It would massively expand Pulseway's capabilities if Netflow/sflow analysis was added to its feature set.

I know that Webroot integration is a recent addition, but we have been using Malwarebytes and love the most recent version. A way to integrate this into Pulseway would be incredible.

Hi, A USP of Pulseway is the RMM built for Mobiles but yet we can’t remote control from a Mobile device! We still have to use our ScreenConnect or TeamViewer for remote control! Paul

I started using your app not long ago, and I have request to add more hardware monitoring in it. Right now all I can see is CPU temperature, and two of my drives. It's not showing my fan speeds, or GPU temperature. It also doesn't detect my OS drive (Samsung evo 960 M.2 SSD), while it can detect other 2 just fine. Is there any option to enable GPU and fans monitoring as well?

Hi, We have a lot of customer tasks to run by the end of a month and this means on every last Monday, last Tuesday, last Wednesday... etc. of the month. Could you guys please implement this little feature which should be in todays time a standard option in the schedule settings. Thanks!

Hi Currently having big problems whereby a lot of DNS records have been changed at my hosting company. I know there are third party tools that can monitor DNS changes but is there any way we could incorporate into Pukseway for clients' domains. Regards, Andy

Hi Guys, Not sure if this has been requested before so apologies in advance if it has. I had a customer with a slow PC and wanted to add the Disk Queue Length performance counter to see if that was causing the slowness however didn't want to have to log into her machine. Normally I would go via the Dashboard -> Edit Computer Settings and make whatever changes were necessary. However Performance Counters can't seem to be added this way as there is no Add button: Is this a bug or missing feature? I'm not sure what it is, but it seems lately that Kaspersky AV (aka pulseway antivirus) is picking up a lot of adware instances. I like this and use it to keep my clients safe. But sometimes it can be a little overwhelming to have to click through each one individually to delete them. Is there any way we can get an option to select multiple items and perform an operation on those multiple items? It would be nice to have better overall av integration, but this is one that I would love to see first. Is there anyway to show the last 3 scripts that have been ran on a system. Perhaps right below the run automation scripts. Nothing too detailed, but per system it would be nice to see what's been ran recently maybe title of script ran date and complete or failed status.

In the active directory module we can see users that are locked out, is it possible to add users with expired passwords as well. Instead if searching for a user sometimes I just want to see a list of users, would it be possible to show all users Instead of searching for them? Reason being it's a quick way to help clients with expired passwords and a quick way to see any abnormal accounts in AD.

At the moment we use Windows Dashboard 5.1.2 to monitor configured systems during office hours. As not all customers are under the same SLA, we don't need all notifications at all times. Outside office hours our support staff is mobile and would like to use Pulseway Android App to receive notifications on problematic systems. But unfortunately there is no option to include or exclude groups, tags, roles or scopes. And there is no way to tell the app just to show critical notifications. Are these features already planned for a future release of Android App?

I have Pulseway configured on 60 servers all at different locations. I'm waiting to deploy to the workstations until I get it configured just right. My question is: is there a way to get a list of installed programs across all devices? Say I need to know what version of chrome is installed on all the devices, to gauge which ones need updated etc -how would I go about doing that if it's possible?

It would be nice if instead of only by date or severity we could sort notifications by type. All low disk space alerts, all server offline etc.

We are an MSP, and it would be great if we could give our clients remote desktop access to their systems. A username/password combination that only had permissions to a specific machine and no access to the dashboard or agent.

It would be nice if we could view a global list of software with number of installations, and could uninstall software from that list. Or simply uninstall by group, similar to how the Windows Update feature works.

Hi, I would like more option for the automatic maintenance mode. At the moment there are only weekdays and hours. It would be cool to: 1. Be able to mark faster and not only field by field. 2. Be able to not only have hours. 3. Have the possiblity to use official hollidays and hollidays for the customer himself (one time from till like in Outlook). 4. Exeptions for the maintenance mode. For example: one hour after the office closes, the computer makes a backup, and a shutdown after the backup. I go on maintenance mode when the comany closes, because I don't know how long the backup task will need. I don't want the information if the computer …

Is there anyway in the web or the mobile apps when viewing the screen to have it auto refresh? Sometimes I have to few the screen for extended periods of time and I'm constantly hitting refresh. It would be nice if it auto refreshed every 15 or 30 seconds while the screen view was active

Hi Pulseway, I love the chat feature to talk to our customers, however is there any way you can enable any responses from customer to go into notifications. We have to stay in the chat section on the iPhone to see their responses. Customers doesn't always respond straight away. An alert would be good so we can use other sections of Pulseway whilst waiting for their response etc. Thanks Phil

Hi, I'm not sure if this is a feature request or if there may be a solution already. Here's the specifics: A customer is using Filemaker Server and it relies on the httpd service which is Apache to connect the web form feed via PHP. It stops occasionally and it would be most helpful to get an alert when it does just like with Windows services. I looked at monitoring an Application in the Pulseway preferences but did not see one that I should select. It would be great to be able to configure different notification email addresses based on alert type/source/severity. One example is that I'd want an email sent to our SMS page-out list for notifications of server outages or other mission critical events. I'm a new user to Pulseway -- maybe this is already an option? But from what I've gathered, emails can only be sent to the single email address in the account?

We are considering switching over to the RepairShopr PSA platform, and would like to know if an integration with them may be in the works. I understand they use the REST API as well, and have solid documentation on their site for integrating into their platform. Can this be looked into? It is definitely becoming a popular solution, and companies like Ninja RMM and SolarWinds MSP are already integrated with them.
