Hi, Sometimes we see that our clients have issues with their onedrive status that files are not synced etc. Users are not checking that often so their files may be at risk. It would be nice if we could monitor this with pulseway in a native way. See: https://call4cloud.nl/2020/09/lost-in-monitoring-onedrive/ For more info.

PC Monitor Dashboard: An optional feature that subtly moves the text, bars, and icons around the screen. Color alternating ticker. This will decrease the likelihood of a persistent image in both Plasma and LCD. If there is a Critical and Elevated, it would switch between red and yellow. If it was just a Critical/Elevated, it was flash red/yellow and black/green. If there are no alerts, it would alternate between green and black. The Duration of the alternating colors could be set by the user All fixed images (status orbs, text, horizontal bars, etc) could subtly change pixel location. A smooth and small shift could move the entire area left/right/up…

Hello, I need help with triggers. I would like to restart a service from a certain process load of 70%, is that possible? Regards Luca

It would be great to be able to run workflows in a user defined order and allow to stop processing further workflows.

Maybe it could be possible in the future to choose an option: ask a user permission when taking over a Terminal Server user in the Remote Desktop Client tool.

  6. Pulseway WebApp in 6.x has implemented the centralized management of Group Policy via the Configuration section of Server Admin. This is a Great Start! Now it would be great if we could configure policy at the Site and Organization Level as well. With application rules similar to Active Directory where the Organization policy would be overwritten by the Site Policy which would be overwritten by the Group Policy. This would allow for easy policy changes across all systems at the Organization Level and more granular policy changes at Site and Group Level. Right Now I have 100 policies I have to manage and any change requires editing each policy because of the …

When chatting to customers over Pulseway it comes up with the computer name. It would be useful if this could be changed manually or automatically to the technician name.

  8. Hi, this idea comes from an actual case I had: A servernormaly needs to run all the time, but a client doesn't. Clients normaly are only online at business times. So idea ist, to define a scedule where if have to get notified if the computer is offline, and for the rest of the time I don't care (= no notification). Thanks, Christian.

We use SNMP to monitor network devices. It would be awesome if we could setup a line or bar graph for SNMP queries so that we can graph the CPU, RAM, and bandwidth of routers and switches. Also, if the integer output could have commas, it would be easier to read higher number values (readouts are often in KB). Another great thing would be SNMP based alerts. So we could set a min/max value for SNMP to trigger an alert. IE, if the router goes about 80% CPU usage for 5 cycles.

Don't know if its asked before but here we go. Please add the option to move systems between user accounts. This would be awesome to make everything more organised. The way this can be done now is to execute a command on the system to change the settings. But it would be better if this is possible in the WebApp And or make an option [Selectable] to move it to a completely different server this could be handy when you move from cloud -> Own server or the server address will change for some reason.

Are there any plans to monitor mobile devices any the future? I understand that this is actually a difficult task, especially for iOS (very limited capabilities). However certain features like request support, screen capture, chat, alerts, or monitoring processes would be useful on all platforms especially once integrated into the dashboard. Hardware information can also be sourced as well, remote control is obviously out of the question in some regards.

I just ran a report for disk space and found that only the OS partition space is provided. A report on all local dives would be fabulous! I thought I wouldn't have to log into all our servers to find this information, sadly mistaken :-(

Are there any plans for an SCCM Module? Don't see it on the Roadmap... but, being able to deploy a package from my phone would be pretty sweet. Also, the glaring lack of RDP is probably the largest downside to the app. I understand it is avaiable using the Enterprise Server in a beta capacity. Is that beta avaiable in the Enterprise Server trial as well? I'm really interested in this product for my company and in trying it out, but RDP is definitely a deciding factor for me.

I just thought I would throw this out there. If Pulseway could manage printers in a similar fashion as Uniprint or other cloud print platforms this would be the greatest thing ever. This would be a major revenue generator for us MSP's. I was also thinking of an addition for managing credentials and group policies. I was reviewing a product called Onelogin and the concept was interesting. Kind of like active directory for everything (mac, android etc.) which would allow us to manage large groups. In my opinion this would make Pulseway the onestop cloud solution. We could manage computers, control security and easily deploy printers anywhere anytime.

  16. It would be a really good feature if the client could check public blacklists such as spamhaus periodically and throw a warning if its public IP is listed on one of them The ability to specify multiple public IP's (and hostnames) to check from each server would be good too. The ability to flag a general, warning or critical notification depending which block list the IP/host is found in would be a tidy way of doing it. Thanks!

  17. This is a very cool and very much the same (in pricing) solution as you guys.. Saw you already had Zendesk integration etc.. LiveAgent should really also be added.

Hi all, I would really love to see the dashboard update notifications when an alert criteria has been corrected. For example, if I have an alert that says your ping response is longer than 300ms, I might not do anything about it but keep an eye on it; I would love for that ping to keep going and then alert me again when the ping dips back below the 300ms again. We currently monitor network connections down to Latin America as well as to the Philippines and we get network drops all the time; whats important is when we see the systems come back up whether its on its own or after we've fixed a problem. When an uptime response comes in, we'd like to hear a 2nd notificatio…

  20. Hi guys, One thing which I think would be super useful is the automatic selection of hard drives within the machine so rather than having to select a drive then set thresholds, we can skip the additional step of having to select the drives. Don't want to monitor a drive? Don't select a threshold. Cheers,

  21. Would be awesome if we can change the Pulseway Settings form the WebApp / Mobile App. So that you don't need to login to the client and change things. Would also be great to have this so that we don't need to work with config files for advanced settings, this could than be done trough the WebApp / Mobile App

Hi, on Android PCM it would be quite nice if you would implement a click-on notofication (critical or elevated) and it would go to the monitored feature, which is related to this notification. For example, I get notofication that service named "Windows blah blah service" is stopped, then I go back, scroll down to services, find that service...huh, I must remember name of the service, right? So It would be nice to just click-on that notification and the particular service page would pop up. What do you say?
