  1. Can we get ticket templates for users, which are already built by IT for specific issues. These COULD include, printer, PC, or network issues.
  2. We do not run active directory so it would be a help for us to be able to distribute the printers in this way.
  3. If you wanted this in our pulseway instance, do we have to build it or can you share this content with us?
  4. Currently it appears only Webroot is supported under AV policies. We signed up for Bitdefender and there are no policies there.
