Hi. When receiving the notification "The computer 'XXX' in group 'XXX' is shutting down" I am always wondering who is shutting down the server. Could it be possible to add information about which user initiated the shutdown? I know that Windows write it to the eventlog, so the information should be available. If it could possible to match the users with RDP connections, so we also can see what client the user was connected from, it would something near perfect. Hi, We are using the Zendesk-integration, and have some ideas that would improve the integration. 1. Notify that ticket creation fails. If password is changed or any other things result in Zendesk ticket not being created, we miss it. 2. Save ticket id on notification. It would be nothing more than fantastic if the notification list in Pulseway would visually show that a ticket was created. If it were possible to se the ticket number, you could also link directly to the Zendesk web app. Did I mention that this would be amazing?!!! 3. Global Zendesk settings. One thing I'm missing from Ninja that would be incredibly handy to have here at Pulseway is the ability to modify the system tray in depth. Theirs allows the ability to create hyperlinks, separate the information, a contact form, etc. The ability for the system tray to show different sets of information, customizable to the MSP would work fantastically.

Hi MMSOFT, I would like to share some improvement suggestions for the Dashboard app. They are mainly seen from a dispatcher point of view, and not for a monitoring display screen, so they are centralized about the "All Notifications" list. 1. Change (default) view to "All Notifications" list. As a dispatcher the focus is on the notifications, and not the systems. It would be nice to be able the change the main window to the "All Notifications" list, insted of getting a popup window. I was getting the policies configured for my new setup and I noticed that Patch Management only allows you to select categories of patches and just decide to install them as a whole or not. Unless I'm missing something, there's no ability to approve or deny patches on an individual level. This is a somewhat vital part of any RMM suite as we may often need to decline individual patches that are known to be causing issues (a common problem with Windows 10 these days.) I'd say this is something vital for Pulseway to get implemented as I've worked with a number of RMMs over the years and it's the first one I've seen that doesn't offer this.

Hi. It would be amazing if all reports had a "Generate individual reports for each organization" option. Then we could just schedule a single report for "all systems" and get individual reports for each customer. The alternative is to set up individual reports scoped for each customer. And as a bonus remember to set up new reports every time a new customer is onboarded. :-)

Currently, any machine that is offline displays only the last know public IP address. It would be very useful if it could display all last known information. Such as serial number for example.

Adobe has issued a security update for Flash Player 15 ActiveX. It updates from version 15.0.0.189 to version 15.0.0.223. It is immediately obvious for the apps, which version is installed. On the report, however, it only reports Adobe Flash Player 15 ActiveX. I do not know of any other applications where this is an issue, but it makes checking the Flash update a much longer process for me.

We've recently integrated PC Monitor with other systems / applications like Syslog Server and PagerDuty. What other system / application integration would you like to see added in future releases?

I know this would be a major change in the reporting interface, but how about an option to interact with the results of a report. Maybe one can choose an additional "Report Format" when editing a report and have an option for Interactive? Hi all, i want to maintain a Database with all Informartion about their Computers and it for my customers. It is possible to get the hardware and software Inventory from Pulsway automaticly? Somthing like a csv file wich can be exportet by script and imported in my cmdb? Thanks in advance

Hey guys, I am aware that I can add an invoice-wide discount, but we really need a way to invoice line items. The only work around is to generate multiple invoices when you don't want the discount to apply to entire invoice. I want customer's to see the actual normal price, I don't just want to edit the extended price. Also, I like the new billing automation feature. But we also need to a way to add a (hopefully future line item) discount to the billing automation. Would it be possible to have the group name showing somewhere on the screen when you are viewing a computer? Sometimes forget who's computer I'm looking at The came of the computer is not always enough.

The Pulseway app is available to install on M1 Macs, but the application seems to be running in iPhone mode, and not iPad. I am not sure what code change needs to be done, but would be nice to be able to run the iPad version or Pulseway on Mac.

I would like to see IPv6 address information for each system alongside their IPv4 information. IPv6 is the future of the Internet. Many end users are now only receiving IPv6 allocations, as the IPv4 address space is running out. pulsewayd already uses IPv6 for some of its connections. All of these reasons point to the importance of IPv6 support.

This may be asking for much, however, it would be nice to have a documentation tab to store info for each client as an MSP this is gold.

Hi, on Android PCM it would be quite nice if you would implement a click-on notofication (critical or elevated) and it would go to the monitored feature, which is related to this notification. For example, I get notofication that service named "Windows blah blah service" is stopped, then I go back, scroll down to services, find that service...huh, I must remember name of the service, right? So It would be nice to just click-on that notification and the particular service page would pop up. What do you say?

Hi, this idea comes from an actual case I had: A servernormaly needs to run all the time, but a client doesn't. Clients normaly are only online at business times. So idea ist, to define a scedule where if have to get notified if the computer is offline, and for the rest of the time I don't care (= no notification). Thanks, Christian.

Same story as zendesk, but for kayako helpdesk system. Hope that you can do something simular.
