It would be nice if instead of only by date or severity we could sort notifications by type. All low disk space alerts, all server offline etc.

Hi, it would be nice to check an ip (mailserver) against some public spam-blocklists (spamhaus, SORBS-SPAM, RATS-Spam and so on...) like the http://mxtoolbox.com site does. it the ip is found -> pushmail Check maybe once a day. Thanks Reiner

Are there any plans for an inventory report? (Device specs, software etc.) All devices By group By device

Most of the times i want to monitor more then less. So it would like more logical to create a toggle on every tab.. in the manager and Policies to select All of Deselect All. Most of the times i would the select all and just deselect a few.. Please Add.. because my fingers are hurting from all the clicking..

Pulseway Dashboard (Currently 6.3) Data - All Notifications. Currently we can not: Ctrl + Select, Shift + Select All, Ctrl + A, Sort by columns. This is a daily task for me and so it would be fantastic to be able to use these simple functions.

I think it would be good to add Maintenance option for whole group of computers. Often one group is a HOST and 5-10 VM machines so having host offline starts 50 messages popping out :-)

Issue using the 'Send Event Details by Email' option. When using this option to send the log info by Email, the following info is stripped from the email text and you have to type it yourself. Eventid: Systemname: Which event log: It is a nice feature to send info to one of our techs so they can review the issue or automate a notification, but why is some important info stripped from the email. Can we not have some sort of functionality to inform us that there is a new client update, or that specific servers a running outdated versions of PC monitor on the actual PC client which I have on a screen in my office monitoring my servers? Just something that gives a broad overview as to what servers are running what version at a glance.

Having a way to search computers by users would be an amazing feature add. This way, when larger clients call into helpdesk, we could search by that caller and expedite the process. Add to that, the ability to search for all computers that a specific user is logged into.

i'd like to see the audit log search updated to provide the free search option that was previously available. For example i use event notifications to record VPN connections, previously i could search the audit log for 'VPN' and find all the associated events. now i have to run multiple searches on a system exporting the results while guessing the time frame due to the export limitation. once the data is exported i then have to search the data extracting the information required and spend around 30 to 45 minutes performing a task that previously took only a minute or two.

We need to be able to automatically associate user accounts with agents based on group, or some other mechanism. We have all agents logged in using the admin account. Whenever we add new agents, we have to login in to the web console and manually associate the new agents with the user account(s) that need to manage/support them. It looks like this is already on the roadmap, do you have any update as to when this will be available? Thanks

Hi, We would like to be explicit notified when a server has been unexpected shutdown. We have created an Event Log Filter Event Logs: System Level: Error Event IDs: 6008 Sources: EventLog But we never get notified because the agent is not running that early at system startup. Could it be possible for the agent to scan eventlog then it is started for the event since it has been stopped, unless it was in maintenance mode? Another option could be to add an "Send a notification when the computer has booted from an unexpected shutdown". Best Regards, Martin Stevnhoved

I know there is probably 100 posts regarding improving the Dashboard Program for Windows PC. I'm wanting some information on any plans in the works to redesign/ improve the program and an ETA on when these are expected. One thing I would like to be able to do with the current version at least is, when viewing All notifications under the DATA tab (or Ctrl+N) is the ability to be able to sort via Criticality of notifications, Time/Date, System, Group, and Message. I would also like the ability to be able to select and delete multiple notifications using either the shift+click or Ctrl+Click method in both this view or by going into the individual systems and doing so. Is there anyway to show the last 3 scripts that have been ran on a system. Perhaps right below the run automation scripts. Nothing too detailed, but per system it would be nice to see what's been ran recently maybe title of script ran date and complete or failed status.

I get an alert on my watch, but would like to be able to approve log on with the Watch. I use DUO and Microsoft Authenticator and can approve the login from my Watch. With Pulseway I only get an alert that I have a request to approve. Seems like a simple option to add.

I was getting the policies configured for my new setup and I noticed that Patch Management only allows you to select categories of patches and just decide to install them as a whole or not. Unless I'm missing something, there's no ability to approve or deny patches on an individual level. This is a somewhat vital part of any RMM suite as we may often need to decline individual patches that are known to be causing issues (a common problem with Windows 10 these days.) I'd say this is something vital for Pulseway to get implemented as I've worked with a number of RMMs over the years and it's the first one I've seen that doesn't offer this.

With more and more remote users, it would be nice to deploy Windows 10/11 to any remote pc. New desktops & laptops have pre-loaded bloatware. They are usually shipped directly to the end-user then an admin would get access to deploy the organization shares, emails, etc. With this solution, we can remote deploy a fresh golden image via a simple executable the end-user can perform after opening their brand new computer and passing the first-time setup. Would like to see this in Pulseway someday. We are currently using SmartDeploy.

So, I have been doing a big de-clouding of my life, largely for privacy reasons. I have used Enterprise Server at work, and it's a great product. I would love to use it to monitor three to five machines at home, but obviously it's priced well outside the zone for that. I am really looking for more products which allow private server options at an affordable rate for small use. Since I started using PC Monitor/Pulseway for home use, I've always been a free user. The paid versions simply don't offer anything compelling. A reasonable price to run the software without relying on a cloud service though, would easily earn my money.

I think having a report you can show a client on job history would help to show you're actually doing something, especially if they never have any problems. Can we have a new report option that show all the tasks run either manually or by schedule and possibly the outcome success/failed...
