JCrawford-BT Posted November 8, 2018 Posted November 8, 2018 Instead of performing necromancy on this older thread, I will raise this question again. Why can we not see asset info for offline systems? I know this is available through reports, but that's a ton of steps to go through when it's already readily available offline (since the Reports can search it) and it should just be visible. This has been a big gotcha (along with not seeing internal IPs without running a report or being able to copy/paste in remote sessions) as we moved from another tool to Pulseway. I've seen more than one thread about this, and each time the response is 'run a report'. Please stop brushing it off as 'RTFM' and provide the functionality we're asking for. Thank you. jrtaylor3 Posted January 11, 2019 Posted January 11, 2019 Agree 100%, when offline and communicating with client this is very problematic. Also the public IP address is nice, but the private IP address of local computer would also be easy to place in the main server/pc screen. Â
Gary Haberl Posted January 17, 2019 Posted January 17, 2019 I agree 100% also. This is the only program we use that "hides" information of offline systems. If Pulseway would just say the system is "Off-Line" when looking at the data, then I think we are smart enough to know some information may not be valid any more.
Billyggla Posted February 8, 2019 Posted February 8, 2019 +1 for asset info when offline.. As a workaround, copy and paste the asset info in the notes, which is available offline.
cisco10 Posted August 18, 2019 Posted August 18, 2019 Has there been any word on whether offline asset information will ever be visible without having to run a report? I think this is a critical feature. Like other tools, I think all information should remain displayed when the system is offline (with the understanding it is not realtime, but archived from when it was last online) rather than everything disappearing when the system goes offline. Â Also, I'm not sure if others have noticed this, but after a system is offline for more than a couple of hours, the status now changes to "Offline" instead of showing Offline and the time that it has been offline. Was this a change in the latest update? I seem to recall always seeing how long systems were offline in the past.
Cyb3rBlitzX Posted December 23, 2019 Posted December 23, 2019 Add me to the list of Admins that would love this feature.Â
Geddie Posted September 1, 2020 Posted September 1, 2020 Much needed so I don't have to go looking for another product.
NovaComputers Posted September 26, 2020 Posted September 26, 2020 And like most other topics, a few basic and needed request, lost in the abyss. I'm going to say +1 as well but I don't think no one will notice.

Yeah i am starting to agree with you. Do the developers even read these anymore?

I noticed last week that they recently added a "Request feature"-button on the What's new tab in Pulseway.. It seems to be a voting-system where customers can upvote features they want/need, add comments and the Pulseway staff can also add different tags depending on development status etc.
NathanB Posted February 24, 2021 Posted February 24, 2021 Not being able to spot simple data for offline systems is a huge pain the backside. I cannot fathom why this is such a hard change to make, just have offline systems display the same data as the online ones and put an alert or notification icon on it/make it red/fade out the details. How is this fairly rudimentary option not already working? OP was near 3 years back now. BartB 1
Jamie Taylor Posted June 24, 2021 Posted June 24, 2021 Our development team is already working on this; however, we do not have an ETA yet as it is not among our pressing requests in our road map. Please feel free to place your requests to our feature requests road map, so our dev team will pick the ones with high demand. Thank you for your understanding, have a good day!
Rikard Cidh Posted July 1, 2021 Posted July 1, 2021 +1 to this suggestion. Would make life a lot easier.
Jamie Taylor Posted July 1, 2021 Posted July 1, 2021 Hey Rikard, Please drop your suggestions here. Thank you!
Chris Carter Posted July 13, 2021 Posted July 13, 2021 We really need this. What is the point of a system to give you information when that informations disappears right when you need it?? I've used a lot of RMM systems and none of them do this.
Jamie Taylor Posted July 14, 2021 Posted July 14, 2021 This is in our roadmap, and we will get to it as we release other demanding features. Thank you for the understanding.
WYE Posted July 14, 2021 Posted July 14, 2021 Hi @Jamie Taylor Can you or a member of the team update the roadmap then please? It hasn't been updated since Jan, and as I mentioned over here at https://forum.pulseway.com/topic/4294-clarification-around-upcoming-2fa-changes/?do=findComment&comment=15143, Some items have been developed and released 6months after planned, but it has not been updated to reflect that. It really is worth ensuring that the public roadmap is updated regularly, especially when some of the most required features (as voted for by Pulseway Customers) are not even on there! Thanks in advance, Â
FlyHappy Posted January 1, 2022 Posted January 1, 2022 "Much needed so I don't have to go looking for another product." Â I've hit this point. I'm shopping.
Jamie Taylor Posted January 4, 2022 Posted January 4, 2022 We have addressed this requirement with the information on offline machines. You can check the details below, Â
