    Our Pulseway instance has been incredibly slow to load, through Remote Control client and the Web UI. Actions take several seconds, sometimes up to a minute to perform. It has been happening intermittently over the past couple of weeks, but today is especially noticeable. Is anybody else experiencing this? I've tried two different ISPs and experiencing the same issue on both.

    Hi guys I have a client PC on W7 Pro. Customer reported that the PC rebooted on its own. After this incident I can not see the pc on pulseway. I have updates locked down so I can remotely choose which ones to install. Haven't been on site yet to examine the logs, doing it tomorrow anyone seen this problem before? Is it a possible rogue update maybe? Regards,

    Hello all, I am new here and I do not know is this the right place to ask this query here or not but I hope I will get a positive response, I have a WordPress blog that is hosted on the well know hosting service provider. For the last few month i am facing a slow page and 500 internal server errors, this will affect the traffic and ranking of my blog, and now i am thinking to change the hosting provider, can anyone suggest me any other best-hosting provider? Thank you

    Hi, Has anyone got some advice on monitoring McAfee please? We need a way to monitor to the AutoUpdate so it alerts us if this has not run. Previously we have a script that checks the registry of each server then sends an email with the information, however we would like to replace this with a Pulseway alert if out of date. I have searched the forum but the last post is from 2012 so i was hoping there is a solution to this. Also looked from registry/WMI queries but that seems to be for reporting rather than monitoring. Thanks.

    Hi all. A colleague of mine have created a patch management policy and assigned it to several groups of computers. This works as indented and have made everyone happy However, if I create a new patch management policy it's impossible for me to go to Patch management -> Agents status, search for a group and change the patch policy. When I hover on the "Change Policy" or "Remove Policy" buttons, the mouse pointer transforms into a "forbidden" sign and the tooltip says "Disabled by policy". What policy is that, and how can I assign a new patch management policy to a group? I have the admin role in the Pulsway portal, and I'm able to edit patch policies.

    I'm just planning to roll out Webroot to my customers and was just curious as to what other MSP's charge for managed AV? I've tried doing some research online but can't find any companies who publish their prices online.

  7. Is there any way to create an automatic - daily or weekly - report listing a particular type of notification? In my case, I'd like to report the ping notifications which I use to check connectivity of remote equipment. I see how to save them as csv files, but that needs you to remember to do it regularly and assumes that no-one has deleted the notifications.

  8. I notice that there are tickets coming from RMM events, such as offline statuses for servers where it takes up far more room than it should. Both the title and the description contain the same information: Only the first line is necessary in the title, or something like, "'MYSERVER' in group 'My Servers' is offline" with the full description within the ticket.

    Hi Folks, Does anyone know how to obtain a valid subscription in order to use the Pulseway Dashboard? I have version 4.6.2 installed but I get a scrolling message along the bottom of the screen saying that it needs a valid subscription. Thanks in advance. JPC

    I had stated in an earlier question that there will be only two users, myself and an associate account. I set up all the monitored systems under my account with the associate account set up to receive all the notifications and alerts that I do. In other words we both see everything. This is working fine. But now I want to add a user and set it up so that this new user will only receive the notification when one thing happens, that being when a certain service is stopped or started. This would be a service that is running on all the systems that I have set up. I think if I add this new user as an associate won't he receive all the other notices also? This new user doesn't …

    Hello, I just installed pulseway. I love everything about it! I was just wondering if there is anyway to keylog with it? And of course view the logged keys via my phone, I haven't been able to find this in the program so I was wondering if its even available? Also , I see it has a webcam snap shot, is there a live webcam option as well? Thanks

    I am evaluating Pulseway and understand that for various reasons Windows Feature Updates are not included as part of the automated or manual patch management. I was told that they can be distributed via a Pulseway script. Two questions: Has the community built/shared such a script? Can the update be downloaded once and installed enterprise wide, thus eliminating the need to download these large files multiple times? Thank you

    At previous RMM's we've utilized scripts to integrate ninite. We run the update switch to update all the appollications followed by the audit switch and write the results to a local text file. We then parse the file to verify that all third party applications are up to date triggering warnings and failed status's based on different logic, but to keep it simple let's say based on the count of the word "update" in the audit file, as this would mean that the applications have an update available. I can run the scripts using your scripting/automation engine, and i know scheduleing is coming soon so we can automate this, but I have not found a way to parse a text file from w…

    Maybe I'm using the wrong search tags but I can't seem to find the answer here. When I restart my computer using pulseway, windows boots up and sits there waiting for a password. I can't seem to find a way to enter the password in the pulseway app. Is there a way to do this or a specific script to run instead of restart, or is the only way to remove the windows password?

    we have a main account and an associated account. is there a way that when the associated account adds a new client as themselves it shows up in the master list of clients and not just there own??

    Been using pulseway for a a few years now and I like but But im trying to stream line a feature as my staff has grown ect We use repairshopr to manage tickets and work flow and they have a very nice leads system. Basically email comes into leads yours notified you convert it to a ticket ect. I am trying to find away to get ONLY the request support notification to email so that this will generate a lead. But i do not want disable all other notifications to do this. Any recommendations?
