When trying to install the Pulseway .msi on a Win10 OS I receive the following error message and the installer closes out. "This advertised application will not be installed because it might be unsafe…change the installation user interface option of the package to basic" What can I do to correct this error? Thanks

So Pulseway started spamming my event log with the following Message "Received Request Execute addon command '1.32.-2' from device Id: 'Agent'" Here are the Eventlog messages other than that everything is working fine

So I can't install the Pulseway Agent on a Windows 2019 Server. I installed it on 21 servers, but on this one fails. The error "The installer was interrupted before Pulsenay could be installed. You need to restart the installer to try again." I tried installing the certificate, it changed nothing.

We are taking snapshots of our server, but when we create (or restore) new server from that snapshot we are getting swarmed by conflicting Pulseway notifications. Hi All! I am excitedly coming to the end of a trial and about to commit to deploying Pulseway, so I hope I will be a regular contributor to this group. A niggling issue I am having is we have a number of devices with HostNames greater than 15 characters. When I install the agent, and it displays in the UI it is truncating any additional letters after the (NETBIOS compliant) 15 characters. Anyone else also experiencing this issue? Hi all, I recently did a clean upgrade to Windows 10 on 2 WKSTs previously running Windows 7 with Pulseway installed. I am now at a loss as to how to re-add these units to my Pulseway instance. I see they are still showing up in the “Deployment Successful” tab under “Discovery & Deployment”. Is there a way to re-add these units without manually installing the Pulseway app on these WKSTs?

I am looking to control a PC remotely, so I installed this one. I normally use Google desktop that works fine, but I want to more to a more robust solution. My first test to see if the FREE version works before I go in and pay. I have it all installed and I can connect to the PC remotely, but it is an image and I can't control anything. Is this the way this software is supposed to work? I want to control the desktop.

Hello! A few questions and i hope I posted it in correct forum Has anyone used Pulseway in offline mode? If to use pulseway in online mode, can you specify which softwares to download auto and can you access that folder? My issue is that I wonder if Pulseway has the option, where I can specify all the software updates needed, it downloads it automatically and then i can copy this to a usb or such and then take it to a replication pulseway setup but that has no internet, upload the folder with updates and then Pulseway pushes it to the clients from that folder or usb. Softwares is a mix of 3rd party + windows/office updates Is above doable? …

We have made take over from another hosting company. Now i got 130 servers without Disk-configuration notifications, as it has not been copied in deployment of Pulseway. The Policy in Pulseway is used to send critical alerts. How to configure over 130 servers without changeing notifications manualy?

So, I'm aware that generally the resolution is the resolution of the actual monitor, but I hit a new issue: I no longer have a monitor attached to a PC I'm connecting to, and hence, it's defaulting to the Basic Video Adapter at 800x600. For normal RDP, the resolution is set by the client connecting to the machine, but that's not an option with Pulseway Remote. Is anyone else using this software with a no-monitor setup and how can I increase the resolution to a functional size?

Working for a school district, we have different teachers who have different needs for their students. We are trying to find a way to set up multiple groups for machines so that the appropriate software gets installed only on those machines. Hello guys. This error is showing up when I'm trying to install it! I recently installed it, but i didn't show on my desktop nor the "delete programs" tabs So i can't uninstall it and reinstall it! it has installed fine then my PC should restart - So i though it wasn't installed so i install it then it says this error! Problem - when a service stop, pulseway do not send Notification... Process Notification do not send Notivication, if process stops...

Like; All Dell Systems (Desktop/Laptops) All HP Systems (Desktops / Laptops) So we match on; Asset info: Manufacturer and OS Tag that should be made; Dell Systems with Windows 10 for example Filter: Manufacturer = Dell Inc. and OS = Windows 10

I had installed Pulseway and then wanted to delete it but I was not able to find Pulseway in the control panel uninstall feature and so I tried manually uninstalling files but that also did not work. I tried running the .msi installer again but an error came up saying that Pulseway is already installed but it still was not showing up. Please help me with this.

Title says it all - new install on the first Authentication panel when entering account details. I am using my main pulseway account login detail as I did with the first system I registered which is working fine. This is a second system I am adding. Can someone advise it I am doing something wrong please as I keep getting: "An error occurred while validating the account - Invalid username and/or password (202)"

Hello, Using the iOS Pulseway app I can remotely wake my computer, lock, shut down, etc. As soon as I go off my home wifi however, the only function that doesn't work is the "wake" command. I can still lock and shut down though. I went through all the steps discussed in this thread (http://forum.pulseway.com/topic/630-help-with-wol-wake-up-didnt-works-for-me/) and none of it helped. Has anyone run into this similar problem? Thanks!

I've just deployed Pulseway on my office's workstations and configured the AV and patch management schedules, to run after the staff have left for the day. However we have a company policy, that came from the owner, that office computers need to be shutdown at the end of day, and stay shutdown till the start of the next day's shift. I know WoL could be used to turn the machines back on for the tasks to run, what I'm unsure of is how I can have the computers shutdown again when the tasks are completed. I had thought about changing the schedule so that both events take place on the same day and setting up a scheduled task to shutdown the computers at midnight, but in …

I've installed the connector but when I check my add-ins, the Pulseway PSA Outlook Extension is inactive with the load behavior of: Not Loaded. A runtime error occurred during the loading of the COM Add-in. I've tried checking the box to enable it. I've tried restarting Outlook. I've tried restarting the PC. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the plugin. Where should I go from here?

I'm new to pulseway and SNMP. I'm trying to set up SNMP to monitor a Synology RACKSTATION using their MIB guide, but every OID I try returns either NoSuchInstance or NoSuchObject. I really can't see why this is happening. I am using SNMP v3. Any ideas?

Hi all; it seems that my agent status is persistently 'assigning' with regard to assigning "patch policies." I attempted to delete the policy - however, I receive the error that the 'policy is in use.' I even unregistered the pc agents, then 're registered' to no avail. Attached is a illustration of my conundrum. Any advice would serve me well.
