Good Day, We're getting a strange negative CPU readout on 2 of our Linux Machines. This is happening on the mobile application as well. Is their anything we can do to resolve this? Thank you

there is a permission issue in Patch Management I have granted a user defined group the ability to modify policies Checked the box Patch and View Policy and Edit Policy are checked. The user can go in and under actions can click on edit and modify the policies, they can also create new policies, but upon hitting save gets a popup message saying Error You do not have permission to edit global policies. The only users that can seem to save any policies have to be in the administrators group. I have to assume this is a bug. We are using the Pulseway hosted dedicated server product, not on site.

So, I have a program running on my server that is windows 10 pro called node.exe some times it stops and i get the notification on my iPhone running the latest software and IOS version. I have noticed if i select the notification when it pops up it bypasses the Face ID and allows full access to all the remote management features the application supports.

So, i downloaded the Pulseway_64 to windows, and installed and runned it, and was all ok. Then i turned of the pc and when i came back some time later, and the agent just vanished, was NOWHERE. Then i tried to reinstall it, but a messsage said "Error 1001. The specified service already exists". Then i tried to clean the pc from any pulseway file and reinstall, but ended in the same place. May someone help me?

I'm currently running Pulseway OnPrem (7.0.0 build 120 release 283), and I'm using Pulseway Remote Control (6.6.3). The issue I have experienced is that the remote control notification doesn't always show up on the client when I attempt to remote control a session. We have 150+ computers in our environment and sometimes it works fine, and sometimes it doesn't, and the different behavior can even occur on the same machine from time to time. Is there a way to "remove" and "re-build" the asset information on an agent? I have an agent that's been live for months and I only realised now that the Asset Info reported by the Agent (while on Agent version 6 and 7) were only showing the Operating System Name, Product Key and Logged in User. Nothing else. Even with the computer being online I could not get this information I had to get the serial number of the computer for a warranty check and only realised this now. Hi, I have configured and applied default storage notification policy to all my Windows workstations that is set to send a notification when the system partition has less than 5% with priority elevated. But all the notifications I get about storage say: The free space on disk drive C: on computer computername in group groupname - Office - Workstations' is below 15% (ex. 16.24 GB free of 118.18 GB). How can I make the applied policy to respect the right percentage specified in the group policy? Do

The web application has a "Session Timeout" setting. Since a few weeks this setting has no effect anymore. The setting we use is 120 minutes but we are always logged out of the web application after +- 5 15 minutes of inactivity. I'm not 100% sure but it seems this issue popped up since the enhanced 2FA update which was released a few weeks ago.

When trying to connect to a system (Server 2016 in this case) that has a disconnected MS RDP session in disconnected state, and one tries to connect to the console session, the connection get established but after one type in the password it comes up with the attached error and disconnects. This appears to then log off the disconnected session and the second attempt goes through successfully. Is this a bug or by design? If by design maybe a feature request can be posted to disconnect a user session from the User Sessions window, before one click on "Start Remote Desktop"

Hi, On new Gallaxy S10 with Android 9 Pulseway app ignores Do Not Disturb schedule. So audible alarms wake up me all night long. Settings on phone are the same, Do Not Disturb schedule is set to mute everything, except alarms, favourites and repetitive calls. It is the same setting on my old Samsung s2 Note and s7 edge. But only on newest S10 Pulseway rings at night, while older android devices are mute. I guess Android 9 must somehow diferently clasify alarms, and pulseway tones are then wrongfully clasified as alarms, thus ignoring DoNotDisturb rules.

I added a "round trip ping time" to one of my machines, with ping time to the gateway of our remote office. I am going to do the same to other offices, and therefore monitor the latency to remote offices. The iOS app and WebApp should show where is that round trip time to: It is not shown in devices main screen or in the graph. That additional information would be great! Thanks!

Hello, I have 2 Mac computers with 2 and 3 monitors, respectively. One of them has 2 identical monitors and when you ask to see screen for monitor 1 or monitor 2 (they are both shown as Dell E2210), I get the same image. The other one as 2 identical displays (shown as Philco) and a Panasonic Display. When I ask to seek the Panasonic screen, it displays correctly, but the images either Philco screen is identical. I recently starting using Pulseway to monitor my Ubuntu server and set it up to monitor several processes (SSH, Mosh, Calibre Web Server, Plex, etc.). For some reason, I get multiple messages a day stating that one or more of the monitored processes have stopped. However, I know these messages are false because, often, I will be using the service. For example, I will be currently SSH'ed into the machine (using Mosh) and have the Calibre Web Interface up as well, and will get a message saying either or both of the services have stopped. Has anyone had this happen before? If so, is there anything I can do to make the monitoring more reliable?

The above message has been listed in the user sessions for Remote Desktop for several days now and won't let me connect to the machine.

While inputting notes through the webapp I noticed that only 256 characters of notes are saved, allthough the interface itself accepts more input. The GUI should somehow show that there's a character limit. On the other hand, it would be nice if we could save more than 256 characters.

Hello. I tried to use the terminal to open a program on my pc with no luck so i created a task in task schedule to run to open it. When using the app I go into the schedule tasks and click run yet the program will still not open (not even in the background) The state always says queued if that helps. Any help would be appreciated. Note: The task schedule seemed to work on my other computer ok (terminal still would not open a program) Looked to delete this since it works on one but can not see the option.

I have a Windows computer in my closet that serves up a Plex media server. For months I have been able to use PC monitor to wake and sleep the computer without incident. Within the last week, The iOS app will not sleep the computer. What is strange is the only think I have to do is remote desktop in to the computer. Then I can tap "Suspend" in the ios app and the computer sleeps. This doesn't make any sense. It's not like I have to restart the service. These are the exact steps. I am having issues with pulsewaycredentialprovider.dll stopping the Windows login screen from loading on Windows 10 1809. I have submitted a ticket to support at support@pulseway.com as well. The issue is that with Pulseway software installed and the credential provider loading the system boots to the displayed screen but will go no further. I am able to run terminal and PowerShell commands from the web interface (prior to software uninstall) but can never log in. Pulseway remote does not work either. This is happening on two Windows 10 1809 DELL Optiplex computers with fresh Windows 10 PRO installations. RIght now our only solution is to leave Pulse…
