Hi, Yes, we've seen numerous installations of Windows Embedded 7. Do you see logged in users in the "Users" section of the system details on the webapp / mobile apps? -Paul
  2. Thanks for the wishes. The AV product name will be announced in early January 2017. Yes, it's a business AV and it's going to be awesome (I can barely contain myself ). -Paul
  3. Hi guys, We will be announcing the name of the AV product we will integrate with in early January. -Paul
  4. Hi Brian, Welcome to the Pulseway community and Merry Christmas . The 'PluginDataCheck' method will be invoked from a background thread so it will not influence other Pulseway internal monitors and it will never timeout. Plugins are not limited to 1 active notification per instance, there is an overload to the SendNotificationToAllDevices method which accepts a boolean flag that controls whether the notification can recur or not. In regards to the Cloud/REST APIs, you wouldn't be 'abusing' the system. You are free to use all exposed methods in our APIs to your own liking, we enforce our rate limits on the server side but they are really high and configured to only trigger when something is definitely wrong in an implementation (I.e. infinite loop of repeating notifications). -Paul
  5. Hi there, In 2016 we've introduced Automation (scripting), Advanced Reporting (historical data for reports), Rebranding (WebApp, Mobile Apps and Dashboard app) along a lot of improvements to the existing modules. Remote Desktop also got a major update which drastically improved the performance, quality along with a confirmation screen for the user to allow or deny the connections and the ability to switch between active monitors. In addition to that we're also on the final steps with an antivirus integration allow you to centrally deploy the antivirus product, manage it's configuration, send scan commands and view threat detections. Check out our updated Roadmap over here: I hope this helps, -Paul
  6. Hi Digital, You can configure the ERA module from the Pulseway Manager under the Server Modules -> ESET ERA. Note that only ERA 5.x is supported. -Paul
  7. Hi Jacob, That query is used by Pulseway to detect deadlocks. If you find it impairing the performance of your SQL Server then please turn off the notification check from the Pulseway Manager app in the Notifications -> Server Modules -> SQL Server. -Paul
  8. Hi Florian, Check out my reply over here: -Paul
  9. Hi Florian, You can already monitor the HP iLO interfaces through SNMP however this will not show the sensor data from the machine as shown in the HP management interface because the data isn't exposed in the SNMP objects. You can monitor the sensors, RAID status and the rest of the information if you connect to the SNMP service from the Windows OS. -Paul
  10. Hi guys, Would it be possible for you to write down the top 5 features you would like to see in an integration with the Office 365? -Paul
  11. Hi Jimmy, Thank you for posting the script here. We will be adding the script to the built-in scripts category in the Pulseway WebApp soon. -Paul
  12. Hi, Scheduling windows updates isn't supported as of now however this will be possible in the upcoming patch management module (should come in Q1-Q2 2017). -Paul

Hi, The black image is a screenshot of the console. We don't support remote controlling the console at this moment. It's helpful to see the current status of a VM. -Paul
  15. Hi Yohan, Can you please PM me your configuration file? Please replace your password with #password_here#. -Paul
  16. I've sent you a PM in regards to your account security. Should you find further Pulseway service notifications suspicious let me know and I'll investigate at once. -Paul
  17. Paul replied to sdoyle's topic in Feature Requests
Hi Dilbert, We are working on an integration with an antivirus solution as we speak. This year we've introduced numerous small features and improvements in addition to the Automation, Reporting, White Labeling and Scoping. After the Antivirus integration we plan to add patch management (OS and 3rd party) and integrate with another backup provider. We appreciate and listen to all customer feedback however we do prioritize requests based on the popularity of the feature requested and the amount of customer feedback we receive. -Paul
  18. Paul replied to sdoyle's topic in Feature Requests
Hi Christian, We are currently working on an integration with an antivirus product and at the same time we're laying the foundations for an addons framework which will allow us to add integrations faster so once this is done we will be considering the next integration which is probably going to be backup or patch management. -Paul
  19. Hi Christian, This option is only available for the On-Premise Enterprise. -Paul
  20. Hi Christian, You could host your own Pulseway Enterprise server and then we can help you setup an INSERT trigger to also insert the data in a local or linked SQL Server. -Paul
  21. Hi Christian, Unfortunately Pulseway doesn't support monitoring the antivirus status on Windows Server operating systems just yet. Sorry about this. -Paul
  22. Hi Jimmy, As a matter of fact this is part of our "Wish List" . -Paul
  23. It should work... Can you please PM me your email address so we can get in touch via email to see what the problem is? -Paul
  24. I've added this request on our todo list. It'll come in the future . -Paul
  25. Hi Martin, You're right, this isn't supported yet however it would be cool to have. I've added it to our todo list. -Paul
