At first everything was just brilliant.. it worked very good but since i shut down my computer and afterwards started my application on my sg2 showed me that the computer is in offline mode ( although it run ?) i pressed to long on the field of my computer ( sg2 ) a new screen opened that read... Remove pc.... and I just klicked on remove.. than i created a new account but now it reads : No monitored computer. HOW can i solve this . your APP is AWESOMMEEE

I downloaded, and created an account to test your software. So far I think it is great but when I tried to test the remote connection potion of the software I was unable to connect. Is this only available to paying customers, or am I experiencing a problem? Also what are your payment options, do you charge monthly or for the whole year?

I have a batch script I run from the command line on my machine that does some dsquery & dsmod statements. When logged in as myself, it runs fine. When executed remotely from Terminal, it says the account does not have permission to execute. I know it's possible to do this because my install on my previous machine did it without hesitation. What user account does the software use to execute Terminal commands? Or how can I force the app to use my account?

Hi, I've noticed that you have to be logged in inorder for the computer to be listed as online on the mobile app. I assumed that if the service is running you shouldn't have to be logged in. But if I log out and check the app, it says the computer is offline.

I'm wondering how I can add an authorized device to Linux (ubuntu). I imagine this would be through the config.xml. Any details on how this can be accomplished? BTW - Fantastic product!!

On some systems I am unable to see any databases using the SQL Server module and the iOS app. I have several virtual database servers running different versions of MS SQL Server. On most I can see the list of databases. I have one installation of SQL Server 2008 that I am not able to see any databases from the iOS app. I can see agent jobs, server info and the like, it just reports none found. Hello, What tools are available for me to monitor my 200+ Windows 7 clients to see if Windows 7 backup completed successfully and drive has remaining space? I'm assuming pulseway monitors drive space and alerts me if it's low but I wasn't sure about easy way to find out if backup has been done last night and possible notification. Thanks, Serge

I am the Director of a medical company with about 50-55 end users and 10 servers (some virtual, some physical). Do I need to install PC Monitor on EVERYBODY's machine and SERVERS? Or Do you have a Server based software that I can install and will go out into the network and grab data? (If that makes sense) Ultimately, I would like to be able to pull up my iPad or iPhone and view everybody's machines and servers! Monitor the Domain Controller, Exchange, SQL, etc... Thanks!

I have been running the software in a hosted environment with a company called OVH out of canada. For $22 a month I get a Windows 2012 virtual 2 core, 4GB ram and 50GB HD, 100mbit and 5 TB of transfer. So far the solution has worked flawlessly. Much better than amazon. I have full IP KVM console access and actuall support people I can talk to. I now have moved all my hosted solutions to OVH.

So just set up the network with all the computers added, But I keep getting this notification. "There was an error retrieving the notification." From an "Unknown System" anyone know what could be the cause? Thanks,

Hey guys, we had an issue for quite a while now regarding installed KAV licenses on devices that we are not able to access anymore - either the client removed the device from support before we were able to uninstall the Pulseway agent+KAV license or the device has malfunctioned and rendered obsolete. We do realize the proper procedure would be to uninstall the PWY agent and with it the KAV license goes too, but there are cases when it just isn't possible. Regarding the agent, it is possible to remove the device from within the ACCOUNT - MANAGE SYSTEMS - REMOVE SYSTEM part of the dashboard, but no such feature is available for the AV licenses. Is it possible to run a simple inventory report. I'd like a report that shows endpoints for each client with some basic data like the Assets Overview Report or the Executive Summary Report, but broken down by client. These reports work great if you run one for each client, but if WE want a summary of ALL the systems we manage they get jumbled bu issue, or sorted by username. Hi, I have upgraded one of the PC from windows 7 to windows 10 but it still shows as Windows 7 Home Premium on the IOS App. How can I change this so it is correct ? Any help is appreciated

Curious if we can be provided a bit more detailed road map. It would be nice if when ideas from the Feature Requests page get approved, that we can an idea of the timeline until we see that feature. For example, all the ones in my below screenshot marked "In Development" have been in that status for months. When you look at the Roadmap thread, it doesn't show any of these specific items in there. It would be nice to see an estimate on when we can expect some of these features to be released.

This is becoming a growing issue for us, to the point where I'm actively looking for alternative solutions. Remote control works great for Windows computers. But for Mac OS...not at all really. Maybe 1 out of 10 times will I actually be able to connect to the Mac. And even then, oftentimes my mouse wont actually be on the remote screen where it shows up on my side. I just don't know what else to try.

Hello everybody I'm currently evaluating Pulseway and it's remote desktop client. We want to monitor several devices and some of them are going to have portrait screen orientation. Unfortunately the remote desktop client seems like it can't handle portrait settings (see attached image). We're running on full HD resolution and it looks broken with both smart resizing switched on or off. Are you aware of this? Any fixes available? Thank you
