First time needing to do this, but we have sensitive data in the portal we want removed I do not see any obvious way to clear archived notifications from our portal, would have thought this would be under Server Admin Settings. @Paul assuming I'm missing something obvious here?

Hi, I have both devices IOS (iPad3 4G) and Android (Galaxy S4) When I try the Wake UP command on the phone (S4) it says Wake Up Failed. But if I try it straight away on the iPad it wakes up the PC instantly. Both are on 3G so there is no reason why 1 works and 1 doesn't that I can see. Both devices are authorized.

I have been using Pulseway for a long time on my servers and VMs. I am implementing a Mobile Workforce using Windows 8 Tablets for my Technicians and I'd like to track them using Pulseway. The tablets are Wifi only, so when they are truly offline because they aren't connected to a wireless network, then the offline indication would be correct; however, when the screen falls asleep the device apparently puts the Wireless Adapter into a low-power state that closes the connection to the Pulseway servers, and they are shown as offline. Hi Guys, I though I would begin to write a couple of post on how I manage certain things in Pulseway. I love Pulseway it is a good product so far but some features are lacking and those scripts makes life way easier, at least for me. If you find that post helpful let me know and I will post more of my scripts on how I manage stuff. You are also more then welcome to let me know how you do it or any amelioration suggestions. Hi! I'am wondering why i have to configure monitoring of a ESX host via a Windows machine, Seems not lika a good solution because if the Windows machine goes down PC monitor cannot monitor the ESX host and also im stuck with just that machine monitors my hosts. Is there another way to solve this?

I had stated in an earlier question that there will be only two users, myself and an associate account. I set up all the monitored systems under my account with the associate account set up to receive all the notifications and alerts that I do. In other words we both see everything. This is working fine. But now I want to add a user and set it up so that this new user will only receive the notification when one thing happens, that being when a certain service is stopped or started. This would be a service that is running on all the systems that I have set up. I think if I add this new user as an associate won't he receive all the other notices also? This new user doesn't …

Hi, Love the app! But I don't get any hardware details. In the Open Hardware Monitor util, which I see you are using libraries from, all temp and fan speeds show up, but not in PCM. Could this be down to a system setting on my part, or are you not using the libraries to get to hardware details?

Been using pulseway for a a few years now and I like but But im trying to stream line a feature as my staff has grown ect We use repairshopr to manage tickets and work flow and they have a very nice leads system. Basically email comes into leads yours notified you convert it to a ticket ect. I am trying to find away to get ONLY the request support notification to email so that this will generate a lead. But i do not want disable all other notifications to do this. Any recommendations?

It seems as though, if I onboard a system that takes my total over my existing Pulseway license count, the new system does not appear anywhere in Pulseway. The new system will only appear if we upgrade the license count. There is no notification that there are systems pending a license. No alert, or error message to tell a user what they need to do. The Pulseway Manager indicates the new system is registered correctly and, again, gives no indication that anything is wrong or that a license is needed. Is this working as intended? If not, what am I doing wrong? If so, could you fix it? It's completely daft.

On 64bit Windows there can be both 64bit performance counters and 32bit. Some applications will record metrics in one or the other bit space. On a 64bit OS, you can access the 32bit counters by using "mmc /32 perfmon.msc". Can 64bit Pulseway access 32bit counters (and 64bit?) for monitoring and alerting or is the only option to run 32bit Pulseway? Thank you.

the pin code option for mobile devices is good, but is there a way that the PIN code can be forced onto certain clients?? so say i have an associated account that i want to have limited access to a group of clients (which i have done no problems) and i wanted the account to insert a PIN code in before they get to see the clients, is this possible or could it be? thanks gary

Hi guys I have a client PC on W7 Pro. Customer reported that the PC rebooted on its own. After this incident I can not see the pc on pulseway. I have updates locked down so I can remotely choose which ones to install. Haven't been on site yet to examine the logs, doing it tomorrow anyone seen this problem before? Is it a possible rogue update maybe? Regards,

I notice that there are tickets coming from RMM events, such as offline statuses for servers where it takes up far more room than it should. Both the title and the description contain the same information: Only the first line is necessary in the title, or something like, "'MYSERVER' in group 'My Servers' is offline" with the full description within the ticket.

Regarding Patching 3rd Party Application: 1st, can a rule be applied a single server in a group of other servers? Example, I have 20 servers in a group and only 1 has a specific application installed, I'd like to choose "Install and keep up to date", but that option will Install and keep up to date the application on all 20, so can a rule be applied to only one of many? 2nd, when rules for 3rd Party Applications are applied, how is the patching schedule determined, I start my patching manually, so my question is, if I have an election for "VMware Tools" to install and keep up to date, does that happen automatically or only when I start the update? I am evaluating Pulseway and understand that for various reasons Windows Feature Updates are not included as part of the automated or manual patch management. I was told that they can be distributed via a Pulseway script. Two questions: Has the community built/shared such a script? Can the update be downloaded once and installed enterprise wide, thus eliminating the need to download these large files multiple times? Thank you
