can no longer connect to the workstations using the Remote Control. I still can connect through the command prompt and PowerShell. All those machines are Windows 10/11. However, I can still Remote Control the Windows Server 2019 server. Always getting this error: Any ideas?

Hello guys. I am a Mac user administrator and have been trying to use Pulseway platform and for the most of time web interface works ok. I have Mac computers (Desktop and laptops ) deployed in my company and Support and Development team is a joke at Pulseway. I had a really bed experience since we started using the platform since February. I Opened 3 Tickets regarding this issue and since February was not fixed and resolved. Pulseway simpluy ignores and does not take you seriously 9 months passed and i can not use Remote Control or remote host from any of my Mac Computers !. After our new account set up/successful agent installation, I found a Hyper-V (1 system) role created. I cannot delete it or edit it. When I drill down to the actual server involved (which by the way does not play any Hyper-V role in any sense), I get a spinning icon and then a red error message "Data not available". How can I remove or edit the role? Or remove that machine from that particular role? Also is there somewhere in the documentation that outlines the purpose of "Roles" and what I can do with this particular feature?

When I tap the "More" label 10-15 times to go back through the Event logs and open 2 or 3 Events to read them, when I close the 2nd or 3rd Event, I lose perhaps half of the Event list and have to tap "More" again to get back to where I was.

I've noticed my external USB hard drive won't spin down (go idle) as long as the PC Monitor service is running. I've confirmed this by stopping the service and see the drive spin down after a short time. After restarting the service, the drive spins up and remains active. Can this be changed?

Howdy folks. I've been successfully monitoring two of my PCs until recently with v2.6 on my iPhone. Lately, though, one of the PCs shows up as online in the iPhone app, but when I select it, no system details are populated. The second PC works fine still. Any ideas? Reinstalling the desktop application seemed to fix it.
