  1. One thing that I would really like to see is the ability to bulk edit Hardware Assets, it might be okay to edit a couple dozen manually but when you have hundreds, or thousands of them sat in your system, I doubt very much that anyone will have the patience to edit each of them individually. Cheers, Martin

This may be asking for much, however, it would be nice to have a documentation tab to store info for each client as an MSP this is gold.

Paul/Chris, Is it possible to update the roadmap soon? It would be great if it could have both minor approved feature requests, not just big items. Its been since April since the last time it was updated. Thanks!

Hello, I would like to ask if you are planning to add maintenance mode timer. This function has been on every monitoring system I've worked with so far and Pulseway not having is causing a lot of issues with engineers forgetting to turn off maintenance mode. At the moment I was forced to check all servers through powershell and report on the maintenance mode twice a day. I think I don't have to say this is highly inconvenient, when simple timer would solve this issue.

  5. Afternoon It would be great if we could make Asset Info available when devices are offline. For example if a remote users PC fails to function and is still under warranty trying to explain to a user where to find the device Make, Model and serial number to log a warranty case is not always easy. If the asset information was available when the device was off line then it would make this process mach easier as it contains all the information required Cheers peter Example D…

Currently it appears only Webroot is supported under AV policies. We signed up for Bitdefender and there are no policies there.

  7. Started by RandyKisch,

I would love to be able to send a query to my MS SQL server and compare the contents of what is returned. This would test that the server is working properly. Another test would be to test that I can login properly as SA or another user. Thanks. Randy

    Please add auto-update for Dashboard.

I'm very happy with the product! I like it so much, I want to use it on my PCs at home as well as my work systems. The problem is, I can only have one instance of the app on my phone and it only saves one set of credentials. Swapping back and forth is a bit of a hassle. Accessing multiple accounts from the app would be awesome! Dan

Hello, As 95% of my computers have configuration lock enabled it would be really nice to change / set passcode lock using the dashboard application. Paul.

I'd love to see Yubikey two factor auth support (against Yubico's servers for the cloud PC Monitor version, and against Enterprise Server for that version). Links: Yubikey: http://www.yubico.com/yubikey Yubico Developers: http://www.yubico.com/developers-intro .net API: http://code.google.com/p/yubico-dot-net-client/ Thanks!

  12. Dear Mobile PC Monitor Team I am using your terrific program over a year now and am still stunned, by the sheer possibilities, PC Monitor offers me while I am away from my PC. But there are two thing that I miss and I can't believe i am the first to suggest this: I want to start a predefined Command directly. E.g.: gpupdate /force, ipconfig /renew, ... small things, one Command with arguments to start exactly when i push the button I know there is a workaround with scheduled task set in the future and be started manually, but that should be a workaround, not a feature. i use the scheduled command only for this one purpose. Secondly I want a few things out of …

Hey, I have been using PC Monitor for some time now and absolutely love it. I like how If you have a computer running PC Monitor on the same network allows you to wake up other PC's. Any chance anyone has the skills and the awesomeness to be able to make a plugin for the ReadyNas Duo that could be used to relay the wake up signal in the same way other PC's running the app do without having to login to the NAS to do it. Thinking click turn on PC from my phone and because the NAS plugin would be signed in my account would know to send the wake up command on my network all automatically. Does this sound possible? Cheers, Andrew

We manage multiple servers I was just wondering is there a template that could be created for one server for notifications etc.. and that template then be applied to other servers. Also wondering if it is possible to set notifications from the web portal as opposed to logging onto each server individually to set the notifications

  15. Started by mchristensen,

Maybe this feature exists and I just don't see it, but it would really be handy if on my HTC the "normal" status updates would remove the "elevated" and "critical" updates as to clear the phone vs. having to manually delete each one.

Hi.. I would like a generic WMI module - just like Performance Counters. It would be nice. Best Regards, Martin Stevnhoved Abakion A/S

When I receive an account lockout notification, it would be nice to know what the calling computer is (i.e., where the lockout is originating from) without having to dig into Event Viewer and try to remember the Event ID associated with the lockout. For the record, it's Windows Event ID 4740. The last line in this event contains the information I am after: Caller Computer Name: BAD_COMPUTER_NAME_HERE This would help track down the source of the account lockout much quicker than simply seeing which account is locked out. Thanks for everything you've already crammed into this excellent system!

  18. Hi, upon first-time configuration on new server I spend a lot of time to configure MONITORED SERVICES, one by one, having another window with SERVICES.MSC open and comparing services one by one, if it is running and whether to check it or not. I'd suggest better approach here: Improvement 1 would be to have a button under SERVICES tab, saying "Select all running services". Improvement 2 would be to have "Service status" shown under SERVICES tab Improvement 3 would be some sort of "Collective intelligence", where you'd have a button to "Select most common services", where info in background would be sorted on Pulseway servers, like, computer OS --> W…

I would like to request the ability to export your current list of notifications to a file for archiving purposes. This way you can clear all current notifications but retain the information for reference purposes. Thanks for a great product!

Hi, I hope to see a Linux version of the Dashboard. Thanks.

  21. Hi. We have the idea, that it would be great if you could define two separate configurations sets for a server. The second set could be a transparent version of the real configuration set, but with possibility to disable every notification fine grained. Then it should be possible to set up a week schedule for when to use each configuration set, like "service hours" and "off-service hours". Perhaps also an option to "postpone notifications durring off-service hours" to first let them be send, when entering service hours again. Today most of our servers is not services 24/7, and we get a lot of performance notifications durring night, related to backup (like,…

Hi, It would be great if maybe a part of the security status or just an option to check if bitlocker is enabled... bitlocker can be queried by WMI so it seems easy enough... https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa376483(v=vs.85).aspx Thanks!!

  23. We're a large multinational considering buying pulseway for our network management. what im missing though is reporting.. I suppose it does basic reports, but the reports currently spit out by pulseway are not good enough to show to our direction also, it would be nice to incorporate some form of asset management, Pulseay would be the ideal tool foor this, currently we use managedengine but its been decided we're switching to JIRA, so we need to look into other options for that. Bringing me to the point of JIRA integration! Pulseway integrates to Zendesk? Would it be possible to do the same for JIRA? also, the dashboard app on Windows 10 doesnt allow for…

  24. Hey all, i have installed the dashboard app on our admin console, but it looks horrible compared to the one in the Windows Store!! unfortunatly, that one doesnt allow one to start a remote desktop session! please fix this.. I would rather not sell my clients an ugly dashboard

  25. I want the columns to react as in the real windows services manager. When i click it it will auto sort all the same values togheter.. So that all the services with automatic are set togheter for example.. and so are easily selectable.
