I know this would be a major change in the reporting interface, but how about an option to interact with the results of a report. Maybe one can choose an additional "Report Format" when editing a report and have an option for Interactive? When this is enabled the output of the report is immediately displayed in web format with hyperlinks to automate certain tasks by sending a back-end task/script to the agent. 1. Would be great to read the logged in user name and use it in chat instead of computer name. Then possibly confirm with the user that they are indeed the person logged in 2. Give user option to enter their email for chat history. 3. Allow admin to set email to send it to when chat is ended. (add button to end chat on admin and user side too)

Would be great if we could copy and paste into the remote desktop connection. The only way you can do it at the moment is to paste into the chat box. Which can be awkward if its a password.

i'd like to see the audit log search updated to provide the free search option that was previously available. For example i use event notifications to record VPN connections, previously i could search the audit log for 'VPN' and find all the associated events. now i have to run multiple searches on a system exporting the results while guessing the time frame due to the export limitation. once the data is exported i then have to search the data extracting the information required and spend around 30 to 45 minutes performing a task that previously took only a minute or two.

Moderators, if this is not the right forum, please feel free to move it. I'm looking to see if anyone has integrated IFTTT into your workflow. What I would like to do is, upon receipt of certain alarms from the RMM, trigger an IFTTT recipe. From there what happens really isn't important, but it has to do with notifications to my NOC. I imagine I could setup a separate email or text alert and have that fire off the IFTTT recipe, but I wanted to see what everyone else is doing, if at all. Thanks!

Afternoon It would be great if we could make Asset Info available when devices are offline. For example if a remote users PC fails to function and is still under warranty trying to explain to a user where to find the device Make, Model and serial number to log a warranty case is not always easy. This pertains to the PSA.. I know this is a SMALL thing, but it would be great if the phone number and email address default when inputting contacts could be customizable, or default to WORK. I imagine most of the MSPs that use Pulseway service businesses, and it would save a click or two when inputting a new contact.

I currently use Connectwise Control for remote and to push applications to client machines. Connectwise Control allows me to have a toolbox in which I can choose from programs which are downloaded to my Pulseway Server and push them to the client computer. This is very helpful for downloading apps to the machine rather than having to manually download each app by going to each website. This is great for programs like: Adobe Reader Malware Tools if the machine is unable to browse the web Additional tools I use for diagnostics and password recover like Nirsoft. Pulseway Dashboard (Currently 6.3) Data - All Notifications. Currently we can not: Ctrl + Select, Shift + Select All, Ctrl + A, Sort by columns. This is a daily task for me and so it would be fantastic to be able to use these simple functions.

Hello, I would love to see a rule added to the patching policy where you could filter patches by date. For example, only install patches that were released before a certain date. This would allow you pick a date that you were going to role out to your different environments and make sure you were installing the same patches on all systems (Dev, Test, Prod, etc) even if patches were released during the time you were moving from dev to prod for example.

It would be great id we would select multiple tickets in order to change their status. This would be particularly helpful with tickets that are generated automatically by the RMM based on an alert that's initial status has cleared.

Can you add a feature to be able to delete printer and also change which is default ?

Hi Bit of a cheeky request maybe....! Have noticed that one of your competitors uses a price per technician pricing model, with unlimited endpoints. I quite like the idea of this so that I could use agents on a temporary basis e.g. taking on new clients for demo purposes, internal use etc. without worrying about costs etc Is this an option that has ever been considered and perhaps offering two options to customers: a pay per technician and a pay per endpoint option? Greetings All, I'm a new Pulseway PSA user, just getting familiar with the product. I'd started by using the To Do List as a repository for my master list of tasks for clients. Some of these I had linked to tickets. The other night I accidentally marked my whole list of To Do items as done. I went to the Already Done tab and saw the "Remove All Done" button, selected all items and clicked it. Doing this permanently removed all my completed tasks, including those attached to tickets! It would be great if there were a column for Update Date so we could sort tickets by most/least recent update.

Hello, I was speaking with another RMM/PSA vendor today and their product offers what they call "Round-Trip" Ticketing. If, for example, an alert is generated because memory is running low on a machine and then the memory clears, the ticket is then closed on the PSA. This would be a great feature for Pulseway. Hi Pulseway, I would like the possibility to add monitoring for Public Ports. The Pulseway Agent could ask the Pulseway server to test for open ports at the Public IP. I would also like a boolean value, so we could decide if we want a notification, if the port is open or closed. --- Summed up, I would like to monitor if some critical ports are open from the public IP, like SSH, RDP, etc. and get notified if they are. Of course I could write a Plugin the is based on a webservice, but it would be more smooth, with a build in feature. --- Br, Matin.
