I know this has probably been brought up a few times but IMO you guys really need to develop a complete standalone package for the PC. Maybe I've been spoiled by having everything integrated like Labtechs desktop package. But it makes life so much easier then bouncing back and forth between Dashboard and the web portal.

Hey We use Pluseway is a setup where we would have grater insight of our current status of our server farm, so we have a need for combining data from pulseway with data from newrelic this would be easy if there where an Public "Dashboard" api. Could be a super nice feture, and make it super easy to combine data for better oversight, Best regards Jacob Ipsen - CEO FlexPOS.com

Patch management for windows servers Although windows updates can be installed through Pulseway this is a manual process. Is there a patch management module for this? We could approve important/critical updates on certain servers to be automatically installed on a specific day. Also notifications to let us know updates have been installed and a reboot is required.

I'd like to be able to tell PCM to monitor all HDDs, instead of specifying one at a time. And as HDDs are added and deleted, automatically monitor them, too. It's pretty rare to find a disk I don't care about! HDD monitoring should also report Windows' storage Events (from NTFS, Disk, ATAPI, SMART...all the built-in stuff) without having to explicitly set up Event Log notifications for them. And since we're on the subject again, a repeat request for monitoring mount points and not just drive letters.

I'd love to see Yubikey two factor auth support (against Yubico's servers for the cloud PC Monitor version, and against Enterprise Server for that version). Links: Yubikey: http://www.yubico.com/yubikey Yubico Developers: http://www.yubico.com/developers-intro .net API: http://code.google.com/p/yubico-dot-net-client/ Thanks!

  6. It'd be great to have Eset license expiry warnings, and maybe optional 'virus signature out of date'

Hello, Sometimes I have to watch my clients through the pulseway remote desktop, however I tend to multitask with other scripting / programming. I would be nice to have a option in the Pulseway Remote Desktop to view only.

Just lately we have been seeing a lot of repeated Account Locked notifications. The really strange thing is that very often this is for accounts that are already disabled or expired (the Guest account is a very good example). I'd like to suggest that the Account lock notification checks and filters out notifications that are on Expired and/or Disabled Accounts... ( perhaps this could be an optional (check box style) feature.. ) ( Quite why / how Windows is locking disabled accounts is another issue entirely... ) Cheers

Hi All, I would like the following notifications available; - POP3 Check -> The Pulseway service checks a particular mailbox via POP3 and checks the amount of messages; if messages exceed # -> Alert. - Telnet on #Port -> The Pulseway service checks telnet on a particular port towards an IP. If Telnet fails, -> Alert. - Files -> The Pulseway service checks a directory on amount of files, if file count exceed #-> Alert. We're in a trial period now, these 3 feature requests are a real deal breaker. Thanks Dre

  12. Hi For a faster and better overview, we would like the group headlines in the dashboard colored by the alerts in that group. The information is already present as numbers in the right side in the headline, but coloring the background accordingly would be a easy way to give a fast overview. Have a look at my attempt to do that in photoshop BR – Carsten

  13. Hi We would love to have the following possibility regarding answers to notifications. 1) When I receive a mail during out-of-office hours, due to some problems with our servers, the notification is send to 2-4 persons depending on what problem that occurs. All persons receive a personalized mail with only their own mail address instead of all persons listed in the same mail. That stops me from pressing, "answer all" and write, "no problem, I will look into this". The problem is that more than one person starts to look into the same problem and disturb each other - or even worse, everyone think someone else is looking into the problem. 2) Another way around the same topi…

Hi, Is it possible to have a feature that one can have escalations on the notifications. We would like to use in a 3 tier notifications for the systems monitored. Tier 1 gets first notification, if Tier 1 doesn't resolve the alert/notification it escalates to Tier 2, up to Tier 3? Maybe have it as a option under the Rules section?

  15. One of the things keeping us from pushing Pulseway out on all of our managed computers is that its very difficult to change the Pulseway settings on many computers at once (you have to change each computer individually). If there was some way that we could push a settings change to a whole group this would help enormously (most other RMM software seems to use Policies or Templates for this).

  16. I monitor a server that has additional network connections other than the one that connects it to the internet. I would like to be able to receive a notification when a certain network connection state changes from connected to disconnected. Thanks

  18. Started by CODE9IT,

I know there is probably 100 posts regarding improving the Dashboard Program for Windows PC. I'm wanting some information on any plans in the works to redesign/ improve the program and an ETA on when these are expected. One thing I would like to be able to do with the current version at least is, when viewing All notifications under the DATA tab (or Ctrl+N) is the ability to be able to sort via Criticality of notifications, Time/Date, System, Group, and Message. I would also like the ability to be able to select and delete multiple notifications using either the shift+click or Ctrl+Click method in both this view or by going into the individual systems and doing so. Obviou…

Is it possible to add a timer for how long a server will be in Maintenance Mode? It would be great for if a user could select Maintenance mode, but have it automatically exit after an x amount of time.

Hi, first off, congrats for new HTML5 PC version of dashboard - excellent & thank you! Now, critics and suggestions: (ENH): in BOTH, mobile and PC version (HTML5 and Flash), I think the status icon for servers (none/yellow/red) should reflect current status, and not status of read notifications. For example, server was reboot to apply updates, notification about shutdown and offline was triggered, then server comes back up....but icon status still showing RED. By my logic, it should show green, because it's now online, not red due to not having time to read notification.(ENH):Under REPORTS, I'd appreciate horizontal 0-100% line display instead of textual percentage on…

  25. Started by Matt,

Here is the scenario: I am updating an application on a group of ten computers. On one computer, a user is using that application, so I can't update it. Ideally, I would like to leave a notification so I know later that I wasn't able to install the update on this system. I could leave a note, but there is no indication within the app that there are any notes, so that is not particularly useful for this scenario. If there were a way to add a notification, similar to the "User Support Request" available for systems from within the app, that would make it very easy to see later which system still needed the update. Thank you for your consideration. If anyone has other ideas …
