Hi, I use the app for my smartphone, the app for my tablet, the app for my Windows 10 computer and the WebApp. I don't use the dashboard, because I see no sence in it, and it only works on a computer. If I want to change the configuration of an Agent, I need to connect via RemoteSupport or I have to use this dashboard app. I think it would be better to have everything in the apps. Hi Again, Could we have an option to order by severity in both the windows 10 app and the dashboard. We have the dashboard up on a big screen in our office, it would be good to see critical and elevated first, then everything else. (i know you can make it display only critical, but this is no good) In summary, we just need an order by option. Kind Regards, Tim

With more and more remote users, it would be nice to deploy Windows 10/11 to any remote pc. New desktops & laptops have pre-loaded bloatware. They are usually shipped directly to the end-user then an admin would get access to deploy the organization shares, emails, etc. With this solution, we can remote deploy a fresh golden image via a simple executable the end-user can perform after opening their brand new computer and passing the first-time setup. Would like to see this in Pulseway someday. We are currently using SmartDeploy.

It would be awesome if we would click on a machine name in the PSA and Pulseway would bring us directly to that machine so we can work on it. Thank you,

We need to be able to automatically associate user accounts with agents based on group, or some other mechanism. We have all agents logged in using the admin account. Whenever we add new agents, we have to login in to the web console and manually associate the new agents with the user account(s) that need to manage/support them. It looks like this is already on the roadmap, do you have any update as to when this will be available? Thanks

It would be great if the capability to run and view results of remote network diagnostics from a host computer was added. Thing such as: - Ping - Traceroute - SpeedTest (via Ookla)

I know this has probably been brought up a few times but IMO you guys really need to develop a complete standalone package for the PC. Maybe I've been spoiled by having everything integrated like Labtechs desktop package. But it makes life so much easier then bouncing back and forth between Dashboard and the web portal.

It would be beneficial to add either the percentage of uptime or downtime to the Executive Report.

Could we please have a monitori of the Windows shadow copies. (Are the copies are successfully created? Do we have at least xx available restore points?)

Is it posible to make: scheduled patch update for a specific group and also make a notification for that to the computers in the group so the users do not turn off the computers and after the update an automatic shutdown of the computers. Hi Any chance of safe mode reboot with networking and then we can use Pulseway for resolving issues etc?

Now i have to go to a local installed Maager.. do Managed devices (for Example).. and then One by One open devices.. and TYPE in a certain Group.. This is not of this time.. It should be that we only have to install an agent.. connect it to our server.. and then to the management... multiple select / group sorting... policy application etc.. centrally.. with Bulk Actions and all.. Please add this.. the product needs it.

In addition to CPU monitoring, it would be useful to have GPU monitoring (ex. GPU temperature, load, fan speed). This is critical for GPU-compute clusters.

Hi, In the PSA Dashboards, you can select different items by set date ranges (Service desk "Tickets by Status", Finance "Revenue By Client", and others). You normally only have Month, Quarter, and Year as your selections. Is it possible to give us a date range we can select by? -OR- at Minimum, can you give us "Last" month, "Last" Quarter and "Last" year as choices also. I do use the Dashboards, but at the end of a month, the numbers change. I want the columns to react as in the real windows services manager. When i click it it will auto sort all the same values togheter.. So that all the services with automatic are set togheter for example.. and so are easily selectable.

Something that other apps have on you at this point is a central storage cache. MS Intune comes with 20gb storage for software you may need. Like for printer drivers or apps commonly used by users. Don't worry not going over to MS Intune. Maybe build your file management feature with this in mind. Just another idea and something I'm struggling with at the moment, currently using scripts and stuff. You could even sell it as an addon to your current saas.

Hi, please add site code drop down to the Antivirus agent install on the web portal. Preferably this drop down selection would just list the Site Names from the Webroot portal and that would essentially makes managing these site codes a moot point. If this integration can't exist between Webroot it would be a compromise to at least let us manually load a drop down list for convenience. Example in the attached photo. Thanks!

Are there any plans to monitor mobile devices any the future? I understand that this is actually a difficult task, especially for iOS (very limited capabilities). However certain features like request support,screen capture, chat, alerts, or monitoring processes would be useful on all platforms especially once integrated into the dashboard. Hardware information can also be sourced as well, remote control is obviously out of the question in some regards.

Are there any plans for an SCCM Module? Don't see it on the Roadmap... but, being able to deploy a package from my phone would be pretty sweet. Also, the glaring lack of RDP is probably the largest downside to the app. I understand it is avaiable using the Enterprise Server in a beta capacity. Is that beta avaiable in the Enterprise Server trial as well? I'm really interested in this product for my company and in trying it out, but RDP is definitely a deciding factor for me.

When chatting to customers over Pulseway it comes up with the computer name. It would be useful if this could be changed manually or automatically to the technician name.

Maybe it could be possible in the future to choose an option: ask a user permission when taking over a Terminal Server user in the Remote Desktop Client tool.

One thing I'd love to see for Pulseway is Android Wear support and its highly likely that this can work i hope one day pulseway will have android support.
