We are having issues with a single Pulseway agent and I need help troubleshooting it. We have 2 servers installed in this environment, the first Server Pulseway works without fault, however on the second server Pulseway worked briefly, however now appears to be offline in the web client. Connecting to the server and the service is running, agent is running, and registered. I can successfully unregister and reregister the agent. a simple question. to manage our systems we use group policies for notifying us about general things (high cpu, windows update etc etc.) Does Pulseway prioritize the agent group policy or the settings made on the local agent of the system? for example: we have a customer with a couple systems with high CPU usage, we dont want to receive an notification for this, so i disabled it in the group policy but i still get a warning that computer X uses more then an X amount of cpu for a certain duration, i checked the agent settings localy and i see that it was still checked there that when the system has high cpu usage to send us a notification.

I'm new to Pulseway, but I can't seem to find a way to recover my Pulseway username (forgot what it is) in order to install on a Linux system. How can this be found?

HI In the AntiVirus Agent Status section (Webroot), one of our systems is showing as installed but it also states "License expired" next to it The status of the system is showing on the Webroot Console as "Protected" and I can see that scans have been completed on the system recently We have a current license and have not exceeded our maximum number of Webroot systems. Can I ask why this status message is appearing and what can I do to correct it?

Support, I have created a new Organization with the correct Site and Agent Group. No different to my all other Org setup. On my laptop, I can see the new Organization with the Agent. On my PC, the Organization is missing. I've un-installed and installed the Remote Desktop Client and is now on version 8.7.1 My current workaround is using Pulseway Dashboard to access the client remote agent/pc by right-mouse click and Remote Control option. Please advice how to refresh or how I can add the new Organization in my Remote Desktop Client on my PC.

i have bios setting on and port forwarded udp 9 to the address and have ethernet setting to wake from lan on but still cant wake pc. i even tried wake me on lan program so im not sure what ive missed to get this to work.

We are about to start working with a customer that uses (almost) only thin clients to connect to a terminal server farm. We need the ability to assist them remotely at the thin client level. The terminal server is no issue. Is Pulseway able to deal with the thin client itself? Thank you in advance

We turned on Third-Party Patching with pulseway last week in our organization. It was immediately clear we had a problem as org wide the ability to join meetings via links was broken. the only way to join meetings now was from the teams app built in calendar. Curious if we can be provided a bit more detailed road map. It would be nice if when ideas from the Feature Requests page get approved, that we can an idea of the timeline until we see that feature. For example, all the ones in my below screenshot marked "In Development" have been in that status for months. When you look at the Roadmap thread, it doesn't show any of these specific items in there. It would be nice to see an estimate on when we can expect some of these features to be released.
