Hi. It would be nice if we can tell pulseway to remove/uninstall the agent, when we remove it from the "my account" page. Br, Martin.

Hi, I use the app for my smartphone, the app for my tablet, the app for my Windows 10 computer and the WebApp. I don't use the dashboard, because I see no sence in it, and it only works on a computer. If I want to change the configuration of an Agent, I need to connect via RemoteSupport or I have to use this dashboard app. I think it would be better to have everything in the apps. Thanks, Christian.

Hey, Problem: Adding a tag to device looks to be one-by-one solution at the moment... (clicking the device, clicking the tag option, clicking the tag, clicking the add tags, then ticking the tags.. Suggestion: How about reversing this and instead click the tag and then having a multi select to what device you can apply to it... Result: The ability to add as many devices to the tag in only a few clicks... Thanks - Grunta

Hi, I know it’s not easy, and at the moment it looks like AIDA64 is the only software with the biggest support of hardware, but it would be cool if I could do everything over PulseWay. Thanks, Christian.

Adding some features like CCleaner to clean up the System Cleanup old Files etc. Defrag Drives Clear Caches And other tasks that come with CCleaner.

Hi, please add site code drop down to the Antivirus agent install on the web portal. Preferably this drop down selection would just list the Site Names from the Webroot portal and that would essentially makes managing these site codes a moot point. If this integration can't exist between Webroot it would be a compromise to at least let us manually load a drop down list for convenience. Example in the attached photo. Thanks!

I noticed that there is a hide known system processes option. But even though I have that checked, it still shows PCMonitor.exe in the running system processes. The security in which this software has is very nice. But the ease of someone just pressing ctrl, alt, del and ending the process altogether seems to defeat the purpose of the security. Is there any possible way to add such a feature that either the processes simply do not show or not allow a user to end the process in the way that ie. 'System Idle Process' will not allow you? Or maybe there is already a way this could be done? Please let me know. Thank you.

  8. When cross referencing our asset lists, having the ability to quickly search our systems by Serial Number would be a major quality of life upgrade. As it stands, there is nothing in the search feature which allows us to look for a value that does not change as the device moves around from user to user. If someone obtains a device from an old user and the name is not updated or maybe we have an older field device with an obscure name schema from an ex-admin. If I don't know to search for that or the search feature doesn't think what I'm searching is close enough to the name, then I have to pull up the group that it *may* be in and search down each Asset Info tab trying to …

Marius, I know you're thinking it's been too long since I last bugged you about pushing PCM configs via Group Policy. Please accept my apologies, and let's fix that now<g>. I've been thinking (always dangerous) that instead of ADM/ADMX, or home-brewed Group Policy Registry Preferences as I've proposed before, how about giving us a subfolder in %ProgramData% where we can drop XML exports. PCM will check the folder every 15 minutes and import them when it finds them, then delete them. Symantec Antivirus worked that way for years. We'd also have to have a way to delete monitored Events, Rules, etc. using the magic folder. Maybe export an XML file of the setting, …

Cloud you make it possible to add multipule accounts to the app. I work for multiple companys they all have there own pulseway subscription. Now i can only manage one at the time and need to logon and off everytime. Cloud you make it possible to add multiple accounts to it? So that we can switch to the account that is needed at that time?

Would it be possible to add memory usage condition - if process takes over x MB for x minutes? Similar to CPU condition?

  12. Started by Przemyslaw Klys,

Currently you gotta choose services you want to monitor to be able to start/stop them at will. What I would like is to have monitoring for specified services but to be able to restart any service. This comes in handy when you don't know at setup that you need to be able to restart some service and when problems arise you have the option.

Hi, In the PSA Dashboards, you can select different items by set date ranges (Service desk "Tickets by Status", Finance "Revenue By Client", and others). You normally only have Month, Quarter, and Year as your selections. Is it possible to give us a date range we can select by? -OR- at Minimum, can you give us "Last" month, "Last" Quarter and "Last" year as choices also. I do use the Dashboards, but at the end of a month, the numbers change. I would like to: On a new month, look at what the numbers were for last month Compare last month to how we are doing this month Maybe (new feature again) set a goal and see where we are at this p…

I know this has probably been brought up a few times but IMO you guys really need to develop a complete standalone package for the PC. Maybe I've been spoiled by having everything integrated like Labtechs desktop package. But it makes life so much easier then bouncing back and forth between Dashboard and the web portal.

There doesn't appear to be a way to select the system type as a condition. Example if creating a workflow that once a system is registered, depending on if it's a server or workstation, do xxx. Right now, (I'm still testing it) I have set up 2 tags called Servers and one called Workstations. I used the Pulseway built in System type and added "Workstation" as the type for the scope. I'll then use that scope for the workflow, though I'm not sure it will use it properly. If it doesn't, I have a script ready to go to do the condition and read off that. Anyway, system type should be a selectable condition so that the above workarounds don't have to be done.

  16. I want the columns to react as in the real windows services manager. When i click it it will auto sort all the same values togheter.. So that all the services with automatic are set togheter for example.. and so are easily selectable.

Hi Any chance of safe mode reboot with networking and then we can use Pulseway for resolving issues etc?

  19. After playing around in my trial account for a bit, I have a few suggestions regarding policy configuration. Allow the creation of policies that inherit settings from other policies and track which settings were overridden. This would allow MSPs to create one or two "Global" policies (Servers/Workstations) as a base, and then create individual policies (for each client) that inherit settings from those global policies. Allow overrides to policy settings on specific systems, track which systems have policy overrides in place, and allow reverting the overrides to the policy defaults. Allow attaching scripts/tasks to policies to run during on-boarding (as …

Something that other apps have on you at this point is a central storage cache. MS Intune comes with 20gb storage for software you may need. Like for printer drivers or apps commonly used by users. Don't worry not going over to MS Intune. Maybe build your file management feature with this in mind. Just another idea and something I'm struggling with at the moment, currently using scripts and stuff. You could even sell it as an addon to your current saas.

In addition to CPU monitoring, it would be useful to have GPU monitoring (ex. GPU temperature, load, fan speed). This is critical for GPU-compute clusters.

Is it posible to make: scheduled patch update for a specific group and also make a notification for that to the computers in the group so the users do not turn off the computers and after the update an automatic shutdown of the computers. Or is this something that is posible when scripting is enabled in pulseway? Regards, Dave (The Netherlands)

  23. Now i have to go to a local installed Maager.. do Managed devices (for Example).. and then One by One open devices.. and TYPE in a certain Group.. This is not of this time.. It should be that we only have to install an agent.. connect it to our server.. and then to the management... multiple select / group sorting... policy application etc.. centrally.. with Bulk Actions and all.. Please add this.. the product needs it.

  24. We can set almost anything with Policies except de services check. Now we have to goto any mass deployed agent and BY hand select running or automatic services. It would be really nice to put this in a policy like: check all automatic or running services. Next to that it would be nice to filter services (after deployment) in de Webui zo that you do not have to goto each Pulseway install manually.
