Hi My pc monitor agents are running an older version, even though the auto updater is checked. I have several agents running on different servers, is there a way to get the agents all updated at once? Is there a way to manually go into the agents and tell it to update? Thanks

Hi, can PC Monitor be used through a web proxy? Does it use the proxy settings configured in Windows, or will it try to send traffic directly to the PCM servers via the network gateway? We have a requirement to install behind a firewall on a network where web access is strictly controlled via a proxy server only. Thanks in advance for your advice.

I want to send a batch file command through jenkins that will alter the config files for all the windows machines (i do this easily on my Linux machines). Reading through the documents here i see instructions for importing config files but that is it. Am i supposed to create my own config file and import it into my pulseway file? If so how do i go about this, I am having trouble understanding where to go from here. Thanks, Aaron

Hello, suddenly I am unable to uninstall KAV from some of the computers (they both are in the same group) as in the RMM the uninstall option along with change policy are greyed out with notification "disabled by policy". Not really sure what that should mean as I do not recall any changes in AV policy being changed lately. Also uninstall from within the Windows is not possible, greyed out too. What gives? Thanks

Hi, I just added AV to my account but I'm having lots of problems with it. it installs fine but it wont update to latest def/version. I have left the pc's running over night updating and still no luck. I uninstalled all old av before I installed and lost count how many times I have rebooted the pc's now Anyone any ideas Martin

So, I'm aware that generally the resolution is the resolution of the actual monitor, but I hit a new issue: I no longer have a monitor attached to a PC I'm connecting to, and hence, it's defaulting to the Basic Video Adapter at 800x600. For normal RDP, the resolution is set by the client connecting to the machine, but that's not an option with Pulseway Remote. Is anyone else using this software with a no-monitor setup and how can I increase the resolution to a functional size?

Hi, I'm trying to setup pulseway to monitor a UNC path and when that path is no longer available to send me a notification. The problem is that I CANNOT ping the path due to security reasons so I will have to use UDP to watch the path. I cannot find where to do this. Ive tried the ping options with no luck. Any ideas will greatly be appreciated. Thank You Tony

Hello I am trying out Pulseway but I am having issues starting the service. I was able to install the software fine but I am not able to register the device. I received the email stating that I was going to authenticate a device but it doesn't complete. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Any assistance is greatly apprecaited. I have done this on 2 different computers and both expercienced the exact same thing.

Hi, I'm using version 2.8.1 on a XP machine (SP3). After startup the PCMonitorsrv.exe consumes 100% CPU for about 5 minutes, making the computer completely unresponsive. I've checked several setting and read the install instructions, but didn't found any clues what is causing this behaviour. Any Thoughts ? Kind Regards, Gertjan

Anyone have any insight on how to install PCMonitor on a provisioned Citrix XenApp 6.5 server? I have 10 application servers that I'd like to monitor. I can install PCm after the server boots, but I'd like to build it into the base image so I don't have to reinstall every time it reboots. Of course you can install it on the base image but every server that boots is a clone of the base so the unique identity isn't there. How can I make each server uniquely register itself from the base image on boot?

How do i uninstall one Antivirus from all workstation through pulseway.. then install new one. is there any script available Or do i need to make one and is there any option to push that script through CMD on all workstation ?? Ok, So I am trying to schedule Windows updates for some of our clients using the web app. However the only option it gives me is to install them immediately (At least to my understanding.) Is there any feature that lets me schedule them during a down time such as late at night.

Hello everyone. I am starting with the "Pulseway" application, when I am on the same network as the PC that I want to turn on if it turns on, but when I use another network (WAN) it does not turn on. Could you help me what is the configuration to be able to turn on a PC from another network?

We have made take over from another hosting company. Now i got 130 servers without Disk-configuration notifications, as it has not been copied in deployment of Pulseway. The Policy in Pulseway is used to send critical alerts. How to configure over 130 servers without changeing notifications manualy?

So I copied a VM hard drive from one server to the next (lets say it was HDDx1), I just need to make a redundant VM (lets say it is HDDx2). I have done this successfully many times but never on VMs that are monitored by Pulseway. After I set up HDDx2, I did a system prep and reinstalled windows on it, gave it a new IP and name (I also renamed the copied VM HDD as well). Everything seems fine, except for Pulseway. It continues to send notifications that HDDx1 public IP has switched to HDDx2's IP and vice versa... What information can you provide to help me with this? I have tried uninstalling and reinstall Pulseway but it continues. I am not sure if I am fully uninst…

Ok need to know how to not show the Pulseway manager after install. We cannot always install onsite and have issues with employees changing settings. Plus how do we change setting in the pulseway manager remotely, sadly manager has more power over the the monitoring system.

Hi guys, something strange has happened. I had to change a broken HDD on an acer laptop. Everything went ok, I also had a ghost image of the previous HDD so the laptop is working fine. When checking the client form my windows dashboard I run into a "Error in XML Document (1, xxx). The strange thing is that I've checked the pc monitor config right on the laptop and everything seems fine (I also get alerts). So what I did is to uninstall PC Monitor and re-install it. Import a new configuration to try and overwrite the existing one.. but nothing only for this client I keep getting the same error when trying to read its configuration from the dashboard.. Any clue…

Hi, sorry to insist but as in these days I'm going to setup 25 clients I need to know how to get the event notification to work. For ex. I have the following scenario not working for me. On a Windows 7 Ultimate ed (italian). I've installed and configured latest PC Monitor 32Bit ver. I then enabled to get notified for event ID 26212 (Chkdsk): Application Log Type: Information Event ID: 26212 Source: Chkdsk I then run a Chkdsk on C: volume and noticed that the event is correctly registered in the windows Application event log with ID 26212. Hello, I've been using Pulseway (PC Monitor) for years and love the app. I just went from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and I find Pulseway is not allowing me to remote start. Also, after a startup, it doesn't notify me that it's up and running. If I go into my app on my phone, it shows it's up and running. If I send a test notification from the PC, it notifies my phone. I have the power setting set for Turn on fast startup is OFF. I also tried the delayed start and that caused it to not start the service at all. Everything worked perfectly in Windows 7. I also ran the compatibility auto checker and it set it for Windows 8. The app allows me to shut down the PC with no…
