Adding the ability to make an API call\web post as a remediation step in workflows would allow for more 3rd party applications to be tied in with the solution.

speaking of opportunities, it would be good to be able to change the Account listed on an opportunity. We use QuoteWerks to create our quotes. We have had issues where someone creates a quote and it adds another Account instead of using one that already exists. Being able to change the Account on the opportunity and then delete the duplicate Account would be great.

Often, we like to initiate chat before we access a users system. It would be nice to be able to start this chat from the remote control app as it is closely tied with the remote control features.

When you apply a Policy under the Organization, you cannot longer manage it individually. For example, if I apply an Antivirus Policy for the entire organization, and then I need to troubleshoot 1 EndPoint, I cannot longer remove the antivirus for that individual EndPoint I have to go to the Organization and remove the policy causing the Antivirus to be removed from ALL Endpoints. Same thing with Patch Management. I know I can do this in bulks in the corresponding section, go to EndPoint Protection, select all Endpoints and install the AV this way, but WHY? I would like that when I join a computer to a network, this will automatically install the Pulseway Agent, inst…

I would like to see all of the phone apps be able to proactively monitor certain web sites etc to make sure they are up. We had a situation last night where our firewall went down and the PC Monitor software on my phone never went nuts. No noise or anything. So I did not know for 3 hours that everything on my side was inaccessible. Maybe there is something in the software that I have configured incorrectly, but I need to get this figured out ASAP. Thank you!

In trying to diagnose systems, often we need to be able to connect to a system before the user prompt for login. This allows us to see statuses of updates, rollback errors, etc.

Several of my clients manage multiple locations under the same company or management structure. I have Pulseway configured to treat each location as a separate site but under the same customer. As designed, the client remote access feature in the v9.7 client portal allows an individual login to access resources from only one site location. This is unnecessarily restrictive. If a customer manages multiple sites they should be allowed to access resources in all those customer locations from a single login to the client portal. This can be done by allowing a "Shift-click" to select multiple site locations in the Pulseway web application. Thank you. Larry

Treating user groups more like AD user groups would allow more granularity of access and less duplication of security roles.

"I had entered all the Contracts for our clients for Managed and Recurring Charges. However, I’m disappointed that the engineers/help desk have to go to the Finance tab to see it. Why can’t they see the contracts in the CRM Accounts view? Why can’t a list of the contracts for a client show up like the Opportunities do?"

When users submit a ticket, it would be useful to be able to take action based of that ticket item. This would allow simple scripts to be run based on user request input if it matches criteria.

It'd be wonderful if mobile device could be put into 'quiet mode' during user-specified hours. It's a bit annoying having my phone and iPad alerting me to things at 3:00am !

At the moment we use Windows Dashboard 5.1.2 to monitor configured systems during office hours. As not all customers are under the same SLA, we don't need all notifications at all times. Outside office hours our support staff is mobile and would like to use Pulseway Android App to receive notifications on problematic systems. But unfortunately there is no option to include or exclude groups, tags, roles or scopes. And there is no way to tell the app just to show critical notifications. Are these features already planned for a future release of Android App?

Would also, love to see a widget to place on one of my android screens .. that way I could just slide over to it when I'm curious as to what's going on .. I'd love to be able to customize it to and be able to select what information to show. For example, I might do the following: - Show active user count on my terminal server - Show memory/cpu usage - Items in queue on the exchange server - Maybe even active calls on my asterisk server (I know that one is a stretch)

Marius, I know you're thinking it's been too long since I last bugged you about pushing PCM configs via Group Policy. Please accept my apologies, and let's fix that now<g>. I've been thinking (always dangerous) that instead of ADM/ADMX, or home-brewed Group Policy Registry Preferences as I've proposed before, how about giving us a subfolder in %ProgramData% where we can drop XML exports. PCM will check the folder every 15 minutes and import them when it finds them, then delete them. Symantec Antivirus worked that way for years. We'd also have to have a way to delete monitored Events, Rules, etc. using the magic folder. Maybe export an XML file of the setting, …

The ability to just pull your phone out and run a Ansible playbook would be amazing. Maybe even get run status or just the output of whatever playbook was run. This would add a crazy amount of flexibility to Pulseway.

I'm not sure what it is, but it seems lately that Kaspersky AV (aka pulseway antivirus) is picking up a lot of adware instances. I like this and use it to keep my clients safe. But sometimes it can be a little overwhelming to have to click through each one individually to delete them. Is there any way we can get an option to select multiple items and perform an operation on those multiple items? It would be nice to have better overall av integration, but this is one that I would love to see first. Sometimes when we bring on a new client with a lot of computers, and once we install the antivirus software, we get slammed with notification for adware, maleware, troj…

Hi, at the moment your antivirus feature is allways installed in English. A lot of our customers prefer their language (e.g German). If there is a proble like a virus, they allways get nervous, and than they see an information in a language where they are not fluent, and it gets worse... I know that Kaspersky offers his products in different languages, so there should be a possiblity to use the lanugage of the operating system. Thanks, Christian.

The Windows "Action Center" posts a message if antivirus is not running, or is out of date.  Assuming you have a way to grab this info, a Notification from PCM would be welcome.

Would it be possible to expand the number of API endpoints available for the RMM? While the API is useful for gathering information about systems, it doesn't have much in the way of being able to perform many built-in operations that exist in the web application, like check for and install patches, run single line commands on the system, being able to run scripts on a system and not just tasks, add tags to systems, etc. This would be great for creating custom automation and would help with removing a lot of tedium in cleaning up small alerts.

I get an alert on my watch, but would like to be able to approve log on with the Watch. I use DUO and Microsoft Authenticator and can approve the login from my Watch. With Pulseway I only get an alert that I have a request to approve. Seems like a simple option to add.
