Hi, at the moment your antivirus feature is allways installed in English. A lot of our customers prefer their language (e.g German). If there is a proble like a virus, they allways get nervous, and than they see an information in a language where they are not fluent, and it gets worse... I know that Kaspersky offers his products in different languages, so there should be a possiblity to use the lanugage of the operating system. Thanks, Christian.

I would like to request that CrashPlan backup monitoring be added to Pulseway.

Currently when an agent is offline you really don't have that much information. Like maybe the agent is offline becuase it was out of memory of diskspace Or show some meta data of the computer, what kind computer is it, system information.

For Oracle database monitoring the following items would ideally need to be monitored; The tablespace sizes and projected growth, datafile size, oracle processes and their associated memory and cpu usage as well. Even better would be SQL and PL/SQL monitoring tools which dynamically pull up problem SQL or PL/SQL as well. Thank you !

My company has been testing out PSA/RMM systems for about a year now. Hands down Pulseway has been the BEST, however it's looking likely we are NOT going to be using PW because you don't have 2 simple features MOST others have. LDAP Integration is CRITICAL for our end users & security. We want to seriously "DUMB IT DOWN" for them. Emails DO NOT ACCOMPLISH THIS. On a constant basis no matter how much training they (end Users) get, they more often than not send emails like "It doesn't work." or "I got an error." Hi, I think I have asked for it before, but can not find it. I think it would be very easy for you to implement :-) For CPU-notifications we can provide a timespan, but not for memory. This gives us a lot of notifications on memory peaks. We would like also to provide a timespan for memory. Please consider this a feature request. Br, Martin.

I think that a user satisfaction survey would be ideal for Pulseway, configurable with the questions of your choice and allows HR or Operations Managers to view metrics and reports on engineers to find weaknesses, offer praise and provide training where needs be.

Hi, I tell you what is really missing, when someone replies to your chat and you’re not in the Pulseway app. It would be really good if an icon would appear like the red or yellow explanation mark, but a picture of an envelope to tell you then have replied. Can you add that feature?

Can we have an option to set an owner for each computer groups? This might help with running reports if you can have an option to create reports that run for all groups. My thoughts: when creating a report, under "Current Scope" you can have a checkbox to run per group. Then maybe under "Send the report via email when generated" you have option to "Send reports to group owners". This would be a helpful feature if you have multiple clients you need to send reports to every month or so.

I think having a report you can show a client on job history would help to show you're actually doing something, especially if they never have any problems. Can we have a new report option that show all the tasks run either manually or by schedule and possibly the outcome success/failed...

I have been evaluating the product and I really like it however it does not integrate with my accounting software Xero. This would be a nice feature for a lot of people.

Hi there, do you consider to improve the powershell feature? The Problem here is, that you can only start commands, which don't need any answer. If an answer is required, the command is not beeing executed - regardless you will give the answer within the next command. It is no real "bi-directional' powershell session like "enter-pssession -computername xxx', which is needed for our daily work. So we have to use vpn instead or rdp - both are not the fastest way to execute commands. In kaseya vsa we have this feature working as needed. 9 out of 10 times what we do now.. it the username.. what we do not know is the computername.

I feel like I'm missing something super simple here, but... Could an extension to the "restart" functionality be added so we're able to restart at a designated time or date? I know this can be done via schtasks or via PowerShell - it's not the point. It's a relatively simple function that I would imagine almost every MSP would use at some point. Previous RMM applications we've used have had this functionality too, and we're really missing it!

As I'm creating tasks, it's woefully lacking any reference as to whether a schedule exists or not. I would like to see a reference to the fact that the task is scheduled, and even better would be next scheduled time it is to execute.

Hi, this idea comes from an actual case I had: A servernormaly needs to run all the time, but a client doesn't. Clients normaly are only online at business times. So idea ist, to define a scedule where if have to get notified if the computer is offline, and for the rest of the time I don't care (= no notification). Thanks, Christian.

we have set a monitor event and want to only get certain types of logins, to alert to failed attempts, Right now, if we set it, we get all the 4624, but we just want the 4624 with type 7, and disregard all others. We want to see the errors for 4624 but when I put in Logon Type: 7, just as it is from the event log I get nothing. I only want to see type 7 events how could I do that? I am trying to do the include only event logs for options which are not working. Hi, it would be cool, if I could change the Pulseway Agent settings of a computer, even if the computer is offline. I had the problem yesterday, that I made a typo. The customer closed office, and all the clients where offline. I had to wait till today in the morning, to be able to fix the type. Thanks, Christian.

Hi, The main great idea with pulseway was to be able support customers from the mobile phone. It seems more features have to be run from the website rather than the app. Example: I have a script that i need to run on all computers in a group. Can we not have the option to view and run scripts from group level in the mobile app. We can do this when we go down to computer level. Its a pain having to setup a scope online, then create a task to run it. And the same with a group terminal. I know you can create script but sometime us engineers just need to run a command for all computers in a group. Can you not setup the terminal and powershell option i…
