I have a number of pc's under my care and they have mostly the same hardware. Due to a recent problem I re-installed 2 pc's. I setup the one, cloned it and then applied the clone to the other. My problem is this: The cloned pc shows up as the first user. ie; If Heather starts her pc first her system shows in the systems manager. However if Maxene boots first her machine shows in the systems manager, but never the two separate. They're two different machines but show as one. I did uninstall PC Monitor and re-install but it still see's it as one. Names in the PC Monitor config are configured differently BTW. Feature: I could save money and buy one license and i…

So, i downloaded the Pulseway_64 to windows, and installed and runned it, and was all ok. Then i turned of the pc and when i came back some time later, and the agent just vanished, was NOWHERE. Then i tried to reinstall it, but a messsage said "Error 1001. The specified service already exists". Then i tried to clean the pc from any pulseway file and reinstall, but ended in the same place. May someone help me?

When you run a script, it asks if you are sure you want to run it. When you run a task, it just runs right away. I see an issue here. If it is important enough to ask you if you want to run a script, then why not a task. Tasks include your scripts, but run them against many systems that you set. If you hit the RUN button instead of the EDIT button, then the task just takes off and does its work. What do you think?

Dear Professional: Pulseway Version 4.75 (build 5) On one machine, Pulseway PCMonitorSrv.exe runs 40 to 50% CPU usage for maybe 80% of the time in a kind of cyclic fashion ... not always at 50%, sometimes at 5%. One single machine exhibits this behavior for about 5 or 6 months now. The machine (and others) have been running PCMonitor/Pulseway successfully since the beginning. Several machines (clients & servers) have run fine for years. Ordinarily, I would kill process tree and move on in the hope that the bug or issue would be corrected in a release wave. hello, I receive all notifications i want to handle except if pc is offline (this option is checked !). I can see on my galaxy note & my iPad when my pc is offline but i can't receive email or notification. I installed the last version on my galaxy note, iPad & my PC ! Any idea ? This morning I had a internet connection outage for about 1 hour. PCMonitor notified me of this on my Iphone and Ipad, so far so good. After the internet connection restored both servers stay'd off-line on the PCmonitor Dashboard, Iphone and Ipad. I restarted the PCmonitor service on both servers, without result. A reboot of both servers solved the message for just one server, that other server still shows a off-line condition, although it is connected to the internet. Both servers running Server 2008 R2 with all update's installed, also running the latest version PCmonitor.

I have created a group Policy in pulseway under all my groups. I created a Event log notification that monitors the system log for 1001 and 41 but it doesn't push out to any of the machines. It has however successfully pushed out the screens view and remote desktop setting though. When looking at the servers there is just nothing under the notifications under event log, that's what i mean by its not pushing out correctly.

Hi, I have noticed with a few of our systems that the event notifications are no longer being sent, I have checked through the event logs on the specific computers and can see the monitored event occur however cannot see an event entry from Pulseway that it has sent the notification. I have not done much more testing other than tweaking the event details to see if it is something within the specific event. Regards, Michael

I upgraded most of the computers in my office to windows 10 however the service doesn't want to start after a reboot. I can't say that its every pc that was upgraded but its only happened to pc's that were upgraded. Thanks.

I don't know for how long, but no more then 2 weeks, I can not see the processor temperature from both of my servers any more. I don not see them on my Ipad and Iphone any more.the only thing that shows up under "hardware details" are the hdd details.

Hello, What actually happened are as follow: 1) Installed PC Monitor Manager using unattended installation (Full computer name at this point of time is "ServerA") 2) Rename full computer name to "ServerB". Restarted the workstation for the changes to take effect. 3) PC Monitor Manager and PC Monitor Dashboard shows the previous full computer name instead of the new one. Bug?

Hi - Since upgrading my laptop from 2.5 to 2.6.1 beta and then 2.6.2 beta, I'm finding my HP laptop's fan(s) are permanently stuck on full - even after a reboot I've gone now gone back to 2.5 to see if this fixes it -Tom

Hello, Want to start off by saying, I love your product! I have upgraded my laptop and desktop to the new 2.7.1 and love that it’s going to be auto updated. One thing I am seeing that I have not seen in past release is the dashboard sometimes is unresponsive and does not respond to anything. The icon is setting on the task bar but if you click it or hover it, it does not respond to trying to maximize by clicking or by right clicking and maximizing or right clicking and close. I have to open task manager and kill the Dashboard.exe and relaunch the application. I have seen this on my laptop and desktop but have not figured out if it’s something I am doing or if it

So I am running Ubuntu Linux 14.04 x64 on a dedicated headless server. Sometimes everything works fine (80% of reboots and some service restarts). Hi Guys, On my dashboard and iphone app, randomly, servers are popping on & off "the grid". On the dashboard, sometimes i get the big red error running across the bottom of the screen saying something like "The connection to the servers has been lost..."... I can get you the exact wording in a few mins (when it comes back up). But ever since my dashboard upgrading to version 2.8.1, it's been acting strange with this problem. any ideas?? thanks.

In Desktop 2.7 or Manager 2.7, create or edit an Event Log Notifications. Grab a corner of the dialog box and gradually make it smaller, watching what happens as you do so.

Several agents in different groups are showing offline. During the day (Production Time) they are online then goes offline. We can confirm the workstations are physically online. Power settings are all set to never sleep. Any ideas why they are offline?

hi Guys, I'm loving this software! But i have a few minor issues... Last night I enabled Notification of Logon and Logoffs... After a few Windows RDP sessions to the computers and "X'ing" out of the rdp session (I need them to stay logged in)..I am now receiving random notifications of that "The administrator" logged in... and the administrator logged off... These notification are very random... So now I have to just leave that notification off for now. Is this a known issue? Is there a fix? Am I doing something wrong? Please advise. Thank you!

When I tap the "More" label 10-15 times to go back through the Event logs and open 2 or 3 Events to read them, when I close the 2nd or 3rd Event, I lose perhaps half of the Event list and have to tap "More" again to get back to where I was.

Hi, we are currently testing Pulseway. While doing so we noticed that the Remote Desktop Client and the Dashboard Application always crashs when we try to start it. there is a permission issue in Patch Management I have granted a user defined group the ability to modify policies Checked the box Patch and View Policy and Edit Policy are checked. The user can go in and under actions can click on edit and modify the policies, they can also create new policies, but upon hitting save gets a popup message saying Error You do not have permission to edit global policies. The only users that can seem to save any policies have to be in the administrators group. I have to assume this is a bug. We are using the Pulseway hosted dedicated server product, not on site.
