As my monitored machines are updating to the new Windows 10, the agent simply will not start automatically.. Any idea why?

Hello, very nice tool ! I have only one problem. In my system is a HDD which is unused. So I told windows in powersetting to bring it to standby after 5 min. In Pulseway Agent I deaktivated the features "Hard Disks" and "Hardware Details", furthermore, there is no space check on this HDD or another notification. But pulseway always wakes this HDD. In ProcessMonitor with pulsewayservice running I get many wmiprvse.exe accesses to that disk. If I stop the services no more processes are accessing this disk. I there a way to tell pulseway to exclude this hdd ?

Hi all; it seems that my agent status is persistently 'assigning' with regard to assigning "patch policies." I attempted to delete the policy - however, I receive the error that the 'policy is in use.' I even unregistered the pc agents, then 're registered' to no avail. Attached is a illustration of my conundrum. Any advice would serve me well.

Does the Pulseway RMM clear the alerts automatically if the alert has been resolved? IE a patch, we have patch management set to run nightly. The patches get installed but the alert still remains?

Is it possible to split-up alerting in such a way, that PulsewayUser1 receives alerts for Server Group A,C,D and PulsewayUser2 receives alerts for Server Group B,E,G and so on (until used the 5 Pulseway accounts) ? ie.: User2 should NOT receive the alerts comming from other but his/her own servergroups Regards, Martin

Hello. I'm just trying out the product, which looks quite good. I'm receiving alerts quite late. For example, I shutdown my laptop the other night and it took more than 30 minutes for the alert to arrive, which isn't much use. I'm still in the trial mode and I'm hoping that's why these alerts aren't arriving much sooner.

Hello team ! Hello community ! New to pulseway, but already loving it ! We do monitor a large bunch of windows laptops, and set up pulseway to alert when there are critical updates are available. The consequence of this setting is that whenever Microsoft releases a critical update, we have random critical alerts as soon as the laptop gets connected, which is not manageable. We could deactivate alerts, but it is not the point, as you may agree. Do you believe there is a way to get an alert when a computer has not been updated for, for example, one month ? If yes, how would you configure that in the agent ? Thank you for all your precious answers. …

Hello. I'm just trying out the product, which looks quite good. I have a few questions. Is it possible to set a timeframe for when you don't accept alerts, for example, Not to receive alerts in the middle of the night? Is it possible to manually trigger a check of a monitored system? How often are monitored systems checked? Is it possible to change a monitored system's settings without having to log into the system, for example, is it possible to change the settings of a monitored system from the pulseway.com dashboard? Hi All of our monitored servers are showing as offline on the dashboards. In addition to that, when we try and validate our account details within the Pulseway Manager client, we get the following error message: "An error occurred while making the HTTP request to https://ws15.pulseway.com/Server.svc. This could be due the fact that the server certificate is not configured properly with HTTP.SYS in the HTTPS case. This could also be caused by a mismatch of the security binding between the client and the server." Our current client version is 4.4.1 (build 5275) running on a variety of Windows servers. Stadler

Title says it all - new install on the first Authentication panel when entering account details. I am using my main pulseway account login detail as I did with the first system I registered which is working fine. This is a second system I am adding. Can someone advise it I am doing something wrong please as I keep getting: "An error occurred while validating the account - Invalid username and/or password (202)"

We currently have a Windows Update policy running on all of our computers and are having difficulty finding the best way to implement 3rd party patches. Working for a school district, we have different teachers who have different needs for their students. We are trying to find a way to set up multiple groups for machines so that the appropriate software gets installed only on those machines. Our math teacher, for instance, has 20 students that needs some TI Nspire calculator software, while we have another teacher that wants some art software installed on their student machines. Some of these students might overlap but we can find a way to assign multiple policies to each…

Hi, it seems that the Notifications -> Event Log -> Event Log Filter is one of the usefullst things for me. Now I need to know, if I can use wildcards. For example: I use Altaro VM Backup for my backups. I searched with EventLogSourcesView for all possible sources on my system. In the moment I use this list: "Altaro Offsite Server, Altaro VM Backup, Altaro VM Backup Controller, Altaro VM Backup Engine, Altaro VM Backup Hyper-V Host Agent, Altaro.HyperV.WAN.RemoteService". It would be easier, if I could just say "Altaro*", but I don't know if this would work. Thanks Christian.

Hi I've been using PC monitor for a couple of weeks. But now, I don't receive any notifications, except one: "Your server modules has ended. You can get a subscription by pressing the subscription details button in the PC monitor manager [...]" I'm only using 1 PC to monitor, with 3 attached devices and it's for non commercial use. I thought it was free !??! When I go to the "subscription details", I can only set the number of computers. Minimum is 5, and the lowest price the soft asks me to pay is 45€ for one year ! Hi, The remote desktop tab in the Pulseway manager displays greyed out options. I'm not able to tick or untick the "Enable remote desktop" despite being an admin. I managed to enable it using Powershell. However, I now have the problem where the "Ask for user confirmation before allowing any remote desktop session" is also greyed out and "deny the connection" is ticked. Is there a powershell command to change it to "allow the connection" please? Thanks in advance.

Hi, so I'm a little confused. The Pulseway app on my phone allows me to run "built in" automated scripts. I cannot find anything about them in the manual or in the forum. So my question is where are they and how do we create new ones? im currently looking to run power she'll scripts but if the app has built in scripts then that might be the way to go. thank you tony

Hi! I have the following situation: Windows Server 2016 Standard, Windows Defender Features uninstalled, AV Product = Panda Adaptive Defense 360. The Pulseway RMM shows no AV Status. Only he said that the firewall and status from windows side is ok. Next to the server I have a Windows Client with the same situation but where the Panda is detected. It is clear that I can see only the status, but this is important. Perhaps someone has an idea in this case. BR Jens
