It would be great to be able to import IP addresses to add to the ping monitor via a CSV. A customer has asked us to add monitoring to a long list (50+) of devices with static IP addresses and the process to add them manually is extremely laborious and time consuming. Considering it is possible to import and an export to the customised xml format Pulseway uses, this should be relatively easy.

We often use pulseway to deploy webroot and would like to see a site key manager added so when deploying we dont have to copy paste they site key everytime, but rather have a drop down with all available site keys / site names. Even if it cant be automatically pulled from the webroot dashboard, and we have to go in and add / name the sites and associated keys that would still be helpful.

Hello, I was speaking with another RMM/PSA vendor today and their product offers what they call "Round-Trip" Ticketing. If, for example, an alert is generated because memory is running low on a machine and then the memory clears, the ticket is then closed on the PSA. This would be a great feature for Pulseway. I know this would be a major change in the reporting interface, but how about an option to interact with the results of a report. Maybe one can choose an additional "Report Format" when editing a report and have an option for Interactive? When this is enabled the output of the report is immediately displayed in web format with hyperlinks to automate certain tasks by sending a back-end task/script to the agent. Would it be possible to have an exclusion list when sending out a email notification, i.e.: if the host is a shared with the family then I don't want to get notified when I'm logging in cause I know.. However, I would like to know if another users logs in when I'm not there.. Big Brother I know, but.....

It would be great if there were a column for Update Date so we could sort tickets by most/least recent update.

Pulseway currently provides a way to send a test page to a printer but I don't see a way to set the default printer? Could you add the ability and as a reference: http://www.windows-commandline.com/set-default-printer-in-windows-7/ (run from the Pulseway command line box of course, easier if it can be built into Pulseway.

With MS Sql 2017 bringing official Linux server support for SUSE, Ubuntu, Redhat and others we really need the sql server module ported to Linux

We should be able to set a default patch policy for all new systems rather than "no policy" to ensure systems will start getting patched when added to Pulseway.

When trying to run batch scripts on Pulseway 4.9, AVG flags up on the remote computer that this is trying to run. You then have to jump on the PC to allow it. It would be good if Pulseway has the option to specify the locations of the bat files i.e C:\BAT\AUTOMATION_0CEE_4E433_DSFSD.BAT etc We could then exclude this folder from the AV software to stop getting this false positives.

Had an idea for a self help portal for users using Pulseway. I was looking through the API and didn't see any hooks to allow this; but what if admins could define a list of scripts that users could self-run on their systems through Pulseway. A good use case for this would be installing common apps like Google Chrome or doing a series of regular tasks like emptying recycling bins or clearing various caches. Basically giving users access to a set list of scripts that they can run on their own computers through Pulseway. Where possible, we try to avoid using standalone directories and use our Active Directory for primary authentication. I'm sure it would pose a number of technical limitations due to the way Pulseway agents connect to the server, but it would be great if our techs could login to the pulseway server with their AD credentials - either a direct LDAP call or Authenticating through a radius server (the latter opens up the opportunity for lots of MFA vendors as most support MFA via radius).

We can already make snapshots.. but what if we get an alarm that one esx server is very busy.. then we need to vmotion right :-)

I'm referring to the android app here, but this may be applicable to the other apps as well. It would be very handy if "percentage based" indicators (cpu usage, memory usage, hard drive usage, to name a few) showed some form of horizontal bar graph in addition to the numeric values they currently show. This might seem minor, but it communicates the current state a lot better at a glance. Perhaps even alter the color of the bar based upon some fixed conditions? For example, "Hard Drive Usage" 0-50% - bar is green 50-80% - bar is yellow 80-100% - bar is red

It would be nice to have the ability to reorganize scripts. We have Categories available for organization, but no way to move a script from one category to another. As our script library grows, we'd like to add some more granular categorization, but this would require us to recreate scripts in the new categories and delete them from the old. Drag and drop reorganization would be great here.

I found that seeing the 'Available Memory' was a little confusing at first. As im used to seeing 'Memory Used'. Would it be possible to add an option that would read something like 500MB of 1024MB Memory Used Also adding a percentage used would make it very easy to quickly see what is going on with memory usage.

Hi All We have a client who we need to report pending Windows updates to prior to updating as they want to confirm if there are any that they need to test prior to production rollout. Windows Updates Legacy Report - The Windows Updates legacy report provides the information needed and we'd like to be able to schedule it and apply a Scope so that the report only returns the servers they'd be interested in. OR OS Patch for All Systems Report - Extend this report to also have a tick box to include pending OS patches (as reported within the Windows Update report). This inclusion would be a big help. OK now we can create a Policy for all the systems in a Group. We use the groups now as Company Containers. When we create a policy for example to monitor the memory and notify when there is only x % left.. I would like to differentiate between that.. a SQL server for example and an Exchange server are know to consume all memory. So those i would set on 5%.. while other servers i would set on 10-15% When i now set the a policy on the group.. the 5% is for every server. Hi, Is it possible to have a feature that one can have escalations on the notifications. We would like to use in a 3 tier notifications for the systems monitored. Tier 1 gets first notification, if Tier 1 doesn't resolve the alert/notification it escalates to Tier 2, up to Tier 3? Maybe have it as a option under the Rules section?

Pulseway has had Slack Integration for a long time now but those of us who use Microsoft Teams get no love or have to run Slack just for alerts. Please look at adding Teams Channel Integration also.

Hi MMSOFT. Perhaps you coud and a memory limit option for process notifications. We have som (badly coded?) processed that is running wild on memory. It could be nice if we could set notification up when a process commetted memory goes above a defined level. Best Regards, Martin Stevnhoved
