Have been using Labtech for a few years but it's becoming way to expensive and are looking for options, I know right off the bat no matter where we go we'll be probably losing a lot of features. But some features we don't use. Some questions.. 1.In house server reliability with regards to the software itself. Is the in-house implementation reliable? Assuming hardware/OS are in good shape. 2.Agent reliability with regards to checkins? 3.Monitor reliability giving accurate information? 4.Most importantly is remote session reliability, and multiple remote session support. I have been running pulseway/pc monitor for a few years. Recently the service stopped running. I tried a full re-install but it did no work. I try to start the service through the manager - it shows it starts, then a minute or so later shows its off. I have attached the tracelog. Any help would be appreciated.

The security status report is labeled as "Antivirus and Firewall status" - I've just generated the report for all my servers, but there is no antivirus status listed. All are protected with Eset file server 4.5x Comments?

Please see the attachment its very strange any idea of the error. The host goes offline since 37 minutes ago. I remove my account and the password for security reasons.

Hello, I've had a couple of occurrences lately of a remote desktop limit violation, with the error message "There are too many concurrent remote desktop sessions for this server.". While the message is obvious, as far as I'm concerned we shouldn't be near the 5 session limit we are licensed for. Is there a way to establish what connections are open and by whom? Kind regards

I have Do Not Disturb enabled on my phone up until 6am. This morning I logged in and found a number of machines had been down for a few hours. Is there any way Pulseway can be configured to alert more than when it initially discovers a machine is offline? For example, if Pulseway can be setup to check an offline host every 15, 30, 60 minutes etc, then I would have been alerted much sooner. Thanks.

Hello, I just installed pulseway. I love everything about it! I was just wondering if there is anyway to keylog with it? And of course view the logged keys via my phone, I haven't been able to find this in the program so I was wondering if its even available? Also , I see it has a webcam snap shot, is there a live webcam option as well? Thanks

Hello, I am not familiar with Linux Debian, but at least I know how to connect into it using Windows CMD Prompt Terminal. I tried to send following command to Debian using Pulseway: ./start.sh without success. should I include root etc? Thank you in advance for your help, btw great app.

Any ideas what's going on with the main PW website? I've been getting 403's since last week. (tested from multiple systems, sites) If i keep trying, I'll sporadically get good pages, but not often. Finally got my account renewed after 3 days of trying.

Hello , trying to get my pulseway to send notification correctly from my dell system administrator. Dell writes correctly to the system event log.. But I can't seem to get the notifications to forward. I Want ANYTHING from the Server Administrator to be sent, as a test, then I'll cut back to warning or error. I have an app that updates a file every X mins ... i would like to be alerted if this app is not updating it anymore -is there a way to see the screenshot of the server updated every X mins? or manual update? Hello, When I attempt to start a remote desktop session (from Desktop Client) I receive an error dialog with the message "An error occured while trying to start the remote desktop session" (spelling as per dialog). This is after I select the user session from the list and occurs whether there is a user logged into the computer or not. The target computer is Windows 10, running agent version 4.8 and it has been rebooted since installing the agent. I'm currently trialing Pulseway through the SaaS offering. Appreciate any assistance you can offer

Hello, When examining a connected computer under New Systems (Beta)/Systems/<Machine Name>/Printers I can only see "local" printers (Send to Onenote, XPS writer and Fax). The network attached printer (shared from a local server) cannot be seen. Is this by design or a yet to be implemented feature? Appreciate your time in reply.

I see the system supports Zendesk. Is there a way to add support for Freshdesk.com to send support tickets from clients? Or is they a way to add an email address to forward support requests to instead of using my account email address I used when I setup my Pulseway account?

We've got a bout 30 Pulseway clients showing as offline as of 1 hour ago. They all still have internet access as our remote control software is working. Any issues with the Pulseway servers at your end?

The notifications on my Android don't clear when I've cleared them on my PC. What kind of issue is this?

Or any other setting periodically. Event log would do if the only option.

I have an agent that shows offline. The server is connected to the internet and I have other servers on the same network showing up in Pulseway. When I try to Validate the account i get: There was no endpoint listening at (my server URL) that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. We are using PW to monitor our customers desktop and server parks. In our SLA we offer a clean-up of the system : "Delete Temporary Internet Files, Coockies, etc..." Is there a way to script this in PW?

In the Android app, when I go to "Screens" - "View available screens". After it quickly goes through the "loading screens" it pops up with just 1 screen as "Active" even though the computer has dual screens and both are being used. The second screen is set with the extend my display option in Windows 8.1 Pro and on the computer it is working fine as an extended desktop. How do I get it so I can get screen images of the second screen through the app? Do I have to change something in the Pulseway Manager app? Considering it's labled "Screens"-plural and attempts to load more than one screen when used I'm assuming it's intended to allow visibility for more than just the prim…

I've installed Pulseway onto 3 machines of mine. 1 Windows machine, 2 Linux machines. I'm able to start a remote session to the Windows machine, but cannot to either of the Linux machines. Is there something in the config.xml file that I missed? Thanks!
