Hi Guys, Not sure if this has been requested before so apologies in advance if it has. I had a customer with a slow PC and wanted to add the Disk Queue Length performance counter to see if that was causing the slowness however didn't want to have to log into her machine. Normally I would go via the Dashboard -> Edit Computer Settings and make whatever changes were necessary. However Performance Counters can't seem to be added this way as there is no Add button: Is this a bug or missing feature? If it's missing, it would be handy to have as you can pretty much do everything else from here and it's not always convenient having to log into the…

I know that Webroot integration is a recent addition, but we have been using Malwarebytes and love the most recent version. A way to integrate this into Pulseway would be incredible.

Could we add an alias to be displayed along side the device name in the systems view? Or maybe display the last logged in user. Just so it's easier to find a user machine without having to remember/find the device name.

As an MSP, i have a small office where i have a huge TV Screen, where i can display important information. I am an Apple minded MSP, which means for Pulseway: running a VM with Windows to display the Windows Store app Dashboard. Having a mac mini running fullscreen RDP session to said VM, and transmit its display using Airplay to an Apple TV hooked up to the tv to display the dashboard. Not an ideal setup but alas! It works. At the moment, the Dashboard is static. There’s really no costumizing what so ever. I would very much like to have the ability to costumize the dashboard, preferably using CSS. That way, your userbase can setup Dashboards the way that benef…

We need to be able to automatically associate user accounts with agents based on group, or some other mechanism. We have all agents logged in using the admin account. Whenever we add new agents, we have to login in to the web console and manually associate the new agents with the user account(s) that need to manage/support them. It looks like this is already on the roadmap, do you have any update as to when this will be available? Thanks

I use PSA for billing but do NOT use the PSA generated invoices since they don't look great and have no customization. Once the invoice syncs to Quickbooks via QBsync, I send the client the invoice from QB using a custom invoice template. This works great except some clients use the Client Portal to view status of invoices and payments. I want their invoices to post to the client portal, but they won't until you click the "Send to Client" button. There needs to be a way to post the invoice to the Clients' Portal without sending the email. A button on the invoice would suffice. Right now I get around this by creating a dummy contact with fake email address and markin…

I have some questions about functionality on Linux. If these things can be done, and I missed something, please share. If these things aren't possible, then they should be considered as feature requests. Scheduled Maintenance: Linux servers have scheduled maintenance as well. We need a way set a maintenance window on Linux servers. I considered writing a script to modify the maintenance settings in config.xml, and schedule it in crontab for the beginning and end of maintenance window. However, if the server were to not come back during the maintenance window, then a notification will not be sent, so this is a flaw. Rules: It would be helpful to be able to …

Hi, I think it misses the ability to monitor bandwidth on servers and users computers. It would be nice to have a history of several weeks and the services used.

As most of your supported OSs can run Docker can we have basic docker management? It would be handy to be able to start, stop and see what ports are exposed by the containers. Cheers.

Greetings All, I'm a new Pulseway PSA user, just getting familiar with the product. I'd started by using the To Do List as a repository for my master list of tasks for clients. Some of these I had linked to tickets. The other night I accidentally marked my whole list of To Do items as done. I went to the Already Done tab and saw the "Remove All Done" button, selected all items and clicked it. Doing this permanently removed all my completed tasks, including those attached to tickets! Support has informed me that restores, a) involve restoring the entire SQL DB for 4000 and extracting my data from that, and b) incur a significant fee I'm st…

i'd like to see the audit log search updated to provide the free search option that was previously available. For example i use event notifications to record VPN connections, previously i could search the audit log for 'VPN' and find all the associated events. now i have to run multiple searches on a system exporting the results while guessing the time frame due to the export limitation. once the data is exported i then have to search the data extracting the information required and spend around 30 to 45 minutes performing a task that previously took only a minute or two.

Please support webhooks as destinations for notifications. This opens up integrations with many other services without the need for Pulseway to configure specific integrations for each one. The feature should be able to send a post to a URL when the specified event type is triggered. If possible, the ability to add headers to the webhook would make the feature even more usable (imagine cases where you want to send a message to teams, hangouts, etc...). Thanks!

It doesn't look lige 2FA is used in Dashboard and Remote Desktop apps. Am I doing something wrong, or is it just not implemented yet?

Hi, It'd be really nice if we could get a reporting that shows the build number of the OS, instead of only having the version reported. Now you can't even see which systems are running "Windows 10 1909 (18363.476)". You only see "Windows 10 Pro".

Hello, I think I saw something about this in another post and wanted to follow up. It sounds like there may be updates to the reporting feature. Do we know when? It would be great to have more reports and report options. Reports are a big help in customer meetings and show our value.

New enterprise user coming from Kaseya. Would be great to see access to services (start, stop, restart, configure), the registry (view hives, and add keys/etc.), and file transfers from within the web app. File transfer works great from remote desktop, but here are times we simply need to copy an icon/file and it would be nice to not disturb the user for a simple file copy.

Why is the "computer is started" notification not available as workflow trigger? I understand the "System offline" + "System back online" triggers in cases where you monitor servers with Pulseway (which are supposed to be online all the time). In our case we monitor remote workstations that get booted up and shut down daily. If we could use "computer is started" as trigger it would be ideal to run eg. an automation script once a system is booted up.

Hello All, I think that it would be extremely helpful to include information regarding the age of the computer, and more warranty information in app without having to purchases a third party integration such as WarrantyMaster. It would do this by pulling information based on the serial tag.

We often use pulseway to deploy webroot and would like to see a site key manager added so when deploying we dont have to copy paste they site key everytime, but rather have a drop down with all available site keys / site names. Even if it cant be automatically pulled from the webroot dashboard, and we have to go in and add / name the sites and associated keys that would still be helpful.

With more and more remote users, it would be nice to deploy Windows 10/11 to any remote pc. New desktops & laptops have pre-loaded bloatware. They are usually shipped directly to the end-user then an admin would get access to deploy the organization shares, emails, etc. With this solution, we can remote deploy a fresh golden image via a simple executable the end-user can perform after opening their brand new computer and passing the first-time setup. Would like to see this in Pulseway someday. We are currently using SmartDeploy.

Hi all I have recently started with Lamberts Business Systems, who make fairly extensive use of Pulseway for monitoring and alerts across our managed customers. I've worked with Pulseway elsewhere, but at a fairly basic level in terms of availability monitoring. Just getting my head around our processes and procedures, and when I went to review our alert notifications, I saw that the only option seems to be to delete notifications, as opposed to acknowledging them and adding notes where appropriate. I've had a look at prior feature requests, and I found this post: I note there may have been mention of this being a feature in the enterprise versio…

When cross referencing our asset lists, having the ability to quickly search our systems by Serial Number would be a major quality of life upgrade. As it stands, there is nothing in the search feature which allows us to look for a value that does not change as the device moves around from user to user. If someone obtains a device from an old user and the name is not updated or maybe we have an older field device with an obscure name schema from an ex-admin. If I don't know to search for that or the search feature doesn't think what I'm searching is close enough to the name, then I have to pull up the group that it *may* be in and search down each Asset Info tab trying to …

First of all : great product ! It still needs some tweaking to become mature , But looking at the changes in the last months and the planned new features i'm really hoping to get rid off Kaseya very soon and replace it with PC Monitor . I've got a feature request : in our company It is common that external software consultants get access to servers for software updates of there products or changes in there software configuration. We do give these external consultants a separate admin account to logon. same case with junior system admins , they get a separate account. When things go wrong on a server often the sofware guys and the network admin guys point a…

...but not enough. I'd like to configure PCM to attempt a TCP or UDP connection to specific port(s) on remote computer(s) to verify that they're listening. For example, verify that TCP 3389 is listening on a Remote Desktop Session Host, or UDP 53 on a DNS server. You don't have to have much running for a PING test to pass, so it's a pretty minimal test. But in addition, Ping is often exempted from IPSec. So by checking for other protocols that aren't exempted from IPSec, you can also get an idea if IPSec is your connectivity problem.

I would like to be able to open up a port and then send a string to that port and compare the data that is returned, bad data or no data returned would put up a flag that the server is having issues. This would tell me that the application is working correctly. If you can do this and add in a way to run a SQL query against a MSSQL server and compare the results, I would buy this product in a heart beat! Thank you. Randy
