    If I select "I don't have an instance name", then the fields for username and password do not appear like in older iOS versions. The only option is to 'Save' and that produces an Error: Invalid Username

    Are you planning on adding mouse support for the new iOS cursor support inside a remote control session? Would be nice to have support of the cursor rather than having to drag the windows cursor around?

    Hello, I recently upgraded to a new phone and now I am unable to get into my pulseway account. When I log in to the app, it tells me that the device is pending approval and to log into the webapp. But, when I try to log into the webapp, it sends an approval to my phone for two factor auth but it never comes through on my new phone. How can I resolve this and get back into my account?

  9. If a user is limited in what tickets they can view (IE Security Scope and Role) they cannot see any tickets when selecting all tickets. They can see their assigned tickets under My Tickets. I can't seem to figure out why.

    First of all, thank you for this integration. This should prove to be much easier for techs to view and update their tickets. I do, however, have a suggestion to make it even better. I think it would be useful to be able to filter on ticket status. For example, show all tickets except completed. Thanks again for your hard work! Matt

  12. Hello there, I just got Pulseway today as of 5/1/20 and am intending to use it to mainly be able to remote control access my PC from my phone when away from the house. I am installed all the appropriate applications needed and went through the Pulseway Remote Access application along with Pulseway Manager application and have enabled Remote Access. But for some reason I still can not access it from my phone. Perhaps I am missing a step? It would be amazing if someone would be able to help me troubleshoot this situation. Thank you for your time.

    Beginner with Pulseway Maybe a silly question but how do we log in into either iPhone app or Dashboard? I tried Administrator and the password assigned to the account but just get an incorrect un and password. Appreciate the help. Adrian

    Been a user for about 2 months now to remotely access and monitor three Windows 10 desktops from my iPad. Since I’m using my finger, not a mouse, is there a document that describes the ‘touch equivalent gestures’ to typical mouse functions. Specifically, while I can easily move an open window, I have difficulty ‘resizing’ it. Any assistance for this newbie will be appreciated. Thank you.

  15. Hi, I am unable to use Remote Control in my IOS app. When I select Connect on the appropriate session I get an error message: An error with parsing occured. I am using the lates IOS version and the same error occured on my iPhone SE and iPhone 7. I can remotly access the same computer that I tried connecting with IOS app with Pulseway Remote Control on my PC. The computer is running Windows 10 with the latest Pulseway agent. What can I do to fix this error?

    Hi, Since yesterday, I am not receiving new live notifications on my iPhone/iOS 12.4.1 Someone noticed that too ? I tried the fly mode, restarting the phone but nothing changed. On other side, I asked a colleague which have an Android phone at hand, it seems its working.

    I love being able to get notifications from the iOS app on my Apple Watch, but it would be even more useful if I could go to the Apple Watch Pulseway app and see the status, for example, of my top servers. Or, if I could go to the server and see something vital, like notifications, or temperature. It could also be used to delete a notification within the Pulseway app when one comes in...which would be a huge improvement to the current workflow. Thanks!

    Hi, have replaced a phone by iphone xs with ios 12.2.1 insalled the app permit notifications on phone but not receive push notifications, uninstalled app, reinstalled but nothing works, removed old phone from account - devices, but new phone not appears. Any suggestion? Thanks

    i installed the ios app on my phone (i previously also installed android app on the other phone). but when i tried to restart one of my client that having trouble using ios app, the command was sent from ios app but nothing happens on client computer. i also tried on other client computers, and also tried other command such as log off/shutdown/etc, but also result with the same issue. meanwhile the android app sent whatever commands i throw at it successfuly. any suggestion on the ios app issue? thank you

    Recently updated to iOS 10 and now my Pulseway installation isn't working, it's coming up with an Account Error stating: An SSL error has occured and a secure connection to the server cannot be made. I'm running an enterprise server and have checked the SSL cert is up to date and SHA-2. Any ideas?

    Is there a way on the iPhone app to set a custom notification sound (other than the short pre-built list)? In the App, when I go to Settings->Sounds, I can set the notification sound for each priority level, but I can only select from a small list of custom sounds or select System Default. I am trying to get a sound for critical alerts that will wake me up in the middle of the night, and none of the available options even come close. I don't want to change the default alert sound for my phone because of other notifications that would use that sound. I am running version 4.7.6 (build C611) of the Pulseway app. I am on iOS version 7.0.3.
