Greetings, when trying to use the remote control service I get this installation error. I have already installed the latest framework but the error continues.

Hi all, up until recently we've had a TV with a StickPC running Windows and the Dashboard. This had run for years without problem. Now, about once a week, the account used in the dashboard shows and error that the account needs to be re-authenticated. Is there a setting I've missed to keep this account logged in permantly?

Hi, We're unable to access any devices from the dashboard application - clicking on a device, entering password and confirming 2FA is met with a "Unsupported configuration version, please upgrade the software on this computer". Seeing this on multiple desktops, have reinstalled apps and agent on devices - both are running the latest version. Mobile devices work ok and alerts are still showing, just unable to drill down and update settings on any device. Wondering if anyone seen similar or have a solution ? Hi, Maybe the topic already exists, but i've tried many search terms and didn't found what i'm looking for. So, sorry if the topic has already been answered. We intend to deploy Pulseway to all our developers so that they can connect remotely to any customer server they are allowed to. All remote servers are running windows server, and i don't find anyway to include windows credentials (different on each server) to pulseway remote connection. Is there any way to do that ? Hi. When running Dashboard as an ordinary user, it asks for the password of an administrator. Are there anyway we can let the dashboard be executed as a normal user, so we don't have to leave an unattended computer been loged in as administrator? Br, Martin

i know this thread is for dashboard on windows but im not sure where to ask this question is there a plan to get the dashboard to work on linux? as in beaglebone black or raspberry pi?

is there any way that the remote desktop connection configs can be done centrally? so for example we have 4 people using the dashboard on different pcs, can we set up the remote desktop configs on the enterprise server which then creates a config file that can be loaded into the dashboard. otherwise each person needs to amend each server in the dashboard. We have setup the dashboard app on a 4k TV but when a notification pops up it is really small. Is there any way to enlarge the icons and text. I have set the system display scaling to 300% as recommended by windows but all thats done is enlarge the header of the dashboard, and the scroll bar at the bottom.

Hi there, We are using now 2 big screens for different dashboards. Now we need to connect a Windows device to our LG TVs for the dashboard. Are there any plans to create the dashboard webbased? Should be nice in combination with allot of smart screens.

Not sure exactly what I'm doing wrong. I've NEVER been able to get the dashboard to work. It always has thrown a invalid username/password 295 error. I've reset the pw in the manager. I've uninstalled, updated the dashboard. Still no luck. Any ideas?

Hi all, because i couldn't find a fix or an answer to that question I'll try it right here: When we use the Dashboard in our company we have the problem that certain groups begin with the same word or the same 3-4 letters. When the Dashboard is showing Organization name - Site - Agentgroup there are not enough characters to display all that information. Is there any possibility through settings or a certain config so that e.g. we cut the Organization name and just display Site - Agentgroup? Thanks in Advance!

This may be nit-picking, but we really need to be able to change the background color to anything but black. Also, the circle icons for the endpoints should be changeable as well. We'd perfer something that is inline with the actual computers we monitor, like below. Thanks.

Hi, Is it possible to set any alerts/notifications, in the PC Monitor Dashboard, as read or ignore? We have a screen setup in the workshop and want to be able to quickly glance at the screen and know if there are any new problems. Just one example: Don't need the red bar across the bottom telling us that some machines have windows updates to be done as they will be done at a scheduled time. Deleting the notifications/alerts doesn't work as they just come back again after a few minutes. Thanks

Hi, Our dashboard is showing a device that has already been removed. When I remove other devices, they are off the dashboard right away. Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks

Would it be possible to be able to add the ability to edit the fonts and their sizes to the dashboard. We have setup an old pc and screen across the office and my poor old eyes cant read the text. Thanks Pybe

hi there i seem to have an issue where the dashboard doesnt produce a sound when a new notification is flagged up? it doesnt matter whether i choose a manual sound or the default, it doesnt make a noise. the volume on the screen works, as other apps make sounds. have you seen this before? or can you help? thanks

I am the sysadmin in a company where our boss (who btw is not computer literate at all) wants to see and control everything. No matter which device I try to remote desktop into, I get the message: The remote name could not be resolved: 'no address'. The dashboard is installed on a Windows 7 Pro machine. I tried to connect to Windows 2012 R2, Windows 2012, or Windows 7 Pro. 4 different remote locations and even in the same subnet. Get the same error every time. What am I missing?

Since the update to Remote Desktop 1.0 and Dashboard 4.7.4 build 4 trying to connect to remote systems is timing out. They were working previously to this update. Thanks, Matt

Pulseway is a great app, lots of features and functionality. I love using it on my iPhone and iPad. I was also happy to learn there was a PC app, which is where i'd prefer to do most of my Pulseway tasks during the day. But due to the limited functionality of the Dashboard app, i usually just grab my phone. The web app is one alternative, but keeping a browser window open and dedicated to it isn't what i'm looking for. I like the fact that Dashboard is a real app that can be visible in the system tray for notifications like a monitoring app of this kind should, but i want all the functionality i see in the web and iOS apps, otherwise its mostly useless. im not sure whether this is a feature or whether it can be changed. we had an elevated notification that occurred yesterday night, which has then been archived by Dashboard this morning before we have got in the office. is there a reason for this archive at the specific time it has done it? the notification in question has had a more recent success but the dashboard has archived it 9 hours or so after? attached event from admin console
