Hello, is it possible to integrate Google Authenticator for 2 factor authentication? It is free, simple to code and would increase security again. regards Markus

First of all great product, tx. I plan to develop some plugins for the community, things that I use a lot and could be useful so this feature request could go either way... Option 1: an API to design custom reports Option 2: an audit report This report needs to have the following information to be worthwhile * Computer Make * Computer Model * Computer Serial number * Computer Mac * IP address * Domain * Computer OS * OS key (Windows) Additional fields should include the group it's in and the computer users name - I normally put this in the Computer Name field. I know there are hardware reports but they cover one piece of hardware across the entire g…

Hi, I have a lot of ping and cpu notifications, but I must read one by one to see, which one is still critical, and which is somehow resolved. So I suggest to have additional notification status, like "past" or something, which would be set for notification, where there is no alarm state anymore and the notification has not been read nor deleted. Server/PC status would not have red or yellow dot anymore for such statuses (meaning, at the moment I do not have to worry about server/PC) Thoughts?

Would it be possible to put load all event logs from chosen servers into one area on PC Monitor? I have set up the event log notification after following the thread in another post (thanks Paul).

Hi: I dont now if is a bug When i try to start a remote desktop to a server from the windows dashboard it trying to connect to a WAN IP for that server, this con not be done. If you want to connect from Internet to a more than one server in the same network, you must change the remote desktop port in every server to a diferent port. By default all server has a 3389 TCP port to Remote Desktop or Terminal Server. You must put in the Windows App a configuring option for remote Desktop in each Server. Also if a good idea put a selection option for connect as "Console Mode" (Admin mode for Vista Sp1 or better).

Hi, Is it possible to have options to update: Adobe Flash Adobe Reader Java Firefox Google Chrome Sliverlight VLC Player And maybe other programs? For there updates we now still need to login to the servers. If you could bundle Pulseway with some Scripts to auto update the applications that would be Great. I Think that there are more applications that are popular like: CCleaner etc. that many of us use, and do not get updates automatically.

Hello Mobile PC Monitor, Currently we have MPM implemented for about 1.5 year. The monitoring is very Dynamic and is easy to process. The only thing that we cannot monitor at this moment is Internet / browser history and active tabs. It would be extremely use-full if we could block webpages suck as www.facebook.com, and many more. Checking browsing history to know what they have been doing. Check current active sessions. In addition to blocking particular website's it would be more comfortable for the users that some websites are only blocked during worktime. Example: Employee has his lunch break from ...pm to ...pm (preferably with 24 hour clock). Kind …

It would be nice if we could set up dynamic tags. Devices could have tags added/removed based by rules, like: does one or more files (from a list) exist on the device does one or more registy entries (from a list) exist on the device does one or more applications (from a list) exist as installed applications on the device. Of course it should be possible to use wildcards :-)

I'm a big believer in principle of least permissions. AD includes several built-in levels of administrative permissions, and allows creation of many more through Delegation and Group Policy. PC Monitor makes every user an uber-admin, because it runs as LocalSystem, one of the most powerful accounts in a system. I'm a one-man shop at this point, but hope for big growth when I'm in production. There will come a time, possibly fairly soon, where I will no longer be able to use PC Monitor because it does not allow me to properly secure the system. I'd like for PCM to impersonate users, and use AD to determine what they are permitted to do, which servers they're permi…

Hello Everyone, These days I had to update all my server's software and I was wondering if it would be possible to be able to do this kind of provisioning via Mobile PC Monitor. Consider this scenario: You have 10 servers that have a variety of roles / features installed. And you decide to add a new piece of software you just acquired that adds a SaaS managing application in all your offices. You create a Mobile PC Monitor Patch that contains steps (just like rules with conditions and actions): 1. If IIS Server is not installed on local server: - Install IIS Server - If Restart Is Required - Restart Machine 2. If Website "ACME Corp. Manager" is not …

Often times we will install a new application during production hours that will warrant a restart post-production. Right now, we place calendar reminders to restart. It would be much better / easier to schedule restarts from inside the application post-production.

Hi - I think the Dashboard is a really important tool for alerting and giving visual assurance, but it's a bit limited when you have a number of monitored systems or groups as the dashboard quickly ends up with multiple screens, meaning some machines aren't visible? I can't quite imagine how this would work well with 50 or more monitored machines as so much information would not be visible? If you've got a single machine in a group/category...it takes up an entire row on the dashboard, with a huge amount of wasted space to the right of the machine icon...it would be great if the dashboard could be more like "tiles" than "rows", with monitored systems shown as a 1x1 ti…

Hi. When reciving notification on high cpu or memory usage, it would be very nice if the notification could include a top-10 list of cpu or memory consuming processes. If it only peaks for a while you have no idea of what had trigged the alert afterwards. Best Regards, Martin Stevnhoved Abakion A/S

I would love to see the current badPwdCount and badPasswordTime (as reflected in ADSI Edit) shown when looking at a user in Active Directory. Currently only the Logon Count is shown which isn't very informative by itself .. Thanks! Bill

I'd like to be able to tell PCM to monitor all HDDs, instead of specifying one at a time. And as HDDs are added and deleted, automatically monitor them, too. It's pretty rare to find a disk I don't care about! HDD monitoring should also report Windows' storage Events (from NTFS, Disk, ATAPI, SMART...all the built-in stuff) without having to explicitly set up Event Log notifications for them. And since we're on the subject again, a repeat request for monitoring mount points and not just drive letters.

I swore I already created this feature req, but I can't find it anywhere here, so forgive me if this is duplicating. I see OKTA was added as a SSO option with latest PSA release. Is there anything on roadmap for O365/Azure SSO? I want to drive clients' users to the customer portal, but they are just not going to remember another password. It needs to have O365 authentication. This is having a major productivity impact on opened service tickets, because otherwise users just email help ticket requests and often do not provide all needed information. Another option to to create some sort of client specific Submit help ticket webpage that has all required fields. …

Hi, I have some troubles with the Windows Update from Pulseway. If I start the update over a group optional updates are ignored and not all updates are shown. If I start the update per machine, than I am able to install the optional updates, but not all updates are shown. I tried over the Powershell with PSWindowsUpdates and the Windows Update Minitool, and they show the missing updates (see screenshot). It would be cool if you could offer the updates in the official Microsoft Windows Update Categories (e.g.https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/dubaisec/2016/01/28/windows-update-categories/), and if they would work for a group and a single device, A…

Is there any plan or discussion to allow MSP's the ability to white label the agent settings such as the name, desktop shortcuts, icon, installation path name, etc? We used to have this with a former RMM tool we used and it was helpful to maintain brand consistency with our clients. Thank you, and keep up the great work!
