  1. Hi Jeremy, We don't provide ETAs for features since we strive to ship quality over quantity. Due to this fact we're unable to confirm it we're going to have hardware monitoring done by this year (maybe we will but we won't guarantee it). -Paul
  2. We're considering on adopting a more generic way of integrating with XYZ ticketing products by exposing the possibility of registering web hooks which will allow you to integrate Pulseway with most ticketing solutions. -Paul
  3. Thank you for your feedback. We will consider it for a future release. -Paul
  4. We're planning on improving the windows update command to notify you only if you have updates that were published for more than a configurable amount of days. This will allow you to update at your own page and still be notified if you've forgot a system. -Paul
  5. Hi Jeremy, Unfortunately have no immediate plans on integrating with a third party remote desktop platform. -Paul
  6. We do support monitoring the virus signature of all antivirus products that integrate with Action Center (formerly Security Center) and run on workstation operating systems however due to each antivirus product having custom APIs we cannot integrate with each and every one of them. We're considering on picking an antivirus to fully integrate with in the future. -Paul
  7. Can you name the top 5 feature you'd like to have available in a Pulseway Acronis module? -Paul
  8. This too is available on the Roadmap. We'd rather have it first on the web app since it's very cumbersome to use RD on a mobile phone. Rest assured that this will be added eventually. -Paul
  9. Hi Jeremy, As much as I'd like for this to be possible we cannot have this implemented in the very near future. -Paul
  10. Hi Jeremy, You create the tag once on a system and then you can just select from the existing tag list on the other systems. -Paul
  11. You can add tags from the mobile apps or web app on the system details view. You have to add them per system but at least it's centralized . -Paul
  12. Hi Jeremy, We usually add new feature every month however for the past months we've focused on the automation and advanced reporting modules which are coming out Monday. -Paul
  13. Office 365 is right over here (on the Roadmap): -Paul
  14. Hi Jeremy, We've tried to improve that by introducing tags. We've seen successful implementation of tags with the following pattern: client-name client-name-role or client-name client-name-site client-name-site-role Right now we're on the verge of publishing the 4.9 release which will introduce another way of logically grouping systems by creating system scopes. A system scope is a collection of groups, tags and system types and you can use them to easily find customer systems. 4.9 will go live on Monday, I'm looking forward for your feedback. -Paul
  15. This is a great idea. We'd love to be able to identify the system on which a user is logged in. I've added it on our todo list. -Paul
  16. Hi Jeremy, We already have this (kind of). Open the Pulseway Manager app on any monitored system and go to Manage Systems -> Manage Group Policies. From there you can setup configuration overrides. Additionally you can remotely change the configuration of windows agents from the Pulseway Dashboard app by right clicking on a system and selecting "Edit Configuration" from the context menu. Group policy management will be moved to the webapp in the future. -Paul
  17. Hi Jeremy, We have this on our todo list so you can bet that this is going to be added in the future. -Paul
  18. Hi, Pulseway Remote Desktop feature is not available on the mobile apps or the web app at this moment however this is something we have on the Roadmap over here: -Paul
  19. We've designed Pulseway to be able to wake your system even without your phone being on the same network as the system you're trying to wake. Make sure that the system you're trying to wake up has WOL enabled in BIOS, you've created a NAT rule for UDP 9, you're using a wired ethernet connection and you have the NIC drivers from the device manufacturer rather than the ones shipped with the OS. -Paul
  20. Hi, Check out this forum post: -Paul
  21. Thanks, We've added it our todo list. Thanks again. -Paul
  22. Hi, Thank you for your feedback. Would a notification be sufficient if a user replies and you're no longer in the Pulseway app or not in the chat view with that system? -Paul
  23. Hi Michael, This isn't implemented yet in the HTML Web Application but we are very close to releasing the Advanced Reporting and Automation features and both will use a new system grouping mechanism: System Scopes which you will be able to use them when you generate reports. -Paul
  24. Hi, Mysql daemon status output doesn't respect the linux service standards hence why we can't monitor it as this is not yet supported. We have it on our Roadmap however there is no way to provide an ETA at this stage I've afraid. -Paul
  25. Or you can use this plugin to send notifications to Pulseway. -Paul
