Greetings, I was wondering if there are plans to add remote desktop capability to mobile clients, specifically, to iOS. I am looking forward not having to use overlapping services. However, current implementation still leaves me needing Logmein or TeamViewer...

Are you planning on adding mouse support for the new iOS cursor support inside a remote control session? Would be nice to have support of the cursor rather than having to drag the windows cursor around?

The app on my iPhone just got updated and now it shows a splash screen and hangs. I tried deleting and re-installing the app; no change. Help please.

The new iPad app that was released will not start, running on iPad2, tried to remove from device and re-installed, when selecting the app the whole screen shakes, but the app will not start.

Hi, I'm having trouble logging in on the iOS app. It's giving me an, "Invalid username or password (199)", error message. The password is definitely correct; I've tried typing it in half a dozen times in the iOS app to no avail, however it works fine in the Windows desktop app and website. Is there any limitation on the password (at least within the iOS app that may be truncating it or not escaping some symbols properly)? It's 30 characters long, with a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and some symbols. Thanks for your help.

Hi, Since yesterday, I am not receiving new live notifications on my iPhone/iOS 12.4.1 Someone noticed that too ? I tried the fly mode, restarting the phone but nothing changed. On other side, I asked a colleague which have an Android phone at hand, it seems its working.

I love being able to get notifications from the iOS app on my Apple Watch, but it would be even more useful if I could go to the Apple Watch Pulseway app and see the status, for example, of my top servers. Or, if I could go to the server and see something vital, like notifications, or temperature. It could also be used to delete a notification within the Pulseway app when one comes in...which would be a huge improvement to the current workflow. Thanks!

Using a Windows 7 Pro as a test, I check mark the box for login in the pulseway manager. Then if I use the Login command from my iPhone, after I enter the username and password: If the computer is currently logged off, the computer logs on, but nothing happens on the iOS app (except for the black message that the command was sent). If the computer is currently logged on, the screen on the computer locks and nothing happens on the iOS app. I'm puzzled about what this Login command is for. Is it to login to a computer for a user without giving him/her the password?

Hi, I can't seem to find the Screen View or the Webcam View for my PC, I have enabled them on my PC but then can't find the icon for them in the Ipad App. Any clues to where they are ?? James

Is there a way on the iPhone app to set a custom notification sound (other than the short pre-built list)? In the App, when I go to Settings->Sounds, I can set the notification sound for each priority level, but I can only select from a small list of custom sounds or select System Default. I am trying to get a sound for critical alerts that will wake me up in the middle of the night, and none of the available options even come close. I don't want to change the default alert sound for my phone because of other notifications that would use that sound. I am running version 4.7.6 (build C611) of the Pulseway app. I am on iOS version 7.0.3.

One of the main reasons I subscribed to Pulseway is to make my life easier with Windows updates. However, this week, I noticed that Pulseway misses some important updates, and puts some updates that Windows Updates consider Important as Optional. This last patch Tuesday updates for example: On a Windows 2008 R2 Standard, my iOS app shows KB3065979 and KB3057154 as optional while Windows Update shows them as Important. On a Windows 2012 R2 Standard, my iOS app shows KB3061468, KB30221910 as optional while Windows Update shows as Important and completely missed 12 important security updates. So first i would like to say that this app is very cool and great to use, my only snag that i am seeing is where the wake up command is used. how is it supposed to be used in relation to my computer, i have tried putting my computer in sleep/suspend/hibernate and nothing happens when i hit the wake up command.

well I have googled this topic several times (also on this forum) but none solved my problem. So please forgive me that I have to ask once again. As the title states, the wake up command does not do its job over 3G network. It said "wake up command failed". The information below might help: 1. All commands, including wake up command, work fine if my iphone is connected to WLAN at home (which means WOL setting should be alright) 2. Recently updated to iOS 10 and now my Pulseway installation isn't working, it's coming up with an Account Error stating: An SSL error has occured and a secure connection to the server cannot be made. I'm running an enterprise server and have checked the SSL cert is up to date and SHA-2. Any ideas?

How come when I'm using the PC Dashboard I only see the computers in my group but when i'm using the ipad app it shows me all the computers? How can I change this? Thank you

Hi, Is it possible to have the PC Monitor app installed more than once on an iPhone? I want to keep my 3 free home computers seperate from our work paid licenses, so have two accounts setup, but I can only get notifications from one on the phone. (depending on which account is logged in inside the PC Monitor app) At the moment I have my home computers account set to send email notifications so it's not too much of a problem. Thanks Chris

Hi, have replaced a phone by iphone xs with ios 12.2.1 insalled the app permit notifications on phone but not receive push notifications, uninstalled app, reinstalled but nothing works, removed old phone from account - devices, but new phone not appears. Any suggestion? Thanks
