Hey all, trying out Pulseway RMM and love it so far. We're a small shop (45 systems, 5 servers) that has to be DoD and CMMC Compliant, so I'm wondering if anyone out there is in the same boat and had any issues with such? I'm aware how communication is encrypted and the slew load of security controls in place via https://www.pulseway.com/security but it's going to be a hard sell as "it opens up our network" (and we don't even have vpns going for this reason). So any insight? -V

Maybe I'm just missing something but how do I run a report on the last time a PC has checked in? We have had a few PCs that the Pulseway client disappeared and managing hundreds of PCs it is too hard to manually check them all. If we could run a report of PCs offline for more then X days it would greatly reduce the number of PCs we would need to check.

Hello! I just wanted to ask if there's any way to setup pulseway for personal use (Home use)??

Recently we have started integrating the client portal and we are doing some tests, however when we send an invite email. It uses our custom email template from 'server admin' email settings. When I switch off using the custom template and send the invite again, it will send the regular email from Pulseway. How do I use our custom email template whilst also able to send client portal invites to our customers?

I have 3 Windows 2022 serveres where Pulseway reports Offline, but they are running. If I use "Validate Registration" i get "This System is registred." Reboot of Service do not change anything. The last time I had to reboot server, but one server is a SQL server and the other 2 is Echonomics and used to control produktion...

Regarding Patching 3rd Party Application: 1st, can a rule be applied a single server in a group of other servers? Example, I have 20 servers in a group and only 1 has a specific application installed, I'd like to choose "Install and keep up to date", but that option will Install and keep up to date the application on all 20, so can a rule be applied to only one of many? 2nd, when rules for 3rd Party Applications are applied, how is the patching schedule determined, I start my patching manually, so my question is, if I have an election for "VMware Tools" to install and keep up to date, does that happen automatically or only when I start the update? I have set up PCMonitor on 120 pcs, I used my IPAD as the the allowable device. I have need however to authorise another 2 ipads. Is there a quick way of doing of this? I have tried going to registered computers change settings, but cannot see it there? Any help greatly appreciated.

Firstly - great product. This is just what I am looking for. Secondly, I am currently evaluating the free version. Looking to ugrading to the full version, are there any restrictions on multiple users/logons? Basically, there would be 2 people (myself plus one other), both with Android phones and using the desktop client. Is this possible with the "standard" version, or would we need the Enterprise version? Thanks in advance.

Hi Guys, I just tried to install windows updates via my iphone app on one of my servers... How does this work? There's no one logged into the server... how does it perform the updates? What if the windows updates needs user intervention to get by some prompts??... How can I check on this? I"m logged into the server now (on the console) and i don't see any "Windows Updates" activity.... Please advise, thanks!

Hi guys, so, i've installed PCM on my Ubuntu Server (10.10) along with a peerguardian-type software called MoBlock http://moblock-deb.sourceforge.net/. So, after i start MoBlock, i get the notification on my phone saying the server is now offline. I can still see my CPU usage and Memory Usage via my Android phone, but it insists that the server is offline. I'm just wondering what do i need to tell MoBlock to allow PC Monitor's notifications to talk between my devices? Please advise. Thank you.

Has you system just had a small outage ? Servers from on location showed as offline - but they weren't Initially servers from elsewhere showed fine still (for about 20 minutes) so I assume it was a problem at the one location- then it went offline as well and then they all came back ? If it was an issue at your end - is there anywhere I can look for a health report of your service (or ideally push another notification down) If of course the issue wasn't at your end I apologise - but welcome any suggestions as to how 2 related sites could show false results ? First let me thank you guys for such a great product.. Just getting into now but I see great potential.! - Maybe something I am overlooking but I am not able to "wake up all computers" in a group from the website.. I am able to wake each individual computer in this group from the internal network, outside wan network perfectly, and iPhone app., Which rocks.! I am just not able to select the group from website and wake the whole group. Thanks again.!

Snapshots display as a gray field, no image. Host is Dell PC with Win8 and Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000 with appropriate driver and application (working correctly). Handheld is iPhone 4s with IOS6. Wont display on webpage or Metro App either. Both Screen and WebCam options are set on the Host. Need help to resolve.

I enable the feature on one of my servers but I don't see where they would go to make the request. Also, how can I add that feature to the rest of my servers without going to each one. We have close to 100 and it would take a while.

Hi! Is there a way while booting the computer to bypass the start of pc monitor service? I'm using pc monitor to keep track of one of my kids usage of the pc but all of a sudden it has stoped working so maybe someone have found a way to bypass it while booting or just end the autostart of the service?! Hey guys, i'm having an issue or 2 with a laptop i'm administrating in a Nursing home its a Lenovo ThinkPad X131e (3369) I3 4GB and 500GB hdd (80%free) Webcam: The webcam will only take one shot and then will stop responding to commands, on the PC client it will work fine the 1st shot after a reboot. If you then attempt another shot a few hours latter it thinks about it for less then 5 seconds then displays Data Not Available. on the Android client (Samsung S3) it takes 2 or 3 seconds then just black, don't have an iOS device It has always been like this, since setup 4 weeks ago... On my personal laptop this feature works great. Screen: This has always worked…
