Feature Requests

Are there any plans to monitor mobile devices any the future? I understand that this is actually a difficult task, especially for iOS (very limited capabilities). However certain features like request support,screen capture, chat, alerts, or monitoring processes would be useful on all platforms especially once integrated into the dashboard. Hardware information can also be sourced as well, remote control is obviously out of the question in some regards.

Hi, I think it misses the ability to monitor bandwidth on servers and users computers. It would be nice to have a history of several weeks and the services used.

Hi, We are very often in the situation backup our database with simple scripts to files on the local disk. E.g. Mysqldump or SQL server express edition. It would be create if we could monitor these exports with a plugin. I am thinking about something like: - is the file written/changed in the last xx hours (24 hours) - is the file larger then xx MBs The same monitoring would be useful for some daily database export to CSV files. Had an issue come up today and would be great to be able to monitor it. Customer DNS went down. IP for name servers was still up but was unable to resolve A records or mx records. Being able to monitor this would be great to alert if DNS resolution was failing for a customers domain.

Hi, We have a number of cases where being able to monitor a directory for the number of files and alerting if over certain thresholds would be very very useful... Extensions on this basic idea could include: a) number of files matching an reg expression filter setting the polling interval (x minutes, or hours) c) set a 'low' threshold, and 'elevated' threshold, and a 'critical' threshold e) set actions against thresholds f) monitor multiple directories each with their own criteria If anyone know how this could be done with the existing Pulseway agent.. please let me know (and I'm not a programmer so rolling my own isn't really an option I'm afraid..) …

Hi, Sometimes we see that our clients have issues with their onedrive status that files are not synced etc. Users are not checking that often so their files may be at risk. Possible to select certain services to monitor via Group Policy? For example, include the StorageCraft service in group policy, and any server included in that policy would automatically have that service monitored.

Could we please have a monitori of the Windows shadow copies. (Are the copies are successfully created? Do we have at least xx available restore points?)

Hi guys, One thing which I think would be super useful is the automatic selection of hard drives within the machine so rather than having to select a drive then set thresholds, we can skip the additional step of having to select the drives. Hi, I would like more option for the automatic maintenance mode. At the moment there are only weekdays and hours. It would be cool to: 1. Be able to mark faster and not only field by field. 2. Be able to not only have hours. 3. Have the possiblity to use official hollidays and hollidays for the customer himself (one time from till like in Outlook). 4. Exeptions for the maintenance mode. As I create more scripts, they become hard to keep categorized, especially when the folders grow with the scripts. I would like to be able to move scripts from folder to folder and also to copy them to another folder. Drag and drop functionality would be preferred.

Don't know if its asked before but here we go. Please add the option to move systems between user accounts. This would be awesome to make everything more organised. The way this can be done now is to execute a command on the system to change the settings. But it would be better if this is possible in the WebApp And or make an option [Selectable] to move it to a completely different server this could be handy when you move from cloud -> Own server or the server address will change for some reason.

I am working with Pulseway now for a while and the thing i would like to add is: Movement of offline devices. I will be nice that we can move a device also if the device is offline. I know this is possible ofcourse but i want to know if this is already on the schedule roadmap.

I'm very happy with the product! I like it so much, I want to use it on my PCs at home as well as my work systems. The problem is, I can only have one instance of the app on my phone and it only saves one set of credentials. Swapping back and forth is a bit of a hassle. When chatting to customers over Pulseway it comes up with the computer name. It would be useful if this could be changed manually or automatically to the technician name.

Hey, I have been using PC Monitor for some time now and absolutely love it. I like how If you have a computer running PC Monitor on the same network allows you to wake up other PC's. Any chance anyone has the skills and the awesomeness to be able to make a plugin for the ReadyNas Duo that could be used to relay the wake up signal in the same way other PC's running the app do without having to login to the NAS to do it. Thinking click turn on PC from my phone and because the NAS plugin would be signed in my account would know to send the wake up command on my network all automatically. Does this sound possible? It would be nice if there was a view similar to the Time Sheet, Time Entries list but that showed the start and end time of each entry and only showed the time entries for the tickets that had entries for the week. Autotask had this and it was a great way to help remind me of what I did in the "gaps" between ticket time entries. Having all open tickets in my queue just clutters the current view. Maybe have a button on that view that toggles between all the open tickets and no time entries showing and having only time entries showing with start and end times. It looks like this:
