It would be nice to have a have a way to send a message to users through the PC monitor agent to the users letting them know that a system outage has/is occurring and when it is resolved. Currently we send an email out with the outage information, however, if email goes down, we do not have a determined notification process. such as snapcomms.

While the system tray is a good idea to allow the customer to communicate with the tech without calling and just opening a ticket, is something that it has fall behind in development and features. Compared to other competitors I don't understand why this section of the Pulseway hasn't been improved in years. 1. The system tray has no customization other than the logo. 2. The system tray support request is very limited to just "Message" and "Priority" 3. When the customer fill up the box called "Message" is obvious that this is to type the message or explain the problem they are experiencing and the reason for the ticket. Well, when the PSA receive this tick…

There doesn't appear to be a way to select the system type as a condition. Example if creating a workflow that once a system is registered, depending on if it's a server or workstation, do xxx. Right now, (I'm still testing it) I have set up 2 tags called Servers and one called Workstations. I used the Pulseway built in System type and added "Workstation" as the type for the scope. I'll then use that scope for the workflow, though I'm not sure it will use it properly. If it doesn't, I have a script ready to go to do the condition and read off that. Anyway, system type should be a selectable condition so that the above workarounds don't have to be done.

I'm wondering if it would be possible to add multiple tabs for each separate category of machine information (for example, Overview, Details, Manage etc.) that could stay visible at the top and be switched between easily, rather than having to scroll back and forth constantly. I have attached an example image to demonstrate what I mean.

It would be nice if we could set up dynamic tags. Devices could have tags added/removed based by rules, like: does one or more files (from a list) exist on the device does one or more registy entries (from a list) exist on the device does one or more applications (from a list) exist as installed applications on the device. Of course it should be possible to use wildcards :-)

Hi, We have a lot of customer tasks to run by the end of a month and this means on every last Monday, last Tuesday, last Wednesday... etc. of the month. Could you guys please implement this little feature which should be in todays time a standard option in the schedule settings. Thanks!

Hi, I would live to see an integration with the Windows Task Scheduler. So that you can see scheduled tasks or start tasks etc.

As I'm creating tasks, it's woefully lacking any reference as to whether a schedule exists or not. I would like to see a reference to the fact that the task is scheduled, and even better would be next scheduled time it is to execute.

Hey Guys, Not sure if this is going to be in the next update already however, it'd be great if we could create Categories under tasks just like under scripts to help organize them better. Cheers, Quenten

Pulseway has had Slack Integration for a long time now but those of us who use Microsoft Teams get no love or have to run Slack just for alerts. Please look at adding Teams Channel Integration also.

an option in the dashboard for Teamviewer and VNC would be nice, just like the RDP connection now but two more options. vnc option could simple launch you vnc application (RealVNC, UltraVNC, TightVNC, etc...) with the IP field filled in. TeamViewer option would need to have some integration with your teamviewer account so it knows that system is accessible. same for Android would be nice as well...

Hi All, I would like the following notifications available; - POP3 Check -> The Pulseway service checks a particular mailbox via POP3 and checks the amount of messages; if messages exceed # -> Alert. - Telnet on #Port -> The Pulseway service checks telnet on a particular port towards an IP. If Telnet fails, -> Alert. - Files -> The Pulseway service checks a directory on amount of files, if file count exceed #-> Alert. We're in a trial period now, these 3 feature requests are a real deal breaker. Thanks Dre

I was recently trying to start a couple of programs from terminal in the iOS app when I noticed they failed to run. It took me awhile to realize that terminal runs as the system user. That is probably fine for most peoples needs, but I would love for the ability to run terminal as a user on the computers I manage. That way I can restart certain programs if they crash or any number of things. If there already is a way to do this, then I would love to know. If there isn't then is there a way you guys could add support for it, or would it be better for me to try and make a plugin?

I just thought of another suggestion that would be very helpful. It would be great to have an option on the terminal window, to have it so that when cmd.exe is launched as a process on the client computer, then it is within the context of the currently logged on user (will probably need to do token impersonation of explorer.exe or some other hack-around). Another solution would be to have the NT service spawn as interactive (run under the token context of the current user/a specified user) Because the service is non-interactive, and is running under the NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM (which can also be see by running 'whoami' in the console - or something like Process Hacker …

Hi, It would be really useful to have a record of the commands typed or favourite commands you can just click on (perhaps a 1 to 5) into terminal for Linux based systems For example cat /vat/log/syslog. Kind regards, Peter.

I was a longtime user of Spiceworks Help Desk for many years (before they did away with on-prem) and it had a specific feature that helped out a lot. They called it Tickets Anywhere. Basically when you received a ticket email, you could reply to it and put commands in the message body. Say for instance a ticket come in and I checked it and saw it was something "Joe" could do, in the body of the reply the very first thing would be #assign Joe . The ticket was assigned to Joe, and the user got a quick response showing we were on top of things. There were many commands you could do just by replying. #add 30m would add 30 minutes to the time spent working on the ticket. #clos…

It would be useful to be able to sort by more than one field, for example i would like to sort my tickets primarly by Status, but within each status i would like to order by Open Date (or Last Activity Date) so i can see which is the oldest within each status.

Hi. We have the idea, that it would be great if you could define two separate configurations sets for a server. The second set could be a transparent version of the real configuration set, but with possibility to disable every notification fine grained. Then it should be possible to set up a week schedule for when to use each configuration set, like "service hours" and "off-service hours". Perhaps also an option to "postpone notifications durring off-service hours" to first let them be send, when entering service hours again. Today most of our servers is not services 24/7, and we get a lot of performance notifications durring night, related to backup (like,…

I want to use two-factor authentication. I will not, until such time the timeout feature is controlled by me. I'm not sure how much time elapses between open the page and the timeout, but I can tell you it is too short. I want control of it, to the point of turning it off completely.

TL;DR: Align timezones across reporting and web interface. Request: When raised during our trial to engineering, the feedback is that browser displays local time, and reports are generated using UTC. The misalignment is visible in my example shown where a report shows a system was back online at 05:32:07, but it actually and factually came back online at 06:32:07. Suggest either including "UTC" in the report, or allowing time zones to be configured globally or per site. Also noticed, that the "Generated at 04 Sep 2020 01:20" footer on the report is 6 hours behind GMT (report generated 07:20am GMT), so this could also do with being aligned acco…

My host disabled SSL completely not long ago due to the security issues that have come to light recently. Ironically, in doing so, they have reduced security in some ways. Any client that does not support TLS must not use any encryption at all. This is the case with Pulseway; I have the choice either to use SSL (which will not work, as I mentioned), or plaintext. I didn't see TLS mentioned on the Roadmap. Would you please consider it?

Serious a great idea to be able to monitor the antivirus. If out of date, or they have an alert of virus

The touch interface on the phone apps is great, however when using the web application on a multi-touch computer it is very difficult to scroll both through the computers and on the computer details screen. Would it be possible to have this scroll like the mobile platform apps? If not, maybe a little bit wider scroll bar would help. I just think it would be nice to be able to use this on touch-enabled computers. Thanks for your consideration.

Hello, I'm doing a trial of the Pulseway system at the moment and would love some feedback form users. Are people monitoring Linux boxes? How is this working out for you. We are currently using Site24x7 but are in the need for a change. The majority of our servers are web servers. When working in the PSA, I find it takes around 4 or 5 seconds before an action is done and it moves to the next part/page - anyone else expierencing this issue? Is this normal/expected? Thanks

I would love to use PC Monitor for my organization. However, our security policies require two factor authentication. I would like to see something similar to LogMeIn, where, upon logging in, the user is (optionally) emailed a one time use code before access is granted.
