Same story as zendesk, but for kayako helpdesk system. Hope that you can do something simular.

Currently when searching the list of Hardware assets by category or by any other field, then this search option has to be repeated for every record which needs to be edited. As soon as you go back to Hardware assets view it is no longer filtered by category, therefore search should be repeated. It would be much better to search all records at once and then edit them, rather than perform search each time when one record needs to be edited. This would improve the user experience.

Hello dear Pulseway team, today I noticed that the navigation with the keyboard is inconsistent (or at least it felt a bit off) when adding notifications for Performance Counters. The numbers indicate the next option each time i pressed Tab. Cycling through the menu works fine, but "Cancel" (2) as the second option, when starting from "Name:" (1) seems wrong. Maybe remove the description (4) as a target for Tab-cycling? Also I noticed that Ctrl+Backspace (delete whole preceding word) doesn't work in here, it just adds rectangle (symbol) to the text. Hello, I would really love to know when my computer was last seen online (Date and Time if possible). This information should be included when the computer is offline. It's useful to know when the computer got offline if you don't actually monitor it's power state. Any comments on this? Thanks.

Hello, I've been thinking these days about a way to know the latency between the host computer and the end device, this feature can be useful in identifying lag spikes and network functionality between a monitored server and mobile device's network (the one you're testing). This can be performed in a series of ping tests between the host and mobile's network. This can be troublesome if the router or firewal on mobile's end is blocking ICMP requests. Let me know what you think about it. This would be a great tool when you need to connect vpn clients in a new network to know how bad it will work . Paul.

My company has been testing out PSA/RMM systems for about a year now. Hands down Pulseway has been the BEST, however it's looking likely we are NOT going to be using PW because you don't have 2 simple features MOST others have. LDAP Integration is CRITICAL for our end users & security. We want to seriously "DUMB IT DOWN" for them. Emails DO NOT ACCOMPLISH THIS. Hi, The Linux Agent appears to be missing some of the capabilities of its Windows version. I am looking for some way to raise alerts based on specific log entries or monitor file changes, etc. If the capability exists, can someone let me know how to set this up ? I can't find anything like this in the config file. Alternatively, is the a plugin or some command line program that will allow an external program or script to raise alerts ? For example, let's imagine there is a command line program called pwalerts. I have some questions about functionality on Linux. If these things can be done, and I missed something, please share. We need a way set a maintenance window on Linux servers. I considered writing a script to modify the maintenance settings in config.xml, and schedule it in crontab for the beginning and end of maintenance window. Hey there, I've only been working with Pulseway for a short while, and see a lot of potential with it (already far advanced over our past RMM supplier)... I would like this feature to considered: the option list the last known 'Asset' info even when agent is offline... I know we can do this via a report, but see a good advantage to have access to the information even when it is turned off / offline from this screen also... Thanks - Grunta

Hi, It'd be really nice if we could get a reporting that shows the build number of the OS, instead of only having the version reported. Now you can't even see which systems are running "Windows 10 1909 (18363.476)". You only see "Windows 10 Pro".

Currently the interface allows us to run a script which is great, but it would be more useful to have an interactive interface that allowed us to operate as if we were on the system.

Hi Support, Firstly I have to say that I really love this program, it has really put a spotlight on efficiency and making day to day server support a breeze. I also have to commend you on your ongoing commitment to the community in providing updates and improvements. As for my feature request, is it possible to have a LOCAL UP ADDRESS added either before or after the EXTERNAL IP ADDRESS option. At the moment I have to fire up the command prompt widget and hit an IPCONFIG to get the address. A quick visual would help improve remote troubleshooting when getting users to ping servers and such. I love the Active Directory service, but don't forget about the local user administration some servers have only the local database and we love to provide remote change of local users and passwords. In other words, we want to have the power to change local passwords and reseter users in windows servers without active directory

Hi, I am not sure whether this is a bug or somehow failed design, but it's annoying to me: "The user account XY has been locked on domain ABC on server ZZZ" This warning keeps popping up every 15-30 minutes on my Android device, filling Notification logs and making me un-sensitive for possible NEW warnings. Is it somehow possible to let it warn ONCE, not repeating all the time?

Would it be possible to put load all event logs from chosen servers into one area on PC Monitor? I have set up the event log notification after following the thread in another post (thanks Paul).

Hi again, Love your new roadmap inspiring to watch this software evolve to an even more useful product for all it administrators out there. Impressive stuff. One useful thing would be to parse a log for errors at a scheduled time and escalate if threshold is violated, just like you do with the event log. Best regards Johnni

so if a user sends me an email and i send it on to the helpdesk the ticket should be in the name of the original user and not me only need this for emails sent in by agents we have this on our old ticket system and works well as we don't have to change the ticket contact

Any possibility of adding LogMeIn integration? Connectwise and Continuum are two that have LMI integration.

Are there any plans to add features to the Mac client? The Windows version does a lot more.

Hi Guys, I realize this feature is on the road map for a future release, but could you please provide an indication on how long it will be before remote desktop assistance is available to mac clients? I love using Pulseway, but not having this feature is a major disruption to our ability to support our remote clients using this platform. Thanks in advance, Grant.
