  2. With lots of bad events occurring this past week and one happening right now. I went to create a policy for patch management so that a computer could be assigned to a policy that would prevent windows updates until issues can be resolved. So I have set it to not install under all conditions. It requires me to set a schedule. Is this schedule the dates on which Pulseway will check and refresh the Windows update policy in the event they have changed on the PC or does this schedule apply to anything in this case ? I guess I'm wondering how the policy is enforced. If I set it to repeat daily does it update the windows update settings once a day or is this checked before …

  3. Hello, I've been trying to turn on my computer when I'm away from the house using both mobile data and another WiFi connection. When I'm on the same network the wake up command works but if I'm using mobile data I'll get the message "Wake up command failed" and when I'm on another network it says "wake up command sent" but nothing happens. I have the necessary port forwarded (UDP 9) and through the Pulseway android app port monitor I can see it works. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

  5. Hey all. I've enabled 2FA on my Pulseway account but I'm having an issue with it constantly prompting for 2FA every time I try to use Remote Control on a system I manage from the Pulseway Dashboard application. I have the setting enabled in the WebApp to refuce the frequency of the prompts but it doesn't seem to have made much of a difference. I seem to be getting prompted every time. I'd honestly rather get prompted once when I launch the Dashboard application then every single time I want to remote to a system. Is there a way to stop these constant 2FA prompts without disabling it entirely? Thanks!

Hello, I recently switched to a load balancing router TP-Link TL-R600VPN; Now I'm having an issue because of the two internet connections, I keep getting "public IP address changed" notification between the two IPs of each connections. Note that both connection have a dynamic IP that change almost everyday hence I would like to still keep this notification. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks.

Hello all, I am trying to upgrade my Pulseway Free account to a paid Pro account, but I have ran into two issues: -First, I made the mistake of making a Team account thinking I was upgrading to the Pro account. I only noticed my mistake after seeing the 10 license minimum requirement. I do not have the option of deleting/closing the account. What would be the best way of doing that? -Second, when trying to use the link my.pulseway.com/main/subscription/manage I am receiving the error "Payments system is not available. (106)" Not seeing any other way to upgrade. Any thoughts or am I going about that the wrong way? Thanks all!

    New user to Pulseway RMM and I'm currently reviewing the Reporting module. I see the system has several report templates by default. However, I would like to create my own template. I would like to be able to run a single report that gives me the non custom values that I am looking for rather than running several report templates and merging the data together. I'd like to create a template that reports the following: PC Name, Primary Owner, CPU, Memory, Storage (used/free), Type (Laptop, Desktop), Make, Model, OS, Last Boot Up Time and any others I deem necessary.     Hi all. A colleague of mine have created a patch management policy and assigned it to several groups of computers. This works as indented and have made everyone happy However, if I create a new patch management policy it's impossible for me to go to Patch management -> Agents status, search for a group and change the patch policy. When I hover on the "Change Policy" or "Remove Policy" buttons, the mouse pointer transforms into a "forbidden" sign and the tooltip says "Disabled by policy". What policy is that, and how can I assign a new patch management policy to a group? I have the admin role in the Pulsway portal, and I'm able to edit patch policies.

    What is the proper way to disable a system from running network discovery probes? I no longer need device discovery on a network, and have removed the system from being designated as a probe, but it is still running scans daily via 'C:\Program Files\Pulseway\Probe\Nmap\nmap.exe'.

  12. From the : Get Start" page , I was asked to fill " company email address" . even when I fill with " personal" in " business " section , the webpage will not let me go to next page . From another route, I managed to setup an email address ,user name and password , and have completed the email confirmation process However when I used the App in phone , I still got " Account error" with the user name and password. Is Pulseway now a pure business program?

    Hi Pulseway, I'm a noob using this platform and still finding my way around navigating and familiarizing in its functions. With that said, is there a way to tag machines to specific users and do a search using their name instead of the computer hostname? I find it easier to search via name when a customer contacts us just like in our previous RMM tool. Thanks in advance

I haven't started using Microsofts AutoPilot (part of Intune MDM) yet, but I'm considering to do so in order to make the "out of the box"-experiences easier for both myself/IT and the end user. However, I don't want to hand over a new machine to one of our employees without knowing that Pulseway is installed and functional.   19. I have about 20 clients who remote in using Pulseway Remote Control. I have three computers I use to remote in to my clients. So far , 4 computers can no longer remote in. I've followed every guide I can find. I have remove and reinstalled the Remote Control software. I have disabled firewalls and switched WiFi providers. Windows 10 and 11 are the same. I have ensured TLS 1.2 is active. I have made the appropriate registry entries. And now I'm at risk of losing my business. I'm in serious trouble, and I have tried everything I can think of. Please let there be someone out there who found the solution or can guide me in the right direction.

    Hey guys Hope some one can help - About 5 weeks ago my push notifications for when my PCs starts up stopped working - I get them for when they shut down - I have tried the usual un-installing the software, re-registering, validating - I find it strange that both the computers stopped at the same time with the notifications for start up I have sent a few sent emails to support but not getting any replies back for some reason - I hope someone can point me in the right direction as I may be overlooking something

    Dear support, We are having some network devices (HP OfficeConnect switches) and a UniFi network with UAP-AC-PRO access points. How do we have to setup SNMP so that we can monitor the devices? We have added them manually in our site map, but all we can see is a ping round trip. When adding SNMP variables with OID settings from the devices, we receive no information. Is there a way so we can receive more information or are there some additional steps that need to be taken in order to make this work?   25. Hi: In the new features in Apple Store announces some new such as: "Live view of all user sessions on a computer (subscribers / dedicated server user only)". But if i open de User secction in Ipad app only i can see the Server Administrator session, but some more user has a session opened in that server. I have a subscription for 20 computer. Why don't see all other user sessions ¿? is something i have to configure ¿?
