When trying to connect to a system (Server 2016 in this case) that has a disconnected MS RDP session in disconnected state, and one tries to connect to the console session, the connection get established but after one type in the password it comes up with the attached error and disconnects. This appears to then log off the disconnected session and the second attempt goes through successfully. Is this a bug or by design? If by design maybe a feature request can be posted to disconnect a user session from the User Sessions window, before one click on "Start Remote Desktop"

The web application has a "Session Timeout" setting. Since a few weeks this setting has no effect anymore. The setting we use is 120 minutes but we are always logged out of the web application after +- 5 15 minutes of inactivity. I'm not 100% sure but it seems this issue popped up since the enhanced 2FA update which was released a few weeks ago.

Hi there, This is usability issue that leaves Pulseway's surveillance under high suspicion. We work exclusively in Windows servers. My colleague has installed last week a new Pulseway Agent over a server of a new client and he forgot to report this so that I could increase the number of licences resulting that since last week a Pulseway agent from another client's backup server stopped communicating and so we where not aware that backup needed troubleshooting. Good Day, We're getting a strange negative CPU readout on 2 of our Linux Machines. This is happening on the mobile application as well. Is their anything we can do to resolve this? Thank you

So, I have a program running on my server that is windows 10 pro called node.exe some times it stops and i get the notification on my iPhone running the latest software and IOS version. I have noticed if i select the notification when it pops up it bypasses the Face ID and allows full access to all the remote management features the application supports.

I forgot my password and I am trying to reset it but I keep getting the message "invalid password reset code". I'm sure that I'm using the correct code (I get the code via email after clicking "forgot my credentials" and entering my email). Don't know what else to do to recover my account.

I just ran an Assets Overview report using a defined scope. The scope is showing all pcs and macs but the report is only showing pcs. Is this a bug?

I am trying to create some scopes for my servers and it keeps coming up with a random error that I've attached a screenshot of to this topic. When creating a time entry on a ticket using the RMM, the reports in the PSA do not reflect the start time correctly. In fact, they report a date, which is clearly incorrect given that the column is supposed to show a time. We have found a workaround, which is to open the ticket in the PSA, open the time entry, and then click save without changing anything. Once this is done, the ticket shows up correctly in the PSA report.

Tickets sourced from the RMM show up in the PSA with their notes containing HTML tags, and also in reports. This makes the reports look very unprofessional.

I'm unable to access the main website for several days now, i tried using different devices and ISP and I'm always receiving 403 Forbidden. I don't really know what to do.

Some of the Mac computers in my Pulseway WebApp are showing older version then they currently have. For example a computer with the latest version 11.3.1 is showing as 10.16.0 Agent Vers ion is 8.4.1

Hello all. The send notification when a user logs in and logout not working on ubuntu 20.04 and raspbian . I need it for my auditor.

PCMonitorSrv.exe is cleaned up by AV because it detected as virus and the pulseway service cannot be started. So the server appears offline on the dashboard. Can advise how to reinstall the PCMonitorSrv.exe back? Help is much appreciated

I have a huge issue currently. I have uninstalled Webroot on a few machines (moving to BD GZ), and it shows in the Pulseway app as being uninstalled. Yet on the computers, Webroot is still installed, though nt visible in the control panel under uninstall a program. Webroot IS still active and in both the Program Files (x86) and Program Files folders. Using CMD in admin mode for "C:\Program Files (x86)\Webroot\WRSA.exe" –uninstall pops up a box that it is controlled by a managed source.

I'm trying to email myself a file from another PC managed with pulseway, but even though I set up the SMTP server in the dashboard (and send a test email, confirmed it is working), the option to email a file on the android and web apps do not appear. I've tested this on two PCs and both have this issue. My account is a free account, so I'm wondering if this was moved to a premium only feature? If it did, are there any alternatives to somehow getting a file from a managed PC to my android phone?

The Default Tickets Listing Click Behavior option under My Settings > Preferences does not seem to work, I currently have this set to 'Open In New Tab' rather than the default 'Open In Same Window / Open In New Window' however it still seem to open in the same window. If it helps, I have my Service Desk Experience set to 'New View'

I am trying to run an audit for the windows keys that are currently being used on my devices, and when I go into "Asset Info" and scroll down to the product key field, over 75% of my machines all come up with the same product key, and when I run "wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey" in the command prompt on those computers, it returns a different key than what was displayed. I would really appreciate if this was fixed or if someone could provide a script that would update said field.

Goodday, When installing the windows desktop app for remote control it does detect that my application data is on an network. But it fails to resolve the folder path correctly. after "Applicaiton Data" there is a double "\" resulting in an error that the folder can't be accessed. I can't specify the folder myself so the installation fails.

Hi, I found another small bug in the api v2. When using POST /system/tenantlookup/ProductManufacturer the response data contains the wrong id for the newly created entry. But if you afterwards use GET /system/tenantlookup/ProductManufacturer you will get the correct id.

After the update to client version 9.3, we get for all servers an alert, that the free memory is over the configured limit. It seems, that the agent calculates the free memory wrong. When checking the machines, there is enough free memory. It seems, that not only the actually used ram is taken, but also the buffered ram.

Our fleet are experiencing issues with high memory usage. I believe this is due to Pulseway creating an excessive amount of handles (Named pipes). Attached are some screenshots. Please refer to the "Handles" columns. I have used Process Explorer to look at the handles and 99%are all NamedPipe (please see bottom section of attached screenshot labelled Process Explorer). We have around 100 computers with this problem. Restarting will allow them to use the computer for a while until it builds up again.

Similar to the Topic created on March 27, 2014 in Bugs, I have an issue with multiple windows VMs reporting as a single Pulseway device (due to us distributing one Windows VM to multiple machines. Whats the best way to fix this? I installed Pulseway on each VM seperatly (not through the VM distribution)
