Hi All We have a client who we need to report pending Windows updates to prior to updating as they want to confirm if there are any that they need to test prior to production rollout. Windows Updates Legacy Report - The Windows Updates legacy report provides the information needed and we'd like to be able to schedule it and apply a Scope so that the report only returns the servers they'd be interested in. OR OS Patch for All Systems Report - Extend this report to also have a tick box to include pending OS patches (as reported within the Windows Update report). This inclusion would be a big help. Hi We would love to have the following possibility regarding answers to notifications. 1) When I receive a mail during out-of-office hours, due to some problems with our servers, the notification is send to 2-4 persons depending on what problem that occurs. All persons receive a personalized mail with only their own mail address instead of all persons listed in the same mail. That stops me from pressing, "answer all" and write, "no problem, I will look into this". The problem is that more than one person starts to look into the same problem and disturb each other - or even worse, everyone think someone else is looking into the problem. 2) Another way around the same topi…

Hello, I was speaking with another RMM/PSA vendor today and their product offers what they call "Round-Trip" Ticketing. If, for example, an alert is generated because memory is running low on a machine and then the memory clears, the ticket is then closed on the PSA. This would be a great feature for Pulseway. Pulseway has had Slack Integration for a long time now but those of us who use Microsoft Teams get no love or have to run Slack just for alerts. Please look at adding Teams Channel Integration also.

It would be great to be able to import IP addresses to add to the ping monitor via a CSV. A customer has asked us to add monitoring to a long list (50+) of devices with static IP addresses and the process to add them manually is extremely laborious and time consuming. Considering it is possible to import and an export to the customised xml format Pulseway uses, this should be relatively easy.

Hi, I think a nice feature would be a option disable notification at specific times, only receiving notification at a specific time range. For example: My working day is all weekdays from 8:00 - 17:00 and only receive notification in that time range. My Collegues have other working times, so they will receive notification on their times. Kind regards, Maikel

You should add a "select all" button to pages on the manager such as services and performance counters. It gets really annoying to select all of them.

Now the tool is mostly based on getting some basic notifications.. and is very strong at doing stuf from the mobile.. But i really am missing some piecharts and graphs with historical data of everything that can be monitored like.. CPU trends Memory Trends Disk usage Trends Mail Queue Trends SQL deadlock trends.. just to name a few.. you catch my drift..

The web interface is not compatible with trackpad gestures on Macs..., I love the iOS app on the ipads I just would like to have the same app for OSX.

currently testing out the ping notifications to check 8.8.8.8 for replies. this is all good except i would like to be able to get a notification if the connection is down for less than a minute. current lowest value is 1 min. will there be any amendments to this? thanks gary

hi there i have a couple of requests that im not sure whether they have been asked before, by myself or anyone else. is there a way that we can prioritize notifications to mobile devices so that only the critical or elevated notifications come through to mobile devices rather than all notifications?? also, is there a way that when a check on disk space is done, the same check can be done after a certain period of time, and if the disk space has changed from the previous notification that the notification can be changed to accommodate the new value? any updates on future releases or help for the above would be grateful. thanks in advance. Hi, Is it possible to have a feature that one can have escalations on the notifications. We would like to use in a 3 tier notifications for the systems monitored. Tier 1 gets first notification, if Tier 1 doesn't resolve the alert/notification it escalates to Tier 2, up to Tier 3? Maybe have it as a option under the Rules section?

Hi all I have recently started with Lamberts Business Systems, who make fairly extensive use of Pulseway for monitoring and alerts across our managed customers. I've worked with Pulseway elsewhere, but at a fairly basic level in terms of availability monitoring. Just getting my head around our processes and procedures, and when I went to review our alert notifications, I saw that the only option seems to be to delete notifications, as opposed to acknowledging them and adding notes where appropriate. When trying to run batch scripts on Pulseway 4.9, AVG flags up on the remote computer that this is trying to run. You then have to jump on the PC to allow it. It would be good if Pulseway has the option to specify the locations of the bat files i.e C:\BAT\AUTOMATION_0CEE_4E433_DSFSD.BAT etc We could then exclude this folder from the AV software to stop getting this false positives.

I'm sitting here importing items from Quickbooks and I'm painstakingly clicking and setting each item that I want because the PSA is including categories as something that can be imported. IDK why they can't be used. It's also guessing at which QB services are Work Items and Services and is just backward at its guesses. Some frustrations with this process and the way its setup. I started and then realized I should show more and when I did everything I clicked or set was lost so I had to start over again 20 minutes later and I accidentally click something and deselected all the check marks. Hi, When selecting services for management or notifications I would really like a column the the current status. And I buttons like "Select all services sat to automatic" and "Select all services currently running". Had an idea for a self help portal for users using Pulseway. I was looking through the API and didn't see any hooks to allow this; but what if admins could define a list of scripts that users could self-run on their systems through Pulseway. A good use case for this would be installing common apps like Google Chrome or doing a series of regular tasks like emptying recycling bins or clearing various caches. Basically giving users access to a set list of scripts that they can run on their own computers through Pulseway.
