  2. New to PW. Need to setup a notification when Internet is lost from our provider. I already have server monitoring, but need to know when the entire connection to the outside is lost. Thanks.

HI In the AntiVirus Agent Status section (Webroot), one of our systems is showing as installed but it also states "License expired" next to it The status of the system is showing on the Webroot Console as "Protected" and I can see that scans have been completed on the system recently We have a current license and have not exceeded our maximum number of Webroot systems. Can I ask why this status message is appearing and what can I do to correct it?

    New user to Pulseway RMM and I'm currently reviewing the Reporting module. I see the system has several report templates by default. However, I would like to create my own template. I would like to be able to run a single report that gives me the non custom values that I am looking for rather than running several report templates and merging the data together. I'd like to create a template that reports the following: PC Name, Primary Owner, CPU, Memory, Storage (used/free), Type (Laptop, Desktop), Make, Model, OS, Last Boot Up Time and any others I deem necessary.     Is there a way to be alerted to GPU hardware changes? We have had a few clients who have Nvidia 3080s and other high end cards stolen and replaced with onboard video or lower end cards. We would like to be notified for these hardware changes via an alert. I know Pulseway is able to set up custom alerts, I just don't know what we need to do to make this happen. From what I read on Google, Windows tracks this in the System log?

  7. We are having issues with a single Pulseway agent and I need help troubleshooting it. We have 2 servers installed in this environment, the first Server Pulseway works without fault, however on the second server Pulseway worked briefly, however now appears to be offline in the web client. Connecting to the server and the service is running, agent is running, and registered. I can successfully unregister and reregister the agent.   8. a simple question. to manage our systems we use group policies for notifying us about general things (high cpu, windows update etc etc.) Does Pulseway prioritize the agent group policy or the settings made on the local agent of the system? for example: we have a customer with a couple systems with high CPU usage, we dont want to receive an notification for this, so i disabled it in the group policy but i still get a warning that computer X uses more then an X amount of cpu for a certain duration, i checked the agent settings localy and i see that it was still checked there that when the system has high cpu usage to send us a notification.

    Does anyone know if there are load limits to generating workflows. We are triggering scheduled workflows every 30 minutes, for all ~80 servers. (Yes I know that is fairly small numbers compared to most of you). Has anyone had issues with workflows hitting a performance/load limit. We may want to increase the frequency of the workflow, and definitely increase the server count. Each workflow is fairly simple, updates custom fields, tags, and runs simple powershell scripts.   12. Hi, I'm receiving a lot of fasle notifications for server down. But all servers that I have checked are working fine. These servers are locate in different datacenters and different countries. Is it possible that there are problems related to Pulseway Servers? is there link where there is the possibility to check the status of the Pulseway services? edit: I have problem with website too, there are many pages very slow to load (if they load).     Hi, I just had 7 of my monitored servers go offline. Because they had no internet connection they couldn't alert me to the fact pinging had failed. Indeed the only notification I had (and a bit of luck really) was that I was running the Dashboard, which flashed a few of the machines (though nothing in red and no beeps to draw my attention). As such this seems a bit of a chink in PCMonitor's armour. A slight flaw in a brilliant system. If I'm missing something, please do let me know how I can be notified of servers that have gone offline (no net connection, perhaps even no power). If not, any chance of a fix/extra option? It would be very very helpful.…

Hello all, I am trying to upgrade my Pulseway Free account to a paid Pro account, but I have ran into two issues: -First, I made the mistake of making a Team account thinking I was upgrading to the Pro account. I only noticed my mistake after seeing the 10 license minimum requirement. I do not have the option of deleting/closing the account. What would be the best way of doing that? -Second, when trying to use the link my.pulseway.com/main/subscription/manage I am receiving the error "Payments system is not available. (106)" Not seeing any other way to upgrade. Any thoughts or am I going about that the wrong way? Thanks all!

  15. Hi all, I'm an administrator, I would like to know if there is a way to force users to receive notification or, at least, if there is a way to know if they have notification. The best could be a report that shows associations amongst users,group and system. Thanks in advance for every suggestions Danilo.

Hi, i want to know how i can monitor the dropbox daemon on linux, i'v tried things with workflow but when i stop the service manualy it won't send me a notification or try to restart the service, and that is bothering me becaus on our servers we need to have dropbox running all the time for our application, i know that dropbox is weird on linux, it won't show with systemctl, but it's still like a daemon. I'm running debian buster machine all up to date with the last pulseway agent

I have a question about something that I've tried to locate, but don't know if it's offered. It would be an incredible feature if so...   18. Hi All I wanted to share my experience with workflows, in the hope that someone else can benefit, or if there is a better way to do things I am all ears! In the sales/onboarding process I noticed how amazing and powerful the automation engine was, yet restrictive it was that I wasn't able to trigger an automation workflow myself (on schedule, or other action like restart). Also the management of Tags wasn't available from tasks/scripts. I needed a way to bring those two elements together.   19. Hello, We are long-term Pulseway customers but lately the Pulseway client has developed a bug and continuously uses up to 20%+ CPU utilisation. We logged this with Pulseway on the 4th of July this year but they have been completely ignoring the ticket. I regularly reply to the email thread for an update (at least once a week) but I am ignored. The only time I had a meaningful response was when I threatened to cancel our subscription. This was short lived and now I am back to being ignored with no status updates on my ticket.   20. If I make a change to a policy those changes are not getting applied to the end servers. I have double checked that the correct policy is applied to the correct server under the configuration tab. Any ideas

  23. Dear Pulseway Support, At one of our customers we accidently clicked on "Disable Pulseway User Agent (pcmontask.exe). From this moment we aren't able anymore to remote access the PC. Now we need to ask the customer to 'Enable' it, but I'm hoping that something else is possible, to enable it somehow from remote (via PowerShell -> Registry)?

However, now we would like to forward it through Pulseway, but it doesn't seem to be triggered at all while they are being displayed in the Security Windows log...
