Hi. Not sure is it reported, but service takes all free memory and in the end dies. Sometimes there are few KB left and I can log in and stop/start service. Happens every two weeks approximately. BR, Eph

Hello, My phone shows me "Wake up command sent" but my pc is still offline. I'm using a WiFi connection!

I receive the following error from a system with a 54 GB hard disk with 9.96 GB free set to alert via group policy when the system partition has less than 10.0%. "The free space on system disk drive C: on the computer X in group Y is below 10% (9.96 GB% free of 53.81 GB%)" Just thought you would want to know.

Today all of my Linux servers were reported offline by Pulseway. I checked and the agents were all crashed. Pulseway's sensor monitoring feature may cause VSS locks during notifications checks and may interfere with VSS backups. To prevent VSS locks you can disable hard disk sensor monitoring from Pulseway Manager -> System. Regards, Chris Pulseway Support

Since the new update 4.0.11.1, the time sheet rounding feature is not working. We bill everything on a 15Min interval. It used to be when I approve time, I just click on an entry that is not in a multiple of 15 Min, and the program would round up the number to the next 15Min for me. This no longer works. (I have double checked the setting Admin...Company settings...Time Sheet...Round and it is still set. Is anyone else seeing the time sheet time rounding issue?

When you run a script, it asks if you are sure you want to run it. When you run a task, it just runs right away. I see an issue here. If it is important enough to ask you if you want to run a script, then why not a task. Tasks include your scripts, but run them against many systems that you set. If you hit the RUN button instead of the EDIT button, then the task just takes off and does its work. What do you think?

I'm trying to help a user who reported some issues, and I need to see the system logs. Every time I click, after about 15 seconds, I see the error: Data not available. At the same time, I'm able to see the Application log, however, Security log also returns this error. To my knowledge it only happens on one PC, I can access logs on all other PCs I checked. Let me know if I need to provide any additional info.

I am having issues with pulsewaycredentialprovider.dll stopping the Windows login screen from loading on Windows 10 1809. I have submitted a ticket to support at support@pulseway.com as well. The issue is that with Pulseway software installed and the credential provider loading the system boots to the displayed screen but will go no further. I am able to run terminal and PowerShell commands from the web interface (prior to software uninstall) but can never log in. Pulseway remote does not work either. This is happening on two Windows 10 1809 DELL Optiplex computers with fresh Windows 10 PRO installations. RIght now our only solution is to leave Pulse…

Hello, My issue is that when connecting to the server, sending the Ctrl+Alt+Delete command does nothing leading to me being unable to sign in. I've tried this on 2 different servers in 2 different environments with the same result. Is this a known issue? Pulseway is not generating alerts on event logs under the Applications and Services Logs folder. I've specifically tried "Microsoft-Windows-Windows Defender/Operational" and "Microsoft-Windows-Windows Firewall With Advanced Security/Firewall" and neither work. Attached here is how I have my alert configured and this exact configuration worked at some point in the past. Other event logs such as Application and System work. Has anyone experienced this issue and found a fix?

When capturing screen on both my installed computers it only gives me a partial screen. Like top left corner and part of screen? installed on a win 10 and a win 11 machine. On the win 10 machine it’s under 50% of the screen that’s captured, on the win 11 it’s like 75%. is it an installation issue or a setting I’m not aware of?

The PC Monitor agent does not start automatically after it is installed. You've agreed elsewhere that PC Monitor installation isn't yet enterprise-friendly, but the impact of this is that even after installing by GPSI, we have to come up with a method to launch the service. If it's a bug, fixing it would be one step closer to being enterprise-ready. If this is by design, is there a way to make the service launch with an MST file?

This morning I had a internet connection outage for about 1 hour. PCMonitor notified me of this on my Iphone and Ipad, so far so good. After the internet connection restored both servers stay'd off-line on the PCmonitor Dashboard, Iphone and Ipad. I restarted the PCmonitor service on both servers, without result. A reboot of both servers solved the message for just one server, that other server still shows a off-line condition, although it is connected to the internet. Both servers running Server 2008 R2 with all update's installed, also running the latest version PCmonitor.

hello, I receive all notifications i want to handle except if pc is offline (this option is checked !). I can see on my galaxy note & my iPad when my pc is offline but i can't receive email or notification. I installed the last version on my galaxy note, iPad & my PC ! Any idea ? Hello, What actually happened are as follow: 1) Installed PC Monitor Manager using unattended installation (Full computer name at this point of time is "ServerA") 2) Rename full computer name to "ServerB". Restarted the workstation for the changes to take effect. 3) PC Monitor Manager and PC Monitor Dashboard shows the previous full computer name instead of the new one. Bug?

Hello, I'm having an issue where my android and iphone devices are no longer making sounds to the various alert levels & notifications... Is there an option that I am missing? I've made sure that I've picked a sound for each alert/notification level under the settings. But every time there is a notification, I don't receive any sound anymore... My android app version is 2.9. Any suggestions? thanks!

Greetings. As the topic states 2 of my 3 monitored XP PCs will no longer Restart or Shutdown (LAN or WAN). Wake works just fine. Running the latest PC Monitor (3.03) Restart and Shutdown are "checked" ... any ideas? Thank you. Jim ps. the 3rd PC does not have any of these problems ... even more odd.

I have a Windows computer in my closet that serves up a Plex media server. For months I have been able to use PC monitor to wake and sleep the computer without incident. Within the last week, The iOS app will not sleep the computer. What is strange is the only think I have to do is remote desktop in to the computer. Then I can tap "Suspend" in the ios app and the computer sleeps. This doesn't make any sense. It's not like I have to restart the service. These are the exact steps. I have a number of pc's under my care and they have mostly the same hardware. Due to a recent problem I re-installed 2 pc's. I setup the one, cloned it and then applied the clone to the other. My problem is this: The cloned pc shows up as the first user. ie; If Heather starts her pc first her system shows in the systems manager. However if Maxene boots first her machine shows in the systems manager, but never the two separate. They're two different machines but show as one.
