After changing the internal IP on a client's network, I can no longer connect to the workstations using the Remote Control. I still can connect through the command prompt and PowerShell. All those machines are Windows 10/11. However, I can still Remote Control the Windows Server 2019 server. Always getting this error: Any ideas?

I'm currently running Pulseway OnPrem (7.0.0 build 120 release 283), and I'm using Pulseway Remote Control (6.6.3). The issue I have experienced is that the remote control notification doesn't always show up on the client when I attempt to remote control a session. We have 150+ computers in our environment and sometimes it works fine, and sometimes it doesn't, and the different behavior can even occur on the same machine from time to time. Pulseway is configured to automatically allow the remote session if no one accept (or deny) the request within a minute, and I have noticed that even if the notification doesn't show up, the connection will still be es…

First off, I wanted to thank you for bringing the remote desktop feature to Pulseway. I can't wait to put it to work to my job much easier! I just wanted to let you know about this issue in case it is only my setup. The remote connection works great except that my keyboard doesn't work. If this is a known issue, I will patiently wait for the next release. If not, I would be more than willing to assist in any troubleshooting. Thanks for a great product! Matt

Hi guys, having issues with a few Windows 7/10 clients using the Pulseway Remote Desktop feature. Basically, the user allows the connection but I get a message at my end saying that the agent has denied the connection request... So, I then have to revert back to using TeamViewer. Is this something I have not configured properly in Pulseway Manager? Thanks,

I sometimes work behind an auth proxy. Sometimes I forget to select the proxy option in Remote Desktop before I attempt to log in. Next time I try and log in, after setting the proxy settings, it never logs in. I start task manager and kill the pulseway processes, but it makes no difference. The error is the 407 proxy requires authentication error. Curiously, if I start the Dashboard, it works fine.

Hi, we are currently testing Pulseway. While doing so we noticed that the Remote Desktop Client and the Dashboard Application always crashs when we try to start it. Running System is Windows 10 Version 10.0.17134.0. I reckon that with 4.7.4 the remote desktop is final? i can see in manage devices that all my clients is up to date, and i am trying to remote desktop to some windows xp machines (that are on the road) but i get the error: The agent remote desktop libraries are not up to date, please update them to the latest version. i have tried all my XP installations, both virtual and physical, and i cant connect to either f them, they all respond with the same error. what do you suggest i should do now? thanks.

Hey forum, It's me again (how could two weeks go by without me asking any questions...). The problem I'm facing is every once in a while I open a remote desktop connection and when ordering the command "Ctrl+alt+del" it doesn't respond. Clicking the accessibility doesn't do anything either. Usually I can Pulseway RDP into another server in the network and from there MS RDP into the server I'm trying to reach but that is obviously not the way. For the moment it's not too much of a problem, but one of these days I'm going to run into a network with only one monitored device and no MS RDP available and by then I'm in trouble... Hi Since the release candidate has been added to Pulseway some of our servers are unable to connect via remote desktop. The option is grayed out and says feature not enabled.

When trying to connect to a system (Server 2016 in this case) that has a disconnected MS RDP session in disconnected state, and one tries to connect to the console session, the connection get established but after one type in the password it comes up with the attached error and disconnects. This appears to then log off the disconnected session and the second attempt goes through successfully. Is this a bug or by design? If by design maybe a feature request can be posted to disconnect a user session from the User Sessions window, before one click on "Start Remote Desktop"

Hey guys, I use Notes in PSA tickets to communicate with end users thus keeping all communication in PSA and out of email/Outlook. My email templates use the reply separator field. However, when the end user replies, I still get the text header information that Outlook inserts above the reply separator. Other email parsing platforms I've used before don't have this issue. I think its because the parser can understand Outlook's reply separator/original message divider. Can you guys address this? Here is an example of what I see in my replies:

In Desktop 2.7 or Manager 2.7, create or edit an Event Log Notifications. Grab a corner of the dialog box and gradually make it smaller, watching what happens as you do so.

Hello Forum, i want to configure a Rule without a notification. Apparently this is not possible, as i can uncheck the checkbox for "Send a notification with priority...", but after the save, the box is checked again. Is this a bug? Greetings Markus

Hi, When creating a new task I have selected a custom scope and then saved the task. However when I go back in and edit the task the scope keeps defaulting back to All Systems. Has anyone else experienced this? Regards D

When attempting to use the Remote Desktop Client to connect to a Windows 2003 Server I receive the message: "The screen cannot be captured at the moment. This could be due to fast user switching or a minimized/disconnected remote desktop session". I've seen this error documented on other forums for TeamViewer and the vendor says the latest version resolves it. When I installed the APK about a month ago on my Android, there were 2 features which were "Webcam" and "Screens". They were removed to be part of the Paid version instead, and that's fine. I just paid for a 5-computer subscription to get those features back, because they are pretty damn useful. I currently have 3 PC's on my PC Monitor network: 1 at work, and 2 at home. I was looking forward to this feature as it really would help with troubleshooting etc. But so far I have only been able to get it to work once and on one PC. I've enabled it and everything else is working but when I press 'Screen' I get a lot of twirling circles for about 30 seconds then: 'Screen Error - Unknown error' Otherwise great product which I'm happy to be paying for.

I would like to think this is a bug rather than desired effect, as the previous method was far more useful. This changed following the revamp to the "all systems page" (I'm running 8.9.0 build 127 release 312 : hosted) The Output of a script now just displays in one line, and to get all the detail, you need to on-hover. Which means, you cannot select any text from it. It's really annoying. See example below.

Hi, In the "Service Desk" if you do a search, and then a "Batch" command, the batch includes only the items from your search. Perfect. If you are in "Finance, Invoices" and do a search, and then do a "Batch", the batch includes "ALL Invoices". Can someone else confirm if they are also seeing this. I know you have other options when you get to the Invoice Batch screen, but that batch screen does not include all the search features. It would be nice for the search then batch feature to work the same as it does for Service Desk, --- OR --- it would be nice to have the other search features in the Invoice Batch screen. Gary

Security settings menu showed weird firewall list. In my case, i already uninstalled kaspersky antivirus, but kaspersky firewall still showed up. It showed up twice, one enabled and one disabled. This bug affecting my executive system report and make the score lower. Please help

Coulda sworn I'd posted this a long time ago, but I guess not. On a WS2008 R2 Core machine, when you click Import or Export, PC Monitor Manager vomits forth the .Net message at the end of this post. (Gee, .Net, are you sure this is ALL that's wrong??) Thus it's not possible to import or export with a Core box. Hi I've the PC Service running on a windows server 2003 SP2. When a process goes crazy and starts using the whole CPU, I receive a warning notification. (Which is good) After a few minutes with the 100% CPU, the PC Service stops updating. Then the server is listed as offline in the PC Monitor in my windows phone. Since the server is listed as offline, I can not kill the crazy process. I have to login with remote desktop. After a I kill the crazy process, the PC Sevice starts working again. Can this be fixed?
