Is there a way to "remove" and "re-build" the asset information on an agent? I have an agent that's been live for months and I only realised now that the Asset Info reported by the Agent (while on Agent version 6 and 7) were only showing the Operating System Name, Product Key and Logged in User. Nothing else. Even with the computer being online I could not get this information I had to get the serial number of the computer for a warranty check and only realised this now. Hi there, This is usability issue that leaves Pulseway's surveillance under high suspicion. We work exclusively in Windows servers. My colleague has installed last week a new Pulseway Agent over a server of a new client and he forgot to report this so that I could increase the number of licences resulting that since last week a Pulseway agent from another client's backup server stopped communicating and so we where not aware that backup needed troubleshooting. Hi, I have configured and applied default storage notification policy to all my Windows workstations that is set to send a notification when the system partition has less than 5% with priority elevated. But all the notifications I get about storage say: The free space on disk drive C: on computer computername in group groupname - Office - Workstations' is below 15% (ex. 16.24 GB free of 118.18 GB). Hello, My issue is that when connecting to the server, sending the Ctrl+Alt+Delete command does nothing leading to me being unable to sign in. I've tried this on 2 different servers in 2 different environments with the same result. Is this a known issue? The web application has a "Session Timeout" setting. Since a few weeks this setting has no effect anymore. The setting we use is 120 minutes but we are always logged out of the web application after +- 5 15 minutes of inactivity. I'm not 100% sure but it seems this issue popped up since the enhanced 2FA update which was released a few weeks ago.

When trying to connect to a system (Server 2016 in this case) that has a disconnected MS RDP session in disconnected state, and one tries to connect to the console session, the connection get established but after one type in the password it comes up with the attached error and disconnects. This appears to then log off the disconnected session and the second attempt goes through successfully. Is this a bug or by design? If by design maybe a feature request can be posted to disconnect a user session from the User Sessions window, before one click on "Start Remote Desktop"

Hi, On new Gallaxy S10 with Android 9 Pulseway app ignores Do Not Disturb schedule. So audible alarms wake up me all night long. Settings on phone are the same, Do Not Disturb schedule is set to mute everything, except alarms, favourites and repetitive calls. It is the same setting on my old Samsung s2 Note and s7 edge. But only on newest S10 Pulseway rings at night, while older android devices are mute. I guess Android 9 must somehow diferently clasify alarms, and pulseway tones are then wrongfully clasified as alarms, thus ignoring DoNotDisturb rules.

I added a "round trip ping time" to one of my machines, with ping time to the gateway of our remote office. I am going to do the same to other offices, and therefore monitor the latency to remote offices. The iOS app and WebApp should show where is that round trip time to: It is not shown in devices main screen or in the graph. That additional information would be great! Thanks!

Hello, I have 2 Mac computers with 2 and 3 monitors, respectively. One of them has 2 identical monitors and when you ask to see screen for monitor 1 or monitor 2 (they are both shown as Dell E2210), I get the same image. The other one as 2 identical displays (shown as Philco) and a Panasonic Display. When I ask to seek the Panasonic screen, it displays correctly, but the images either Philco screen is identical. Hope this helps.

I recently starting using Pulseway to monitor my Ubuntu server and set it up to monitor several processes (SSH, Mosh, Calibre Web Server, Plex, etc.). For some reason, I get multiple messages a day stating that one or more of the monitored processes have stopped. However, I know these messages are false because, often, I will be using the service. For example, I will be currently SSH'ed into the machine (using Mosh) and have the Calibre Web Interface up as well, and will get a message saying either or both of the services have stopped. Has anyone had this happen before? If so, is there anything I can do to make the monitoring more reliable?

While inputting notes through the webapp I noticed that only 256 characters of notes are saved, allthough the interface itself accepts more input. The GUI should somehow show that there's a character limit. On the other hand, it would be nice if we could save more than 256 characters.

Hello. I tried to use the terminal to open a program on my pc with no luck so i created a task in task schedule to run to open it. When using the app I go into the schedule tasks and click run yet the program will still not open (not even in the background) The state always says queued if that helps. Any help would be appreciated. Note: The task schedule seemed to work on my other computer ok (terminal still would not open a program) Looked to delete this since it works on one but can not see the option.

I am having issues with pulsewaycredentialprovider.dll stopping the Windows login screen from loading on Windows 10 1809. I have submitted a ticket to support at support@pulseway.com as well. The issue is that with Pulseway software installed and the credential provider loading the system boots to the displayed screen but will go no further. I am able to run terminal and PowerShell commands from the web interface (prior to software uninstall) but can never log in. Pulseway remote does not work either. Hi, after de-activating the user account for a temporary contract technician, he was still receiving notifications on his iPhone. It was only after disabling PUSH notifications for his account, that they stopped... I assume all notifications should stop once a user account is de-activated? Regards,

The Windows Server itself is up and running fine and the Pulseway service is running. I simply tried the system as I saw it getting advertised on LinusTechTips, but after installing it I saw that it doesn't have the features I needed so I uninstalled it. Problem was after uninstalling it I kept getting system errors upon PC restarts and now some of my games simply stopped working, and to top it all off I noticed that my antivirus solutions had been turned off (malwarebytes and bitdefender). Is this program a virus advertising itself as a remote viewing solution?

6.0 dropped for me this morning. I hate it and I tell you why. After going through the painstaking process of setting up my Organizations, Sites and Group, I am left with no endpoints visible.
