Dear support, We are having some network devices (HP OfficeConnect switches) and a UniFi network with UAP-AC-PRO access points. How do we have to setup SNMP so that we can monitor the devices? We have added them manually in our site map, but all we can see is a ping round trip. When adding SNMP variables with OID settings from the devices, we receive no information. Is there a way so we can receive more information or are there some additional steps that need to be taken in order to make this work? Greetings, This question may be more appropriate in another place but I am sure someone here can answer my question. In additon to using this wonderful software to monitor my home computers I occasionally use it to stop a program from running by killing the process. I would love the ability to start a program remotely as well. I have messed with the Terminal command prompt option today and have sucessfully started the program I wanted remotely however it ran as "System" instead of "MyUserName" so it didn't really accomplish what I wanted. I have tried every combination of runas: type prompt I could locate via google with no luck. Can anyone tell me how to structur…

Good morning, Being a satisfied user of Pulseway, I still have a few questions: How do I monitor the Ashay Backup (version 6)? I’d like to know whether the backup succeeded or failed. Is it possible to monitor the internet speed? How do I configure that? Is it possible to monitor Backup exec? How do I configure that?

I have to say I'm very disappointed in this upgrade. Functionality actually missing that was in the previous version? (System level user rights, separate notifications rights) No ETA for the return of those features? Disappointing.

While viewing All Systems, is it possible to Filter by Online only, so you can view only the systems online I know in Dashboard you can view online systems only but that is small Would be great to be able to filter online only Thanks

How do you view the users screen and camera if applicable? I have it enabled on the settings, but I can't find it anywhere on my iPhone 4S to view it. Thanks!

I recently found your software and have been very impressed. I would like to know how to make my GPU temperature view able on the iphone/ipad app. I can see the CPU and HDD, but not the GPU.

hi, I downloaded your wonderful program and I immediately used the function wake on lan, it works perfectly, the problem is that during the day I find the pc turned on without having given it any consent, in different hours of the day the pc turns on alone. How do I solve the problem? I would like to turn it on only when I give it the command. Thanks a lot

Last night i setup my pc and my pc monitor android app to work over the internet and 3g. Last nite it worked flawlessly but this morning it would not wake up my home pc. I kept getting network offline error. I came home from work, booted up my pc and boom! it worked. Why is it inconsistent? I have port 9 udp forwared an im running windowd 7 ultimate with a netopia 3347-02 router/modem with att dsl. I am also using a dyndns static ip updater as well. Thanks for any help

Hello, I've been trying to turn on my computer when I'm away from the house using both mobile data and another WiFi connection. When I'm on the same network the wake up command works but if I'm using mobile data I'll get the message "Wake up command failed" and when I'm on another network it says "wake up command sent" but nothing happens. I have the necessary port forwarded (UDP 9) and through the Pulseway android app port monitor I can see it works. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi, I have both devices IOS (iPad3 4G) and Android (Galaxy S4) When I try the Wake UP command on the phone (S4) it says Wake Up Failed. But if I try it straight away on the iPad it wakes up the PC instantly. Both are on 3G so there is no reason why 1 works and 1 doesn't that I can see. Both devices are authorized.

First let me thank you guys for such a great product.. Just getting into now but I see great potential.! - Maybe something I am overlooking but I am not able to "wake up all computers" in a group from the website.. I am able to wake each individual computer in this group from the internal network, outside wan network perfectly, and iPhone app., Which rocks.! I am just not able to select the group from website and wake the whole group. Thanks again.!

Hola. Pulseway funciona bien en red domestica pero en Wan con el celular en 4g no puedo despertar la pc, lo raro es que en wan 4g la puedo apagar pero no encender/despertar. Tengo el bios configurado para magic packet, tengo la targeta de red configurada para despertar con magic packet y habilitado. Y tengo deshabilitado el inicio rapido en windows 10.

I have 1 Debian computer for which Wake Up works. I have 1 Windows computer for which Wake Up works. Now I have build one new Windows computer on which Wake up Command Failed, while sending a magic package in a differtent way the computer wakes up. Hello, I have a question about the Pulseway app. When the pc is on all of the commands work great and are perfect for managing the pc. But I am attempting to turn on my pc when I am away from my home and then be able to fully control it like I was there. The issue is how the wake up command from sleep or from powered down will not work even when on my home network. How can I fix this. Also a side question, is there a way I would be able to see a live view of the screen or does it only allow screenshots of the screen. Thanks

Hi, First time posting here; been using Pulseway for years without issue. Recently, however, I am seeing a number of issues with the wake up command. Neither the web interface, nor my app (android, Galaxy s7 edge) while on cellular connection works resulting in a 'wake up command failed' message. To further complicate the issue, I can only get the wake up command to work over wifi as long as I'm on my home network. Until recently, it worked over the internet, which is desired. I've looked at all my settings & configurations, but everything seems to be as it was. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd appreciate it, particularly troubleshooting WOL over 4G fail…

I am running Windows 7 and I can use the Android App to send the PC to sleep but it will not wakeup. Do I need to setup a different port to be forwarded in my router?

Is there a w way to prevent Pulseway creating the task "PulsewayServiceCheck" that starts Watchdog.bat? i tried removing the task but it;s recreated on every restart, while disabling the task works i would still like if there is (or if it can be implemented in the future) to prevent creation of this task in the task scheduler
