Phillip Templeton Posted April 18, 2022 Share Posted April 18, 2022 Hello, I recently upgraded to a new phone and now I am unable to get into my pulseway account. When I log in to the app, it tells me that the device is pending approval and to log into the webapp. But, when I try to log into the webapp, it sends an approval to my phone for two factor auth but it never comes through on my new phone.
