I am getting this error on the latest release (2.8). I have tried restarting and reinstalls with no success. I have been using PC Monitor for almost a ~year and this has only started recently.

Hi, I'm using version 2.8.1 on a XP machine (SP3). After startup the PCMonitorsrv.exe consumes 100% CPU for about 5 minutes, making the computer completely unresponsive. I've checked several setting and read the install instructions, but didn't found any clues what is causing this behaviour. Any Thoughts ? Kind Regards, Gertjan

After long time use elder PC Monitor client (x86) on x64 Windows 7 got time to upgrade to x64. Got PCMonitor_x64.msi. Installation procedure was finished with remark so it can't stop "PC Monitor service" so will restart. Ok, I agreed. Restarted. Running PC Monitor confugirator on my WS tells so "can't start service". I thought old installations messed with new so first trying to repair PC monitor installation. Doesn't help. Trying to uninstall. Got that 1001 error. Tryed to remove mess by registry fixers (maybe wrong way but everything well only this don't) then went to Microsoft FixIt to uninstall rest of pc monitor. Hello, I created a windows agent config file by exporting from an existing installation with the Remote Desktop module installed, but when I use that configuration with a fresh installation Remote Desktop module does not install. Is this normal? Is there something else that needs to be done to have the Remote Desktop module install automatically?

I have two PCs on my local network, 1x Windows 10 home - wakes via 4G cellular network and local LAN 1x Windows 10 Pro - only wakes on local LAN I've tried forwarding port 9, checked that the NIC settings are correct (magic packet etc...), made sure the drivers were up to date, disabled fast boot (though it is enabled on the one that works) and checked the Pulseway settings (same for both PCs). I can't work out why one wakes and the other doesn't. The both have the same type of NIC. Any help?

Hello, I'm not able to register a new system with my existing Pulseway account. I am able to put in my user name, but password is greyed out so i am unable to enter it. I do not have a dedicated instance. When i click Authenticate, it gives me an error (attached)

Recently migrated my Pro account to RMM. It didnt migrate any of the organizations, sites, groups.... That sucks. I'm getting lots of nuisance notifications now. The most common one is the "Windows Time service has stopped on the computer 'x' ". 1-5 notifications per day per PC. As far as I can tell time service is working on the PCs but must occasionally must fail. could be occasional issues with time.windows.com or during startup/shutdown? Not sure. its super annoying. cant figure out how to exclude the time service from monitoring. any help would be appreciated.

Installed the service on 5 computers, then I got message that I exceeded my 3 registered PC limit, I tried to remove 2 PC so I can test your service but the option to remove is dimmed when I select any of PC listed within the Manage Registered Computers option.

Anyone have any insight on how to install PCMonitor on a provisioned Citrix XenApp 6.5 server? I have 10 application servers that I'd like to monitor. I can install PCm after the server boots, but I'd like to build it into the base image so I don't have to reinstall every time it reboots. Of course you can install it on the base image but every server that boots is a clone of the base so the unique identity isn't there. How can I make each server uniquely register itself from the base image on boot?

Hi, Firstly I had a problem a few weeks back where the software wouldn't work on a PC running Windows 8.1, though I have used this now for 2 odd years, it installed flawlessly when I upgraded to Windows 8.1 (I have other machines with this on as well). Is there anyway to configure powershell impersonation remotely? I am trying to run a few different powershell scripts and I'm getting access denied. I assume BC it's running as system. I've just downloaded PC Monitor and really loving how it fits so much of our functions perfectly. Right now our company has a set of proprietary USB based devices that we keep plugged in our desktops. The problem is that this batch was poorly manufactured and has occasional failures. What we would like to do is able to be notified whenever one of the devices is no longer working in a USB port. I'm not sure if this is currently possible on the current version of PC Monitor or is there some other method to achieve this? Thanks!
