New Server - Win Srv 2012 R2 SQL Server 2016 Installation as per instructions. Seemed to go through without any errors. Just no web service. Nothing in IIS.. Nothing.. Turned off Firewall, just to test... No idea where/what to check.. Any ideas?

Starting this morning we received the following error: Web Service Error The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel. Nothing is currently able to connect to the Pulseway server. It is hard to diagnose as I'm not able to find any log files for Pulseway anywhere to help narrow down what may be causing this. Any ideas on what may be going or where I can find some log files?

I've read this blog here about 'setting up multiple user accounts'. I've not tested this out as yet - but what happens to the installed monitored agent if you delete a the user from the being a user of pulseway (i.e. the employee / contractor is terminated)... Does the agent still remain actively monitored? - or does it get lost? - or does the system not allow the deletion of the user until all agents responsible are moved to a new user? - Is there a clean handover? - or do we have to login to each monitored agent device and change credentials before the deletion of the user? I have the Enterprise Server successfully installed and it runs with a few exceptions everything smoothly. My questions: My monitored systems is in the same IP network as the Enterprise Server are displayed for the external IP the internal. For Linux servers even just the gateway address is displayed. Our SSL certificate recently expired and I had our certificates renewed. I imported the certificates into IIS and verified they were imported both in IIS and in the Windows Server 08 certificate manager. However, I browse to our pcmonitor web portal, there is no site running. Also, while trying to connect using the PCmonitor manager and clicking the "validate account" button, the following error message appears: Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Hi guys, Lately I've noticed that the notifications are not in sync, with the associated accounts. If i delete a notification (as an associated account) it most of the time it will not be delete from all the other associated accounts. Then i'm forced to delete the not. per account.. Do i have to change some settings in the enterprise server or is it because of the amount of associated accounts?

How do I go about updating to the latest version of ENTERPRISE On Premise, do I need to also update the clients and is there a simple built-in way to do this if needed or is it needed?

I have installed the client on most of my servers, now when I click the button to reload my account from the administrator console, I get the following error. Hello there. I'm trying to get to get a proxy working with my installation of Pulseway. Pease see the bellow xml file. If I set the proxy, Enabled="false" all works as it should. If I enable proxy, Enabled="true", Pulseway does runs but haults. Hello. We have the on premises dedicated server up and running and the agent installed on a number of servers. Everything works great on the internal network. We can use the dashboard, web interface, etc. , everything no problem. However, when we try to connect to the web interface from the internet, we get to the login screen but nothing happens after you enter your login credentials. There is no error message, or anything, it just sits there. The insde server is named like this example: server1.ourdomain.com and the agents on the servers point to this. I have recently installed Pulseway, and it has been working fine for the last week or so. However, last night the server installed a host of Microsoft patches, and rebooted. Now I get the error above emailed to me four times a minute, with the following content: System.Exception: File not found at MM.Monitor.WebService.DbFactory.() at MM.Monitor.WebService.DbFactory() I have had to shut down the server in order to stop my mail box filling up, and was wondering where I need to be looking in order to resolve this error. I have Pulseway installed on some of my servers a couple of which are DC's and backup servers how ever under notifications and the server modules tab all the options are grayed out?

I cant seem to edit this on the email notifications section should I do this somewhere else or is there something I need to enable?

I have a Linux server with two attached USB drives. In the monitor it has the correct paths for each respective drive. However they are both reporting the same total drive space and free drive space for just one of the drives. The other drive which is a different sized drive is not being reported correctly. This happened about the time that the one drive that is not being reported correctly had a disconnect from the Linux server. Do not know what happened but I rebooted the server and it found the drive no problem. No issues with paths changing or anything. But now the monitor has the wrong drive vitals.
