Possible to select certain services to monitor via Group Policy? For example, include the StorageCraft service in group policy, and any server included in that policy would automatically have that service monitored.

As the title says, any plans to integrate the Dashboard product into the WebApp? Makes sense, one less install and a central point for reporting and config.

It would be VERY handy if, when viewing the pending windows updates for a computer, I could see a breakdown of the count by Important/Recommended - currently only the total count is shown.

As I'm creating tasks, it's woefully lacking any reference as to whether a schedule exists or not. I would like to see a reference to the fact that the task is scheduled, and even better would be next scheduled time it is to execute.

I had a big issue today where replies from clients were not adding the reply as a note, but instead creating a new ticket altogether. In the end, there were 2 causes. 1) In the default PSA email templates, the Ticket number was set as #Ticket No#. But at this time Mobile Monitor doesn't support this feature. Hi, After servers are rebooted PC Monitor always tells us that a handful of services is not started. Most of them has the start up type "Automatic (delayed)", but other services just uses a longer time before starting up. Could it be possible for PC Monitor to wait a few minutes before reporting failed services after a reboot? Then we could avoid a lot of ghost alerts. Br, Martin.

I started using your app not long ago, and I have request to add more hardware monitoring in it. Right now all I can see is CPU temperature, and two of my drives. It's not showing my fan speeds, or GPU temperature. It also doesn't detect my OS drive (Samsung evo 960 M.2 SSD), while it can detect other 2 just fine. Is there any option to enable GPU and fans monitoring as well?

When creating an automated task - would like the option to run that automated task automatically if a computer was offline at the designated time. This would come in handy if a client's machines internet connection is lost, is powered down, or consistently turns their machine off prior to the scheduled task running.

I'm not sure if this is able to be done, but a WSUS module would be awesome. Something that would let us sync up the servers and approve updates. Combined with the existing ability to install updates from PC Monitor, that entire part of my job would be able to be done from a phone.

Hi, I would like more option for the automatic maintenance mode. At the moment there are only weekdays and hours. It would be cool to: 1. Be able to mark faster and not only field by field. 2. Be able to not only have hours. 3. Have the possiblity to use official hollidays and hollidays for the customer himself (one time from till like in Outlook). 4. Exeptions for the maintenance mode. For example: one hour after the office closes, the computer makes a backup, and a shutdown after the backup. The previous solution we used for monitoring and alerts was a home-made application which uses WMI queries to monitor systems on the network. Mobile PC Monitor is a much more robust solution, but I would be interested in having the option to add "agent-less" computers by adding them to an existing computer with PC Monitor installed, defining which objects to monitor on the remote system (a workstation or laptop), then having that remote system appear in Mobile PC Monitor and the Dashboard application as a normal PC.
