I'm not sure if this is able to be done, but a WSUS module would be awesome. Something that would let us sync up the servers and approve updates. Combined with the existing ability to install updates from PC Monitor, that entire part of my job would be able to be done from a phone.

Is there an integration with Freshbooks for the Pulseway PSA, I would like to add it as a feature request. Thank you!

Hi, We would like to be explicit notified when a server has been unexpected shutdown. We have created an Event Log Filter Event Logs: System Level: Error Event IDs: 6008 Sources: EventLog But we never get notified because the agent is not running that early at system startup. Could it be possible for the agent to scan eventlog then it is started for the event since it has been stopped, unless it was in maintenance mode? Another option could be to add an "Send a notification when the computer has booted from an unexpected shutdown". Best Regards, Martin Stevnhoved

Hi, I would like more option for the automatic maintenance mode. At the moment there are only weekdays and hours. It would be cool to: 1. Be able to mark faster and not only field by field. 2. Be able to not only have hours. 3. Have the possiblity to use official hollidays and hollidays for the customer himself (one time from till like in Outlook). 4. Exeptions for the maintenance mode. For example: one hour after the office closes, the computer makes a backup, and a shutdown after the backup. I go on maintenance mode when the comany closes, because I don't know how long the backup task will need. I don't want the information if the computer …

i'd like to see the audit log search updated to provide the free search option that was previously available. For example i use event notifications to record VPN connections, previously i could search the audit log for 'VPN' and find all the associated events. now i have to run multiple searches on a system exporting the results while guessing the time frame due to the export limitation. once the data is exported i then have to search the data extracting the information required and spend around 30 to 45 minutes performing a task that previously took only a minute or two.

Hi all, i want to maintain a Database with all Informartion about their Computers and it for my customers. It is possible to get the hardware and software Inventory from Pulsway automaticly? Somthing like a csv file wich can be exportet by script and imported in my cmdb? Thanks in advance

When creating an automated task - would like the option to run that automated task automatically if a computer was offline at the designated time. This would come in handy if a client's machines internet connection is lost, is powered down, or consistently turns their machine off prior to the scheduled task running.

Can we not have some sort of functionality to inform us that there is a new client update, or that specific servers a running outdated versions of PC monitor on the actual PC client which I have on a screen in my office monitoring my servers? Just something that gives a broad overview as to what servers are running what version at a glance.

Hi, Under performance notifications it would make sense if you monitors the Page File Usage. To day we can set up a performance counter notification, but it would make sense to add it to the cpu/memory section. Here is an example of the current performance counter notification we do configure. Pulseway Dashboard (Currently 6.3) Data - All Notifications. Currently we can not: Ctrl + Select, Shift + Select All, Ctrl + A, Sort by columns. This is a daily task for me and so it would be fantastic to be able to use these simple functions.

Hello, it should be possible to add an dynDNS Host beside of the external IP. Many german providers have dynamic external IPs that change every 24 hours. The App only knows the latest external IP. If a PC is offline for e.g. 3 days, starting with Wake on Lan is not possible. I hope you understand my problem? Regards, Thomas

Most of the times i want to monitor more then less. So it would like more logical to create a toggle on every tab.. in the manager and Policies to select All of Deselect All. Most of the times i would the select all and just deselect a few.. Please Add.. because my fingers are hurting from all the clicking..

I know there is probably 100 posts regarding improving the Dashboard Program for Windows PC. I'm wanting some information on any plans in the works to redesign/ improve the program and an ETA on when these are expected. One thing I would like to be able to do with the current version at least is, when viewing All notifications under the DATA tab (or Ctrl+N) is the ability to be able to sort via Criticality of notifications, Time/Date, System, Group, and Message. I would also like the ability to be able to select and delete multiple notifications using either the shift+click or Ctrl+Click method in both this view or by going into the individual systems and doing so. Hi Thanks for a great app i have been using it now for almost 4 months and think it is one of the best monitoring systems i have used Not sure if anyone has asked but it would be great if we could log events server stats notifications etc to a lcoal database eg an access database from the dashboard App This would allow us to do automatic server reporting for my clients eg average server loads, Uptime stats etc Thanks again for the App Cheers Peter

Hi Again I hope this is a small ask, but when running the dashboard in "full screen mode" (I now have a big screen nailup on the wall running all day long) the clock is obscured. It would be great to have a ticker type clock so that you can mentally note the time that things are happening eg server went off line at such and such a time. Many thanks Conrad

Currently, when I view an Event, then close it to return to the Events list, the list returns to the latest Event. This means that when I've scrolled down through (say) 20 "pages" of Events to get to the Event I want to view, I then have to scroll down those same 20 pages to get back to the next Event. This makes the Event log feature nearly useless unless it's a very recent Event. When I close an Event, please return me to the same page from which I opened it.

I am planning on rolling out the enterprise version of pc monitor to all PCs. I know it can notify me of when usb devices are but used but I was wondering if it could also record what files are being transmitted to and from the device in the syslog server? This would be an extremely sell-able feature.

I think having a report you can show a client on job history would help to show you're actually doing something, especially if they never have any problems. Can we have a new report option that show all the tasks run either manually or by schedule and possibly the outcome success/failed...

Issue using the 'Send Event Details by Email' option. When using this option to send the log info by Email, the following info is stripped from the email text and you have to type it yourself. Eventid: Systemname: Which event log: It is a nice feature to send info to one of our techs so they can review the issue or automate a notification, but why is some important info stripped from the email. Just learned about this application this week and love it so far. Would love to see support for DD-WRT routers, being able to monitor and make some config changes would be awesome.
