Dear Team, Pulseway is popular for monitoring current status of servers/services,- now our management asks for a report listing not only xx% uptime for each server,- but also includes date/time and duration for each downtime per server,- how/When can Pulseway deliver such a report ? Please enhance the graphs that are generated in the applications. For instance, the network graph does not even specify the time scale at the bottom (See image attached). It should also have the ability to scale the graph to look at different time ranges. Also it would be nice to be able to see a graph of things like the performance counters. We are loving just about everything about PulseWay at our company, the biggest wish here though is to be able to see historical information over time in graphs for the various monitored metrics. It would be nice with a build in option to trigger notifications based on the date since last backup of any databse. Hey there, I've only been working with Pulseway for a short while, and see a lot of potential with it (already far advanced over our past RMM supplier)... I would like this feature to considered: the option list the last known 'Asset' info even when agent is offline... I know we can do this via a report, but see a good advantage to have access to the information even when it is turned off / offline from this screen also... Thanks - Grunta

Now we can fill in one ESX(i) server or a vcenter server. But when someone has no vcenter.. and two seperate ESX(i) servers they have to use two seperate managers to monitor them

When i search there.. i Want to be able to do a "Search as you type" on Groups, Tags, System Name, Logged on Users (usernames or part of usernames).

Most of the times i want to monitor more then less. So it would like more logical to create a toggle on every tab.. in the manager and Policies to select All of Deselect All. Most of the times i would the select all and just deselect a few.. Please Add.. because my fingers are hurting from all the clicking..

Would love the ability to view details of a computer that is currently offline, for example, last LAN IP address, last event logs, applications, computer Make & Model, serial number, etc. This would help in troubleshooting any PC problems for PCs are are offline.

Hi, can it be posible, that if a notification is sent that you can also fire a custom SQL insert on a local or remote sql server ? and also use some vars from that notification.. Kind regards

I looked at another MST product last week that had the option to set up the time zone when setting up a client. I live in Thailand but my clients are mostly in the US. I'm getting notifications with my time zone, but not theirs. I need a way for the system to differentiate the times of various clients. In the agent, I can set the time or times that I want the computers to be in maintenance mode. But when the time zone changes, there is no modify it according to the time zone itself.

The same way it works on Xen server or VMware, it would be great to be able to manage de Proxmox containers and KVM from the UI. I already installed it on the Host (the promox) using the Debian install, which is great, but it would be great to have buttons to manage the VMs and see the performance.

Hi, To avoid unnecessary interruptions would you please tweak the application installed/monitoring as follows: 1. Track a history of application changes: name and date installed/uninstalled. 2. Alert wildcard exclude (ex. Application Name: "Mozilla Firefox*") such that when Mozilla Firefox 51.0.1 (x64 en-US) or it latest version are installed and uninstalled no alert is sent. The history is useful to know what application changes occurred recently and I'm also looking for alerts on non-standard applications. The later I do want a notification. Hi, at the moment, if I go through the config, I see allways a lot of Stuff in the Server Modules which I don't need all the time. I think, it would be better, to change this to a variable system, where I can aktivate/deaktivate the Server Modules I want to use (see). And with such a solution, maybe, you could make it like a PlugIn-System, so that the company behind some Server Software can create their own PlugIn whithout telling their secrets. For example. My company has been testing out PSA/RMM systems for about a year now. Hands down Pulseway has been the BEST, however it's looking likely we are NOT going to be using PW because you don't have 2 simple features MOST others have. LDAP Integration is CRITICAL for our end users & security. We want to seriously "DUMB IT DOWN" for them. Emails DO NOT ACCOMPLISH THIS. On a constant basis no matter how much training they (end Users) get, they more often than not send emails like "It doesn't work." or "I got an error." When creating an automated task - would like the option to run that automated task automatically if a computer was offline at the designated time. This would come in handy if a client's machines internet connection is lost, is powered down, or consistently turns their machine off prior to the scheduled task running.

Hi All, New to the software and love its ease of use. I am looking for an update from the roadmap on when the custom reporting may be available? Things like asset reporting on all PCs with x of software (Eg. office 2010) or License numbers of x software.Have a microsoft audit for example and need to gather all the FPP license numbers! All the information you appear to have already from the summary and detail asset reports its just the selection of those items into one report. or if any one knows a script that performs that task?

It would be nice if instead of only by date or severity we could sort notifications by type. All low disk space alerts, all server offline etc.

I'm not sure what it is, but it seems lately that Kaspersky AV (aka pulseway antivirus) is picking up a lot of adware instances. I like this and use it to keep my clients safe. But sometimes it can be a little overwhelming to have to click through each one individually to delete them. Is there any way we can get an option to select multiple items and perform an operation on those multiple items? It would be nice to have better overall av integration, but this is one that I would love to see first.
