  1. Hi, It's not an alarming bug but but annoying non the less. When I start the Dashboard (minimized) from the 'Startup' directory in Windows then when I shutdown the PC the Dashboard prevents the shutdown because it does not terminate. I then either have to 'Force shutdown' or 'Cancel shutdown' and terminate the Dashboard manually. Regards Paul

  2. Hi Guys, I am having an issue with the Dashboard notifications at the moment. I have not checked the mobile app. It is appearing that notifications are being deleted automatically sometime during the night. When I arrive at work in the morning I normally go through and confirm that all my backups have completed however the last 2 days I have not received any backup notifications when I investigate I find that there do not appear to be any notifications older that 2 AM. I also have about 4 or 5 servers that are set-up to send me half-hourly notifications so when I get to work in the morning I can have anywhere up to 210 non-critical notifications. I have also c…

  3. Hello community, I’m trying to configure the Pulseway Manager on a Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard Edition. The Problem is that upon configuring the processes, that I’d like to add on the notifications-system, they are not being correctly displayed, meaning I am getting 3 processes displayed and they are not the ones, I want.     Hi, all of my agents on every device have stopped with the following error if i click validate account: "could not establish secure channel for SSL/TLS with authority ws1.pulseway.com" Prior to clicking validate account they all were showing offline, so I'm guessing comms has stopped. I have read the forum about a hotfix but that seems to apply to Windows server 2003. I am mostly running 2008r2 or above. anyone help. Of course this problem occurs just as I start my week off :-( Bernie

    Hi Since the release candidate has been added to Pulseway some of our servers are unable to connect via remote desktop. The option is grayed out and says feature not enabled.

  7. So I am running Ubuntu Linux 14.04 x64 on a dedicated headless server. Sometimes everything works fine (80% of reboots and some service restarts).   8. Since my client agent version update to 4.8.4 I have not been able to view Windows Updates in different apps. I have Android and Windows for the monitoring and I've even tried the web application. I have mixed environments with Windows 7, 8 and 10 and the issue exists for them all. It may not be version 4.8.4 that is the issue. Could be a Windows Update that caused the issue. I keep most of my systems completely up to date including all optional updates. Any help will be appreciated.

  9. When attempting to use the Remote Desktop Client to connect to a Windows 2003 Server I receive the message: "The screen cannot be captured at the moment. This could be due to fast user switching or a minimized/disconnected remote desktop session". I've seen this error documented on other forums for TeamViewer and the vendor says the latest version resolves it.     I have just noticed that PSA tickets are not automatically created for certain notifications from Pulseway. After a brief examination, it appears it may have to do with the length of the notification. For example, I never receive "free memory" or "CPU usage" notifications, which are quite long. I also do not receive "new application" notifications if a large number of applications have been installed or uninstalled. Fortunately, these tickets are somewhat infrequent, so manually checking and clearing these notifications in Pulseway is possible, but I thought you guys would want to know.     Hi guys, having issues with a few Windows 7/10 clients using the Pulseway Remote Desktop feature. Basically, the user allows the connection but I get a message at my end saying that the agent has denied the connection request... So, I then have to revert back to using TeamViewer. Is this something I have not configured properly in Pulseway Manager? Thanks,

    Hi, A couple of minor, but annoying bugs within the ticket editor that we'd like to bring to your attention: When you hit Enter for a new line, it seems to insert two lines. Hitting backspace to correct this removes a line, but also indents the cursor one character to the right. Also, hitting Enter for a newline seems to occasionally change the formatting so that the text gets a light gray background.

  16. Hi, In the "Service Desk" if you do a search, and then a "Batch" command, the batch includes only the items from your search. Perfect. If you are in "Finance, Invoices" and do a search, and then do a "Batch", the batch includes "ALL Invoices". Can someone else confirm if they are also seeing this. I know you have other options when you get to the Invoice Batch screen, but that batch screen does not include all the search features. It would be nice for the search then batch feature to work the same as it does for Service Desk, --- OR --- it would be nice to have the other search features in the Invoice Batch screen. Gary

  18. I simply tried the system as I saw it getting advertised on LinusTechTips, but after installing it I saw that it doesn't have the features I needed so I uninstalled it. Problem was after uninstalling it I kept getting system errors upon PC restarts and now some of my games simply stopped working, and to top it all off I noticed that my antivirus solutions had been turned off (malwarebytes and bitdefender). Is this program a virus advertising itself as a remote viewing solution?

  19. Hello We have a dedicated controller at Pulseway. We have a couple of Windows Servers but one has showed itself as offline since yesterday. The Windows Server itself is up and running fine and the Pulseway service is running. I have tried this: Restart Pulseway Service (No problems) Unregister and Reregister System (Working Fine) Rebooted the server Communicationtest "telnet xxxx.pulseway.com 443" answering like it should Uninstalled Pulseway and removed the registry key "ComputerIdentifier" then reinstalled Uninstalled Pulseway again and removed the whole Hive "MMSOFT Design" from registry and reinstalled Pulseway.   22. I'm currently running Pulseway OnPrem (7.0.0 build 120 release 283), and I'm using Pulseway Remote Control (6.6.3). The issue I have experienced is that the remote control notification doesn't always show up on the client when I attempt to remote control a session. We have 150+ computers in our environment and sometimes it works fine, and sometimes it doesn't, and the different behavior can even occur on the same machine from time to time.     So, i downloaded the Pulseway_64 to windows, and installed and runned it, and was all ok. Then i turned of the pc and when i came back some time later, and the agent just vanished, was NOWHERE. Then i tried to reinstall it, but a messsage said "Error 1001. The specified service already exists". Then i tried to clean the pc from any pulseway file and reinstall, but ended in the same place. May someone help me?

    Our team has been experiencing issues recently as to where the Pulseway remote control sessions are disconnecting every few minutes and we have to reconnect the session. There is no drop in the internet connections at either locations.

  25. I have not checked every system for this but several at one site have the symptom Agent Security Shows Webroot Secure AnyWhere Disabled Out Of Date and Also Shows Webroot Secure AnyWhere Enabled and Up to date on the same Agent.
