Improve Ticket time tracking in mobile app
Something I have submitted before is in the mobile app, the ability for a technician to enter a time entry for a ticket is not very intuitive. it requires that the technician remember when they started, how long they were there and then create the time entry after they are finished with the service. it would be better if they could go in to the ticket, and just start a time entry, enter the title and then it tracks the time for them and then they would just come in when they are done and just stop the time entry and enter some notes. this removes the need for the technician to have to remember things like time started, duration they were there. is there a possibility to get this modified.

Hi! I was searching for an option in the mobile Android app to switch the language! Perhaps I'm just blind... Thanks, BR, Andreas

Wake on LAN works Wake on WAN Doesn't
Hello, I've been trying to turn on my computer when I'm away from the house using both mobile data and another WiFi connection. When I'm on the same network the wake up command works but if I'm using mobile data I'll get the message "Wake up command failed" and when I'm on another network it says "wake up command sent" but nothing happens. I have the necessary port forwarded (UDP 9) and through the Pulseway android app port monitor I can see it works. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Android App Remote Control - Can't Login To Remote PCs
I love the fact that we can now use the android app to remote into managed devices. It works well when the user is already logged in... The problem I'm experiencing is when I remote control a Windows device and have to login. I bring up the keyboard no problem and try typing the password to that computer. What I am typing on my keyboard isn't typing in the password box on the PC. In other words, it never seems to respond and type the password letters as I am typing, hence I cannot login (invalid password). I suspect it has something to do with how Android on Samsung deals with autofill. Ironically, I don't have this problem when using the Team Viewer app on the same phone. That fact leads me to believe that it is a problem with the Pulseway Android App. Using a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 running Android 10.

Wake up command no longer working
Hi, First time posting here; been using Pulseway for years without issue. Recently, however, I am seeing a number of issues with the wake up command. Neither the web interface, nor my app (android, Galaxy s7 edge) while on cellular connection works resulting in a 'wake up command failed' message. To further complicate the issue, I can only get the wake up command to work over wifi as long as I'm on my home network. Until recently, it worked over the internet, which is desired. I've looked at all my settings & configurations, but everything seems to be as it was. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd appreciate it, particularly troubleshooting WOL over 4G failing messaging. Thanks!

Android app does not follow Do Not Disturb rule
Hi, On new Gallaxy S10 with Android 9 Pulseway app ignores Do Not Disturb schedule. So audible alarms wake up me all night long. Settings on phone are the same, Do Not Disturb schedule is set to mute everything, except alarms, favourites and repetitive calls. It is the same setting on my old Samsung s2 Note and s7 edge. But only on newest S10 Pulseway rings at night, while older android devices are mute. I guess Android 9 must somehow diferently clasify alarms, and pulseway tones are then wrongfully clasified as alarms, thus ignoring DoNotDisturb rules.

Failure in main service - Raspbian
I am attempting to install pulseway on my raspberry pi 3b+, and have downloaded and installed the correct file from the pulseway website, and made sure that my openssl libraries are up to date and correctly setup. I followed through with the given installation instructions and repeatedly the pulseway service is unable to be started. When executing the command sudo systemctl start pulseway, the command works and presents no errors. Upon checking the app or the list of all services, however, pulseway is not shown as a service and there is no devices connected to the app. See the attached images for the output of sudo systemctl status pulseway

Android App
Hi From your PSA overview video I see you have the philosophy of moving away from device applications and concentrating on HTML only for the PSA platform. However, one of the advantages of, for example, a CRM app on my android phone, is that I can call up a contact and I am able to launch my sat nav application with the contacts details already filled in. I don't see a way to do this with the PSA. I'm currently undecided as to the practicalities of using psa instead of other integrated platforms, other than cost, as someone who is not always in the office and uses a phablet whilst mobile... Looking at the number of posts here I suspect there hasn't been a great takeup of PSA?

Pulseway app isn't sending notifications
I recently got a new phone, which is a Pixel 2 XL and I've noticed I never receive push notifications for when an alert is thrown out in the app. I have had no issues with any other app throwing push notifications and have not modified any settings in how notifications are displayed on my device. I am on Android v 9.0 currently if that matters.

Non-running Virtual Machines not listed in Hyper-V Module
I have several non-critical virtual servers that do not start automatically with our Hyper-V cluster that I want to start manually once I know all critical servers are back on line after a cluster reboot, but these do not show up in the list of VMs for each host on either the Android or PC app. I only see the 'running' VMs. Am I missing something in config of Pulseway Manager (v5.4.7) other than just enabling 'Monitor and Manage Hyper-V'? According to this page https://www.pulseway.com/hyperv I should see all VMs configured on a host, and be able to do lots of other things.

Alert management
I was wondering if there was a way to select multiple alerts to delete them, without deleting all or deleting one at a time. Say someone forgets to turn on maintenance mode and Reboots 20 servers. Now there are 40 events one for shutting down and one for being online. Now they want to delete all theses events but keep the other ones that are pending. I would like to be able to go into the dashboard and hold CTRL and select them or select one and hold shift to select the ones in between that and another. Another improvement could be the ability to sort the columns in the Dashboard Notification view. Thanks!!!

Android App Filter Options
At the moment we use Windows Dashboard 5.1.2 to monitor configured systems during office hours. As not all customers are under the same SLA, we don't need all notifications at all times. Outside office hours our support staff is mobile and would like to use Pulseway Android App to receive notifications on problematic systems. But unfortunately there is no option to include or exclude groups, tags, roles or scopes. And there is no way to tell the app just to show critical notifications. Are these features already planned for a future release of Android App?

Notes section on Android
Whenever there is a note added to the note section is there any way to know when looking through the systems? Maybe change the badge color whenever a note is present? Currently I have to just click on each note section to see if notes have been inputted. If I could tell just by glancing at the section that would be ideal.

Create scopes on the Android app.
Is it possible to be able to create scopes on the Android app? Use case is all of the built in scripts default to all systems. It would be great if I could adjust the scope on the Android app. I'm trying to avoid logging into the web console, creating a scope and modifying a task, esp for a script I may only have a need to run once on a specific group. Pulseway is great and I love it, it doesn't seem like it scales well. If I add 10 machines a week I would constantly be adjusting things on the web console. I should be able to click any group and run scripts for that group without making a scope etc. Have I missed something or is this possible? For instance under the group tasks would be awesome if it listed automation and reports

Notification that all servers are offline but they are not
Hi, On the Android phone app I noticed a red exclamation balloons on all my servers. If I open the app and look at the notifications it lists each server as going offline at the same time, but back on the main page none of the servers are grayed out and I can view live settings such as CPU temperatures just fine. I did not receive any emails alerts or an alert in the top bar on the Android phone. All the servers seem to be fine as I can remotely access them. Should I ignore the messages and delete them? Any idea whats going on?

Dashboard for mobile devices
Hello everyone, I'm a new user and still in my trial period. So far I am very impressed with what I see, but I lack something when it comes to the dashboard. Also apologies for posting here, as I know that this is for windows in this section of the forums, but like i do not know where else to post this. My situation is the following. I am the sysadmin in a company where our boss (who btw is not computer literate at all) wants to see and control everything. He saw me using the android app for pulseway (he has the dashboard on his win pc) and wants the same for his mobile. I however do not think it would be wise to give him such access on his phone, in the fear that he might do something stupid (like put the server in to maintenance or reboot, or start spamming messages to logged in users etc..) so i was wondering if there is a possibility to find a dashboard for android and iPhone? Please spare comments as remote desktops, or installing a VM or any of those things. Just a plain dashboard for mobile devices is what we need. That way, the boss can monitor if the server is online, and receive notices, but at the same time he would not be able to 'do' anything to the server. Kind regards, Bastian
